Although the group seemingly had almost split up, Haru's decision to have her partner digivolve was clearly a wise idea considering the reasoning she had was quite correct. Digimon normally didn't bleed... But then what did? A long trail of blood was visibly spread a few steps away from the entrance of the building, and Haru's Digimon could easily see from his spot that there was something bad... something REALLY bad going on. A motionless body was laying against a small desk the opposite side of the room, and judging from the looks of it, it was a human. Did humans bleed in the Digital world? Considering they were in essence a different form of data compared to Digimon, it was quite possible, and judging from how this lifeless body was in quite a bloodied form was more than enough to make anyone wary, especially considering... it was headless. If anyone was brave enough to look a bit further, they would likely see it was a similar scenario all over the room, several corpses that were usually severed either by the head or multiple limbs, and here and there were even traces of lingering data from digimon. yet the corpses seemed to yet be dissolving into data. And then it happened.... bam... a loud thud came from further inside the building, and whoever or whatever might had been responsible for the sound might had either been one who could answer quite a few questions! ---- Objective: Find the Cultist's hideout Optional Objective: Find the mysterious Tamer/Establish contact with her. Optional Objective for current location: Investigate the carnage Yana Sekigawa Nicholas Hyde Haruhi Ryuukami @kiyo Alex Norfleet

Hyde, Weiss and Sable immediately froze upon seeing the carnage. While they knew they were up against cultists, and had expected to see some potentially gruesome stuff, this was a sight that had completely caught them off guard. "Ho-""-Ly" "SHIT!"The place didn't look so much like a cultist attack and more of a war zone. The sight in and of itself caused brief flashbacks in Hyde's mind to times past. Times he'd rather not remember, as the area around his eye patch began to ache. Shaking the memories away, Hyde surveyed the area, seeing some of the bodies beginning to dissolve. "Well, guess it's official. We're dealing with some real sick bastards," Hyde mused. It looked like these guys were just killing for the sake of killing now. Then came the thump further in the building. It looked like whatever was responsible for this was still here. Hyde's remaining eye narrowed. "Get ready guys," Hyde spoke quietly as his digivice lit up. Light engulfed the twin Pawn Chessmon, and a few moments later, the twins were replaced by a duo of Knight Chessmon. Going into Champion form seemed to be the right call for now. The three waited, making sure the others were ready before slowly proceeding, keeping a careful eye on what might be ahead. MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM BREATHING FEEL LIKE I AM HUMAN | As their journey continued the small feline digmon Ari would speak of the smell of blood coming from the north building. As they moved into the territory it looked as though a bloody battle had been waged here. The stench was something that the young teen wasn’t used to, and with such caused his stomach to curl. Leaning over to the side he would projectile vomit, and attempting to regain a little of his pride he would wipe the vomit from his mouth.
“This is horrible! Those bastards have given us more of a reason to get intense; kill or be killed.”
He would watch in awe as the Veemon, and the two pawnchessmon would digivolve to their champion states. This had to be serious for veteran tamers to call out their digivolutions so early. “Well Drake I guess its time we join the party.” He would raise his digivice into the air causing it to glow brightly with a bright light, which would then encompass the Dracomon forming a digiegg shape around him. “Dracomon digivolve to” The egg would expand, and burst revealing a large blue dragon, “Coredramon!” Alex would look at the girl with the Veedramon, and would smile “I will stick with this guy right here he has been there for me from the beginning. Now, let's find these cultist bastards, and decipher what they are up to.”

AND SAY, HAH, WHAT I WANNA SAY tagged notes New template here! Sorry for the wait, guys.
Health:100% Passive // Not Applicable - Combat Log - | When he said something here was ominous, he was right. Yana's digimon had picked up on a scent, and immediately after he pinned his eyes to were Yana was saying there was blood. He felt himself go riggid, suddenly alert to their surroundings. Something was out for blood.
"No thanks, I'm good." He replied to Haru, rubbing the back of his neck in a sheepish gesture. The last thing he felt a need for was relying on another digimon, unless of course it was all in the name of cooperation. It might sound odd due to him being the only non-tamer in the mix, but he certainly did believe he could handle himself fine.
Upon arriving at the building in question was what set some people off though, and he had to hold one hand to his ear to help drown out some of the talk so he could scan the room quietly. When he believed things settled down a bit, he took deep breath before letting it out. "I don't care if your digimon for whatever reason even has protagonist powers; you'll only cause problems if you go rushing into this head first!" He spoke in a serious tone, but it wasn't outright deemening like when he had been talking earlier.
