"well uh, in the digital world you could get a lot stronger and even master your spirit," he weakly beamed. 

Just as he felt his moral boost once she temporarily hid a blush, she was back at it, this time saying he'd be praying for god... Was she going to torture him? Manic feelings nearly re-consumed him, that is until she mentioned meeting more intimidating men. "Well I don't think I'd need to be able to intimidate you to please you." 

The waitress soon returned placing their food in front of them, just as he was about to retrieve his money, his guest snatched it up and settled the bills into her bra. If this was a mind game she'd be destroying him, he felt his face flush. "Well don't count me out just yet, with enough time I think I could get the money and a few other things." he smirked.

Katelyn couldn't help but laugh. She enjoyed torturing this guy, for whatever reason. It was amusing, to say the least, and it was good to feel people out and see the extent of how they would act on their intentions. From what she could gather, he didn't exactly do that, but this left her weighing in her mind whether that was a particularly good or bad thing.

"You're nothing but talk." She said, stuffing them further. "You should probably focus on paying our waitress." Kat said, before settling into her food and sipping her tea; she made quick work of her meal, for such a small person. "Unless that was all that you had. What a shame." Kat finished with a hint of sarcasm to her voice, brushing crumbs off of her skirt and the table cloth in front of her. She needed for things to be neat. "Why don't we change the subject? This conversation is apparently making you too uncomfortable." She mocked.

After what would probably be some more banter ensuing, she spoke up about the lingering, I closed topic. The digital world. " Why would I care about mastering my spirit? We seem to coexist just fine."

All talk? She seemed to enjoy pulling his leg quite a bit, "I-I'm not all talk." he muttered. His eyes fixated on her breast, licking his chapped lips. Jos heart was racing, all I have to do is get my money this would look terrible to a passerby but he had to prove to her that he was a man! 

She asked another question, why master her spirit? "Y-You could Digivolve and get way stronger." his hands began to shake, so close. Hands inching closer, all he had to do was go in there and get his cash. 

A zone of danger in that shirt, guarded by a beautiful yet intimidating dragon. He stopped a few inches away from her extremities, pointing at them. "Hey Katelyn," he snickered, "Danger zone"

Katelyn moved her armor-piercing gaze from him to his hand. Ohhhhh no. It wasn't gonna be that easy. With a casual sense of ease, she buttoned up her blouse with a hmmmmm. She adjusted her chest from the outside then leaned back with a satisfied smile. "Why would I want to be stronger? I do just fine, don't you?" She asked him, tapping her fingertips on her wooden chair. "What, do you think I need to be stronger?" Kat wasn't about to give. Once you give her a level above you, she won't stop - that was just how she was. She loved to dominate situations, whatever type they might be - she enjoyed having a sense of domination over others. Leyton's comment about the 'danger zone' apparently went ignored. "Are you broke now, rich boy?"

His hands drew back to his sides, a small frown forming on his person. "N...No I'm sorry I brought it up." he let out a defeated groan, "I can pay plenty," he looked at the ground, she was breaking psyche, he could feel his mind tearing at the seams. Her words were like knives, each one piercing into his conscious, he had never met a woman like this. Part of him loved being tormented and already wanted to worship her, it was premature and he wanted to fight it, but the only other part of him that would do so was consumed by fear. 

"I think you'd like a little extra power, trust me you're already beautiful and dangerous, the thought of you gaining even more power is alluring and frightening."

He looked at the waitress as she placed the check in front of them, he had failed, failed to hold a conversation, and failed to prove to her he was a man... What of him now? 

He looked at the waitress, then the check, and then looked up at Kate... He repeated this a few times, so this was defeat. It tastes bitter, or that was his sandwich coming back up. "He reached into his pocket, once again retrieving his wallet, he kept hs head down the entire time as he placed another two hundred dollars on the table. 

He didn't say a word; he felt terrible, hopefully she'd hit him with the klling blow and leave him to rot here.

