PERSONALITY In Katelyn's outlook on life, she could be described as nihilistic, meaning, she rejects all sense of religion, moral, and embraces the view that life is meaningless. This state of mind is considered negative, because it links to her more apathetic, arbitrary, and sordid attributes. Living a life devoid of personal meaning, it does, however, allow her to not be quite as weighed down by fear by most, whether it be of divine judgement or physical harm. Although, contrary to this belief that she BELIEVES she has, she does search for meaning in life - obsessively. Through "dirty deeds", she wishes for some god to smite her. A constant, unanswered sacrifice. Katelyn could also be described as anxious, unstable, and strong-willed - traits providing a stark contrast to her life's vision. This conflict of interest often heightens her instability and causes her to act on rash, selfish, and indulgent thoughts. Whenever Katelyn is close with someone, whether it be a friend, family member, or lover, she is seen to be extremely possessive; Kat can typically keep this nature in check, but it can surface and her actions may be unpredictable. Katelyn is also determined and dominant, causing her to have the capability to be a strong leader - however, she doesn't or hasn't expressed any form of interest in this type of role in her life. Katelyn is too unstable to be a reliable leader, as well as confidential; which, not many people look for in a leader. In terms of her traits affecting the physical, Kat could be considered stylish, effeminate, and smooth. Kat is extremely complex, with contradicting ideals, desires, behaviors, and over-all thought patterns. Though, Kat was previously described as possessive, that also causes her to be very loyal; this allows insight to the positive coupling many of her other negatives, for example: her strong-willed nature gives way to unbowed strength, determination, and ferocity, her instability may guide her positively as well, and a selfish nature can be a good defense against the manipulation of others. Unwavering independence is a classic attribute of Katelyn's, giving way to total self-sufficiency. This also makes her very reliable to others. Next to this, Kat is very intelligent - both factually and intuitively, (she also has a great amount of wit.) this being one of her greatest attributes, making her more than capable. Unfortunately for her, she doesn't have a very developed sense of emotional intelligence. Though she is apathetic towards most, Kat is very kind towards those within her tight circle. To this small amount of people, she is captivating, genuine, gentle, generous, and dutiful.