"But..." He walked slowly a little closer into the building, eyeing the messy sight. There were bodies strewn everywhere, and if he wasn't a thriller-holic he'd probably have lost his lunch at the sight. "This is freaking cool looking!" His eyes seemed to turn from mature to almost kid like in the blink of an eye, looking across the bodies and analyzing them. "Its like we're in a horror movie! Oh man that's epic!" he walked over to one of the bodies for examination, squinting his eyes, "Do you think they were used for sacrifi-" he was immediately interrupted by a loud thud from deeper within the building, and he froze still with his eyes open.
"Oh, that's not a good sign." He muttered, before getting up and looking in the direction. "We should be careful with this, I'm having a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach." He said as he allowed room for the tamers to clearly walk infront of him, he'd prefer to stay in the back until he was absolutely certain he needed to spirit evolve.
"Deputymon never said that they targeted humans, they only deleted digimon for their cause. Humans were not even remotely brought up; and considering the warnings he did give us, that would have been a great thing to bring up." His eyes were narrowed as he scanned around the area. Even though everything was cool to him, he was always alert, perks of having self defense training and being perceptive.
"So that means, these bodies are concerning."

"N-no...! I-i was j-just...", stammered the flustered Yana, shaking her head at friendly (lewd) Haru's incessant teasing.
Wierdly enough she actually felt glad to have finally entered a potentally combat worthy situation, enough to put everyone on edge, Haru's teasing was that embarassing. On the other hand she felt Haru wasn't too excited about this other tamer, which struck her was odd since it was likely the only thing she WASN'T excited about. No way Yana would have noticed anything if the blonde acted like she normally did.
Finally getting serious, Yana watched as her friend quickly prompted Vee onto his champion form, complete with the Lance and Sheild she loved so much, and finally got ready to look around. Ari followed suit, taking her place next to Vee's lance side. This served two purposes, to both guard it, and help him scout on ahead with her own senses... Yana took Haru's cue and got behind Veedramon, with Ari doing her fair share of the work of protecting her tamer, while the girl herself pointed her digivice around, trying to pick out any hints of data.
Soon, they could all see the ominous trail of blood leading into the building, with Yana feeling something wierd in her gut. Something here was terribly wrong... And the moment they entered the building she understood why: The smell assaulted her nose immediately, with the girl cringing, covering her mouth with a sudden urge puke her lunch out. She was able to hold it in for now, but her skin paled even more than usual, with an obviously nauseated look on her face: "H-horrible...", she muttered.
Yet this would only get worse as they moved further in... "Maybe the next room won't be as bad...", she would think to herself as she swallowed her reluctance and kept moving forward: She had to be brave! They were here to save lives, human and digimon alike... Yet this bravery would be rewarded by an even greater reek of putrefaction, and the site of the mangled dead bodies was already way past her limit. She turned around 180º, hand over her mouth, cheeks puffed as she tried her all to resist the urge to throw up, even as she finally reached the door and could do so outside... Able to breathe fresh, if somewhat ashen, air, Yana took deep breaths, trying to stay relaxed... She had been in two battlefields right now...! Perhaps it was an unyielding desire to impress her senpai, or she was trying to look strong, but nonetheless Yana managed to hold her lunch in after a few moments, even if she didn't dare head back right away.
Ari, however, being a predatorial species of Digimon, wasn't the least bit bothered by all the meat laid out in chunks, other than the obvious concern for whomever that meat might have been. Of her fellow tamers, one seemed not to care at all and yet another seemed to like it even, acting like a flat out gore fanatic, "You seem quite at ease with all this...", Ari would comment towards Kyoshi, doing her own investigation of the corpses to find out what killed them and turned them into filet mignon...
Or so she was going to... But then her head turned sharply as a loud thud made itself heard. Yana gulped and dashed back in, staying rigth beside her partner in case something bad happened...
"...I wouldn't be surprised if whoever did that was still around...", Yana said ominously, desperately trying to stay calm even with cold sweat running down her back...

60% Experience until Armor Ult 121/200 Posts | The building was filled with quite a horrific sure. Haru was still nestled behind her digimon's body and couldn't quite see the slaughter, but something smelled fetted and vile. V was quite used to death. But it still moved him, he was used to digimon death. Evaporation into data. Humans... When they died...
