A so-called breeding ground for angelic Digimon, the Isle of the Celestials sits floating in the clouds with great buildings dedicated to worship, kindness, and wisdom, and colourful landscapes.

Named so for its alluring and adorned look, and ruled over by Jupitermon and his queen Junomon, the so-called City of Angels is a thing of beauty; but only its denizens know that what seems to be a utopia from afar is really a city of misery, left unkempt and ruled only by the iron fist of its leader, Jupitermon, who litters the rest of the Digital World with propaganda that he is a fair and kind overlord.

The Mimetic Archives take the form of a great library on the edge of White-Gold City with a near innumerable amount of floors and staircases. There are no books here, but rather holo-discs containing collected information throughout the Digital World. The Archives can only be accessed by those who have Jupitermon's holy permission -- it is often said that the Skies' ruler dwells here to meditate at certain times.