Those same eyes watched him in his defeat, all slumped, dumping more money onto the table. She wasn't the thieving type, she would give his money back eventually. The waitress thanked him repeatedly, before walking away with their dirty plates. Katelyn allowed him to stew in his shame for a moment, before bending herself over the table and placing her hand under his chin. "Got any other place to go in mind?" She ran her fingertips over his jawline, then his chest - she was an absolute killer. If she wanted to be. "I'm getting bored." Katelyn said, narrowing her eyes at him and giving a sly grin. "Unless you're bored of me already."

Her touch was cold to on his skin; he'd fidget at the contact. He could feel himself trembling once more, was she going to end it? Leave him a husk of a man? He looked into her eyes, gulping, at this point is was becoming a habit. 

Did she want to go somewhere else with him? But where? They had just eaten, and he had never taken a woman out before... Though his demeanor would say otherwise. 

"Well, we could go to central park? Though I don't think you'd like that. I'm sorry I'll leave you alone," he sat up. It was best to admit defeat before she killed what little self-confidence he had left.

Before she knew it, Leyton was walking away from her. Had she over done it? Maybe he couldn't handle her...Now her stomach hurt. What was this? Guilt? Contemplating whether to leave this stranger behind for good, she stood up. Katelyn unbuttoned her blouse part of the way, reaching into her bra and pulling out the two hundred dollars. What a conflicting feeling. Leyton was getting further and further, and she was having a hard time getting closer to a decision. Finally, she started to walk after him, losing her former confidence- unsure of how to approach, she merely followed him for a few blocks before getting to what she presumed was his hide out. Stopping, she called out meekly, "U-Uhm!" Nothing else came after. She clutched the crumpled up money in her hand, biting her lower lip and waiting for a response.

He licked his lips for the umpteenth time, why were they so chapped today... As he gained distance from the female, he felt more emptiness than relief... He was a man darn it! An extraordinary man and she treated him like a wuss! He'll show her! 

Turning around he was ready to march out of his lair, "When I see her I'm gonna give her a piece of my-" he saw her once more. His heart sunk again, through this time she seemed.. Different? He fell back, "I-I'm sorry for leaving like that, don't hurt me, honest I was just-" no! He had to be a man.

Kat almost crashed into him again when he turned around and she made a small yipe! He was talking again before she knew it though, the look in her eyes a mix of surprised, flattered, and puzzled. She was a completely different person now - talk about unstable. "Uh-ahm.." How exactly do you respond to something like that? What a surprise. "Sure." She flicked her eyes from him, to the money, then back to him. "You forgot this.." She outstretched a tentative hand and gave a meek smile. Katelyn wasn't as confident as usual, for some reason. What did people do at the park? People didn't typically treat her like this. She was beginning to revise the previous thoughts she had of this guy. "Here.." She nudge the money at him gently. His facade of abrasive behavior must have been working, though she was more submissive and it was adorable. She nudged the formally stolen money into him, he smiled and gently pushed it back to her. "I want to earn that," he laughed "Remember? I have to find my way other there." 

He had a date! Well technically is was just going out! but close enough. "Who knows, by the time we're done you'll need that money for make up for our date. Uh..." he covered his mouth. Stupid stupid stupid, she wouldn't date you idiot! He began to panic again.

When Leyton asked where else she had in mind to go, she pondered for a bit. Somewhere with air conditioning was a top priority, given the summer heat and all. "You mentioned you had an apartment around here. We could go there? If you're comfortable with that, anyway." Kat suggested, pulling herself from her meek attitude back to confidence, looking him in the eye once more. She almost forgot - she couldn't be bested.

Eyes! Those eyes once again, first a blush, then she hid her face and tha glare was back in a matter of minutes. Her eyes melted his heart, he felt his confidence turning into a feeling he knew all too well around her: not fear but he felt frantic. 

Wait... She wanted to go to his apartment? No woman has ever given him such a mental battle before, the mind games were driving him crazy, what was she trying to do? She had him broken, even under his sudden burst of energy, did she want to kill him too? 

His jaw dropped, "M-My apartment?" he looked at the building behind them, surprisingly enough, "Uh.. Sure..." he opened the door to the complex, "F-Folow me" he mumbled, heading up a flight of stairs. "Oh god was his apartment even clean? He hadn't been in here since he left all of those months ago.