They just stayed there. He would adjust his shield to block Haru's vision of the mess and the spunky girl frowned as she climbed around on top of him, trying to see. "Haru trust me, ya dont-"God it smells like something died, V stop being a prude and lemme-""No Haru, ya gotta trust me ya don't wanna-""You're not the boss of me! C'mon lemme-" Haru climbed over her partner, sliding off his head and onto the floor, rolling as she hit he ground. Her roll would land her face right by one of the several decapitated corpses. Haru was used to dead bodies. At least she's like to think she was. She's seen her parents bodies after they died. But they still had heads. Haru blinked at the site and slowly reached out, her hand touching the lifeless corpse. Turning her head around she spotted floating data packs, and even more mutilated corpses.
He mark burned delightfully, sending a wave of pleasure through her. They were dead. So... So many were dead. Which meant that whoever did this.... They got to die too! The blonde but her lip but it didn't stop her from grinning almost ear to ear."So much death... In such a teeny tiny room! Do you think they left this here just for us?" she'd ask the group rather rhetorically. She didn't care for an answer. V just kept his head down. Haru was... Was this how she coped? He hadn't ever seen her see a human body before. They shared a view on the death of a digimon, but... Could their views on human death be so different? These people were butchered! And yet Haru seemed unaffected... Worse that that, she seemed a little... Delighted."I can't wait to meet our hosts... Do you think the sherrif will mind if we bring them back in pieces? Can digimon be brought back in pieces? It's certainly something to try!" the blonde would cry out both playfully and furiously. The orphan would get off her knees and begin to take a good look at each corpse, even running her fingers through the lingering data packets. Giggling every time she did so."Ya know, it's very tingly~! You'd think it wouldn't feel like anything? Or like... Maybe it would feel like whoever died! But nope! Just... Staticy..." her inspection showed her the human bodies were also slowly breaking down into data as well. It made sense to her. Digital world might not be equipped for human skeletons, or to handle the the science of human decomposition so it just... Broke them down into code. "Code code code code code! You know... Could a computer programmer bring these people back to life? Just like... Fill in the missing bits with code? Is that the answer to everything now?!" she would shout, more angry than curious. Why couldn't things just... Disapear when they die! No muss, no fuss. If you were dead, then you didnt exist any more. Lingering around was rude.
Yana did her own investigation as well. Poor Yana. She was Haru's friend! Comforting her would be a good idea... The blonde states at the taller ballerina for what felt like a long time. She had teased her about it. But... How did she feel really? Such an odd thing to contemplate while leisurely stretched out over a corpse, like a cat. Haru blinked at her companion. From down here, if one were lewd enough, catching a peek up her skirt would be easily possible. Haru hated skirts. Wearing them anyway. The long ones were always so restrictive and the short ones were always too provocative... The thought of being provocative got a girlish giggle out the blonde, remembering just a few moments ago. To this Haru, it was clear what she wanted. Licking her lips the petite blonde was quite excited to have ran into the Japanese school girl today. Now she could share these lovely little moments with her. Nothing like a sacrificial cult for a first date...
A loud thud interrupted Haru's thoughts and she looked up to where it came from... Even further within this damned residence and Haru couldn't be more pleased. She stood up and nodded toward the noise, giving Yana a wink as she implied the culprits could still be nearby." Perfect! Vengeance is a dish served best by a small group of kids and their giant monsters. Shall we go~?" she'd say playfully, bounding over to the other girl, unable to resist grabbing her idle hands. Standing on her toes, the blonde would aim to whisper in the raven haired beauty's ear. "Whenever you're really scared? Squeeze my hand, ok? Gimme all your fear and I'll make it go away... Promise~!" the little blonde would hush the taller athlete with a swift kiss on her cheek, fully prepared to proceed.

