d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-duel You and a number of other players will play nerdy TCGs with a desperate Wisemon. There will be blood, sweat, tears, and Yu-Gi-Oh puns before the game has ended! | Wisemon splayed a dozen crisp cards in his hands, fanning them out so that each glossy image caught the light. Beautiful. He smiled fondly down at his favorite card, Blue Eyes White DORUguremon, before taking the handful of cards and shuffling them back into the deck. After slaving for countless long hours over The N00b's Guide to Generic TCGTM (though he still wasn't sure what a "n00b" was), he'd finally created the ultimate deck. It had the perfect ratio of "aggro" to defensive cards, the most efficient balance of monsters to spells and traps — it was a thing of statistical beauty. The only problem was that Wisemon lacked any opponents against which to whet the edge of his new creation. Until it had first blood, he couldn't be sure that it was truly complete. Alas, none of his comrades would test their wits against him. They scoffed at the idea of a "TCG" and mocked him for indulging in a childrens' game. A childrens' game! As if children had the mental capacity to fully realize the complexities of this depthless sport. He would prove them wrong, once he'd mastered Generic TCGTM and used it to hone his mind. And anyway, he didn't really need his so-called "friends." A simple "wanted" ad would suffice. He was sure there would be dozens of keen young minds knocking on his door any minute, eager to learn all he had to share. They would provide Wisemon with the challenge he so desired... though hopefully not too much challenge, or else that would just be embarrassing. Perish the thought! The unlearned youth getting an edge over the all-knowing Wisemon! He chuckled to himself at the very idea. Glancing at the timepiece mounted on the wall, Wisemon hurried to ready the "dueling arena" for his soon-to-arrive guests. A seat for each player at the long, mahogany table that usually served as his dining table but tonight would taste blood, sweat, and tears. A deck of cards at each seat. (Failures from Wisemon's prior calibrations.) And finally, he took his own place at the head of the table, leaning back in the cushioned chair in an effort to make a rather imposing impression. Any visitors who knocked would find the grand, double-wide doors to Wisemon's mansion swinging open by themselves and a line of candles flickering to life to illuminate the way to the "dueling arena." |

POSTING ORDER
Turn order in the game will follow the initial posting order. When everyone has posted once, this section will be updated to reflect the turn/posting order.
Due to trap cards, weird effects, and other shenanigans, players will be able to post out of order, e.g.
Player 1 attacks Player 3
Normally it would then be Player 2's turn to post
However, Player 3 instead triggers a trap card in response to Player 1's attack
Posting order then resumes as normal
This will get confusing, but use your discretion! The rules are made up and the points don't matter!