While the reactions of the group would had been considered quite 'mixed' the overeager responses from Haru and Kiyo did lead to a rather important discovery. From looking at the corpses up so closely they would both likely notice that each individual had a peculiar symbol upon their skin, usually the back of their hands. It was a symbol all too familiar to them: it was after all the very same mark a few of them had been branded with after their heroic defense against the Skullgreymon. The investigation in the building would have provided that further inside there was a staircase, one seemingly rising upwards to the higher floors, while the other seemingly descended underground, and the source of the thud had come from a nearby room, a room that at first sight seemed abandoned, aside from the locker that had been forced open, and the young man that had been sprawled on the floor, cowering in terror. "Is it gone? Is the Shinigami gone?"He seemed to had been speaking in Japanese, although with their digivices and several members in their group more than capable of speaking the language it wouldn't be impossible to converse with him. The young man looked up at the armed Digimon and shrieked lightly, backing off against the wall. "Please don't hurt me! I was one of their victims! T-They planned to sacrifice us! B-But then that cloaked figure came and..."Tears rolled down his cheeks as the man seemed on the verge of having a mental breakdown. "The cultists tried to grab it but for some reason they couldn't even touch it! It was horrible, one by one they all got killed, all while the Shinigami was smiling!" He raised a hand, gesturing toward the stairs leading to the basement. "They went that way right after I went to hide. Heard them interrogate one of the cultists about where they were taking everyone. Mentioned an underground tunnel. I-I-I wanna go home!"---- Objective: Find the Cultist's hideout Optional Objective: Find the mysterious Tamer/Establish contact with her. Optional Objective: Figure out the mystery of the mark Optional Objective for current location: Decide what to do with survivor. Well, they had found the source of the bang, and fortunately it wasn't some big, scary monster planning on killing them and raping their corpses. Though now this did mean there were a bunch of champion digimon all crowded in the building with very little room. Instead, they found some poor sap that the cultists were planning on sacrificing. Well, guess it made the carnage down there was acceptable. All those corpses belonged to cultists bastards. Still, what the survivor was saying was interesting. "Well, we know now what happened to our little friend, if that is the one who's taking out the cultists," Hyde shrugged, "Are we even needed for this job anymore? Looks like they've got it pretty covered..." Then again, it wouldn't hurt to try and find this person. At least thank them for making our lives easier."[/color] But then, there was the subject of what to do with this guy. Hyde glanced down at him, cowering on the floor. "Well, we didn't see anyone down there, so the shinigami's gone. You can get out of here and make it home without any worries. Sorry, but we don't have anyone to escort you. We've got a cultist murdering badass to find."@kiyo Alex NorfleetYana SekigawaHaruhi RyuukamiReikiko Tsukino

AND SAY, HAH, WHAT I WANNA SAY tagged notes Pardon his aggression. As far as he knew, humans weren't targeted, so he's incredibly suspicious.
Health:100% Passive // Not Applicable - Combat Log - | Kiyo's eyes narrowed, not entirely wanting to head in the direction of the noise that others seem to be wanting to head into. Yet, he began walking, at a pace that clearly showed he was in less of a hurry for this. It was almost casual.
However, he brisked his walking pace to make sure he stayed with the group not too long after, taking out his pen and paper to write something down on it. If read the paper would say 'hoe' on it, with a little emoticon that looked unimpressed. Once he was fully caught up, he immediately reached up to shove the paper in Haru's face before turning his walk into a jog, "The term is 'best served cold'. Those marks the humans wore seemed to signify something odd, someone may have beaten your horned behemoth to the punch." After his comment, Kiyo would put his arms behind his head and stretch out, returning his attention to the darkness of the corridors.
He eyed the staircase with narrowed eyes, only taking notice of the man after he and others began to speak. His full intention was ignoring them, as they seemed to be human, and he refused to disregard the comment he made earlier. However, he'd briskly make a foot forward, the man's shrieking at the digimon made him flinch a bit, but his eyes were narrowed on the man; he tried his best to keep his stance mildly aggressive; his arms were no longer folded behind his head, but instead infront of him with hunched shoulders. He appeared ready to strike.
"Then tell us who this Shinigami is." He growled out and stepped forward slightly. "And, which underground tunnel? Is it the one down those staircases? If you tell us, I'll let you go. But I'm less valiant to those who might be lying." He whipped out a digivice, scanning around the area. It didn't give him any readings of digimon.
"Why on earth are you here if you're just a normal human? No digimon, and the way you're acting isn't very akin to a spirit user, so that can't be it either." He had his pen and paper ready to go, having already noted down the stuff given. But he was far from letting the person go when they could possibly be telling a fib, even if they were crying their eyes out, this made no sense to him and he needed it to.

It was a good thing that Yana went outside to almost puke, since it left her out of earshot when Haru went on about her excitement over all the dead bodies. All too similar too Kyo, but eerily different from the usual Haru, enough to finally make even Yana and Ari worried about her. The latter, however, was nearby when and heard every little bit, glancing her way and fully understanding Vee's concern.
"The sooner we finish this job, the quicker we'll be able to leave no man's land...", she'd tell Vee with a reassuring tone, now thoroughly convinced their dark envioroment had to be in some way related to Haru's condition.
She had an odd way to cope with their surroundings, either the whole ashlands, and now this massacre scene. True, everyone had their way of coping, but this was rather unusal to a girl like Haru, the same girl who had taught Yana that Digimon weren't born evil which the reason why she was okay with deleting and purifying them... It felt too different from what little of her personality she'd let them glimpse so far.
Regardless, as the two of them examined the corpses, Ari too noticed something unusal: These marks every corpse had were eerily familiar. All marked ones had a similar one, only they all had it in different places of their body. More importantly, these had been carved into the victims, and all in the same place... That bit was defenitely out of place, and Ari rubbed her chin like a detective would: Why the back of the hand...? There was only one Marked one that she knew of that had the mark in that place...
No way...
But the distracting thump kept her from pondering too much on this, and at this point Yana was already next to her, looking towards where the sound came. So focused and on edge was she that she completely failed to notice Haru at her side until she grabbed her hand, making Yana let out a cute, stratled yelp, "Kyahh-! H-haru-chan...?!"
Still, her touch was still the most comforting warmth she could find in this place and so it didn't really take long for Yana to be put at ease, slowly relaxing as she focused on the blonde's presence. That's right... Haru was here for her! She even whispered in her ear sweetly, reassuring Yana that she could squeeze her hand next time she felt scared, and the raven haired girl found herself doing so; not because she was scared, but out of simple affection, gently caressing Haru's hand with her thumb.
But as she turned to look her in the eyes and thank her for her support with her usual smile, she wound up giving a different form of appreciation: Yana faced her in the exact moment Haru would try to kiss her cheek, which would most likely result in her stealing her first kiss by mistake.
Predictably enough, Yana herself would look on wide eyed, startled and suddenly pulling away embarassed:
"Oh m-my...! I-I'm so s-sorry, Haru-chan...!!", Yana would stammer and whimper apologetically, her previous faint blush replace by her whole face reddened beyond reason. It was her fault, even it kissing her was an accident. She'd end up, squeezing her hand nervously and bowing her head in shame, hoping her friend would forgive her, "I j-just... wanted to t-thank you... F-for supporting me."
Regardless of whether the awkward moment had been averted or not, Yana would soon ease up, leaning slightly into Haru as the thumping sound made itself heard again, and a man crawled out of it. He defenitely looked hurt, but the bulk of the damage seemed mostly psychological. He went on and on about a Shinigami, claiming to be one of the victims... But even Yana had a hard time believing him, let alone the other people in her group.
The appearance of a human here was as wierd as it could be. It seemed wierd for him to be a victim; everybody agreed that if humans were among the victims, the deputymon would have caught wind of it. It's not like their bodies suddenly up and vanish. So if he wasn't a victim, then he was either one of the cultists or he was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time
"This Shinigami... What did she look like?", Ari would ask, furrowing her brow as she already had her own suspicions. It seemed like Hyde was the only one who had also reached a similar conclusion, but unlike Ari and Yana he had never met the person in question, leaving him unable to confirm it...
"The deputymon might have a better idea of who he might be.", Yana would comment, looking towards Haru for confirmation. Regardless of whether he was a victim or another criminal, they had to turn him over...

Haru's fraternization with the corpses hadn't yielded much to her beyond the drive for vengeance, however, the discovery of all too familiar marks had jump started that drive quite a bit. These people were strangers. Haru didn't know them from John Doe but they were marked, liked her. That made them practically family... Kinda. It told the presumptious girl almost all she needed to know, these people were singled out due to their marks. She didn't need to know these people to know that whoever did this to them would do it to her, or Yana for that matter.
Taking the girl's attention away from her thoughts was the other boy who seemed to have enjoyed himself among the bodies. Shoving a paper with a single word scribbled on it in her face, the blonde reading it and grinning at him as he corrected her and continued. "No need to be jealous, just because I wont beat your horned behemoth." she'd tease slyly as he moved ahead, only to find that when her lips were supposed to connect with Yana's cheek, they instead found something more plump. Soft, tender, but with more texture and the faint taste of balm.
Haruhi shared in the surprised expression for but a moment, her own eyes quickly becoming luridly half kidded while Yana pulled away quickly, likely appologizong and protesting from the look on her face. Haru ignoring it all together. Her free hand leisurely moved to the other girl's cheek, her thumb brushing lightly against it as passed along the flesh to lightly grip the back of her head, guiding the flustered dancer's lips back down to her own, silencing any appologies or protests with a far less innocent kiss, no accident. She acted without a thought or care, the rudeness of her action reflected in the kiss. Clean, deliberate, but not lacking passion. Yana's affectionate hand squeezing was returned in kind, Gary's fingers hooking around her partner's, slowly slipping her grip away from them, pulling the appendages gently before firmly pressing her palm against Yana's once more. Letting go of her head as the thumping grew closer, she ignored it, as the group was surely large enough to get away with this moment. If only just this one. "No half measures, no appologies..." she would declare softly to her... Friend? Her gaze was soft, but stern. She meant what she said, and more, though before she could continue holding Yana's gaze, commanding it without demanding it, the group was met with the racing frieghtened shouts of a bumbling Japanese man.
In his terror he yammered on about a death spirit, and the cultists. Kiyo set about interrogating him, Ari asking the question he had neglected to. "5 bucks shes a match for Rei..." Haru would all but hiss, her baseless assumption born from her suspicions. Yana seemed to recover fast enough to remind her that there was a witness before them. Something deputymon would likely wanna know about...
The blonde nodded along with her words for a moment, before lifting her other hand slightly, lazily shrugging. "Or we can not believe his impossibly unlikely story and kill him... Does he have a digivice? A forum in? How do we know he's not a cultist trying to play us for fools? And even if he isnt, how do we know he didn't cause this mess?" she would say in american, not looking to betray her intent to the panicked man. "Furthermore, it's a long walk back just to confirm wether or not this guy is guilty or innocent. We were led to believe these cultists left no survivors, so the odds of this guy being totally innocent is so slim, I won't lose sleep over 'what-ifs'... Let's just... I don't know... Vee, you think you could like, crush his skull and we can all just move on?" the rather nonchalant tone of her question might have betrayed what sort of question it was. She wasn't asking if Her was capable of doing such a thing. He was about the size of an upright rhino, maybe bigger. She was asking if he would... The dragonoid looked between his tamer and the freightened man, keeping his eyes on him for any sort of sudden, hostile movements. "I... Don't think he's worth more to us dead. Even in the worse case scenario, he's a good informant... And if he's telling the truth... He might make good bait... Let's not rush into-" Haru would make a rather immature rasberry with her lips, resting her head on Yana's side as the girl leaned into her. "Fiiiiiine, whatever, you're right, jeeeeez..."

The mixed reactions of the crowd seemingly ended up making the man restless, staggering lightly backwards till he hit the wall, the terror clearly noticeable in his eyes. "I-I didn't see her face, but the voice clearly belonged to a teenage girl, slightly shorter than you!"The man pointed at Yana as he continued, seemingly turning his attention toward Kiyoshi to answer the lad's question. "I was out on a trip in the Nanosphere forest with my partner Gomamon! I swear!" He briefly flashed a D-3 digivice as if to provide some evidence while he continued. "We were being chased by them, but I told Goma to hide while I tried to make them chase me, unfortunately they caught up to me..." He lowered his gaze as he took a deep breath and continued. "Those sick bastards kidnapped a bunch of people! from what I overheard I was to become a part of the second batch. They take around four people once every week to through the underground tunnel down those stairs to their base. I don't know why but judging from the fact none returned you can imagine why. They were about to hunt for more victims but then the Shinigami girl shown up!"The man nodded his head vigorously. "Didn't get her name but she seemed to be talking to someone or something! even when I didn't see anyone else in the room! but that's all I know! I swear! her body was cloaked so I couldn't see much at all! The only thing that might help you is that a purple hue came from her cloak when those people started dying!"Still, Haru and her partner's words clearly left the man in an even worse panic. "Go in there? That's the same as killing me! Nobody returned from there! Please just let me go... Or at the very least if you plan to kill me, find Goma in the Nanosphere forest once you're done doing whatever it is that you're up to! That poor Gomamon doesn't deserve to wait for eternity..."---- Objective: Find the Cultist's hideout Optional Objective: Find the mysterious Tamer/Establish contact with her. One would think with this information, they could just move on and try to hunt down the cultists and this 'shinigami', but it seemed some of their number were more than a little paranoid regarding the survivor, Haru even wanting to flat our kill the guy. Hyde sighed and rolled his eyes. "I seriously doubt he's one of them. I mean, why would they go to all this trouble of leaving a guy here to trick us? I mean, it's not like they knew we were coming or anything. Plus, SOMETHING killed all those guys in there. If this guy was a cultist, why would he still be alive? This 'shinigami' would have flat out murdered him along with everyone else here."He looked down at the frightened man before them, "And I really don't care for dragging this guy along behind us. I say we at least tie him up and bring him with us back to Deputymon on the way back. If he's innocent, well, he's out of harms way until we come back. He's a cultist, well, he ain't going anywhere and warning his buddies about us. And then Deputymon can do with them whatever he likes."Behind him, Sable and Weiss changed back into their rookie forms, no imminent danger around to justify their current states. Hyde glanced back at them. "Go find some rope or something." The two Pawn Chessmon nodded and ran off to find some rope. @kiyo Yana SekigawaHaruhi RyuukamiReikiko Tsukino

AND SAY, HAH, WHAT I WANNA SAY tagged notes Text surrounded by symbols such as these: 『 』 are him speaking in Japanese. Too lazy to get proper translation atm.
Health:100% Passive // Not Applicable - Combat Log - | Kiyoshi couldn't believe what was happening right now. He had to rub his face with his hand to keep himself calm, something that was growing increasingly hard even with his patience level. He wrote down what the guy said on paper, but his aggressive stance seemed to waver quite a bit at the person's attitude. He wasn't a threat, regardless of who he was judging from that attitude.
『You'll see Gomamon again. We're not going to kill you.』 He turned his look around to the group, giving a particular warning look towards the blonde female. 『First of all, you're not worth our time. Second of all...』 He took in a deep breath and turned towards Hyde with the most scornful expression on his face known to man, he was suppose to be smart from what he said in his introduction.
"So let me get this straight..." The young male would pause for a brief moment, catching his breath and tapping the butt of his pencil on his paper to try and keep concentration. "What you are trying to say is: You want us to walk all the way back to Deputymon, across the dark area again and in the middle of a raging storm... Just to interrogate some coward who's barely a threat to us?!" As he continued describing the flaws of the plan Hyde had suggested, he would verbally sound more and more exasperated; as if he was trying to talk to a kid why jumping into a pit of lava would lead to death, yet them persisting on swimming anyways. He'd take a deep sigh, and rub his temples before bursting out into a yell.
"ARE YOU INSANE OR JUST EXTREMELY RETARDED?"
The teen slammed his hands down to his sides, his scornful expression turning back into an aggressive one. Almost immediately as it passed, he shook his head and turned back to the guy infront of them. "Regardless he's a deadweight, cultis or not. Not being killed? He could have easily hidden in the closet and made the noise on purpose. But whatever." Kiyoshi would pull out a small golden piece of sludge from his pocket, it was surprisingly not wet and looked more like constantly preserved puddy than actual slime or goo. It let out a soft glow, however as soon as he squeezed it a Numemon emerged from data into existence.
『He's a useless pile of crap, but feel free to use him to get back to your Gomamon. Once you find him, get out of the digital world and do not ever come back. If you're this scared from a little death and cultist activity, then you're hardly worth the tamer title.』 He glowered, and began writing a few things in his notes. 『If I see you again, I'll play around with your senses a bit, let you experience the worst kind of suffering, and then kill you infront of that Gomamon.』 His auburn eyes looked towards the man and narrowed, as if trying to make himself look like he meant it. 『I'm dead serious. Now get.』 To be fair, he wasn't completely serious. He didn't have the guts to kill someone, to have the blood on his hands and the guilt that came with it. Yet he made sure he sounded as serious as possible.
The Numemon he was referring to looked at him with a fearful look on its face, before inching towards the so-called tamer and trying hard to make itself cute like a puppy dog. It surprisingly didn't have an odor, as it was simply a token. It seemed to be nervous about something around the area, but at the same time on the alert to attack the nearest instructed target.
"Regardless of what he says, its probably best for us to go to the area mentioned." He spoke, never getting rid of that serious tone of voice as he did so. He flicked his wrist and put the objects he was previously holding away in a pocket, before attempting to re-scan the area with his digivice. "If what he's saying is true, and it is their base, then that's where we have to be heading. After all we're here to find their area of operations and shut them down, right?" Then again.. there was that cloaked person that was mentioned, the Shinigami. Hopefully they'd be on their side, that was all he could really do. He wasn't going to turn back on a lead, that wasn't his style.
