The motorbike cut across the sand's of the Matrix, his shades glistened in the heated sun as it blazed over the sandy seas. Rock music blasted from from the radio of his cutom bike. It was unsually hot today to the white hair, his face drenched with sweat, cheeks flushed. 

"Shit it's hot today," he muttered slicking his sweat dampened hair back "I better find some shade soon before I faint out here." 


Snorting Leyton, wiped the sweat from his brow and licked his chappening lips. Why was he even out here?

Having left the desert city of wandering nomads behind, Zo found herself trekking in the direction she had been pointed to by a merchant. He told her that the way back to the plains was this way. So, following the direction and keeping her eye on the sun, Zo continued her walk. Her long red hair was tied back into a ponytail to keep it from draping over her and becoming sticky with her sweat. As the walked, the sound of... rock music became apparent. Who was blasting music out this far into the desert? She made her way towards the source of the music, only to find a white haired man on a motorcycle. How was his bike even working on the desert sand? Blinking, Zo approached him with a soft wave. ”Hola! Oh! Er, hablas espanol?”

Leyton's jam was interrupted by a voice, a feminine voice... Jack pot! Looking around, the white hair, spotted a ginger, another ginger. It was as if someone above knew he had a thing for red hair. 

Turning down his music, he heard her mutter something... In Spanish. Luckily for Leyton, he understood Spanish due to spending quite a bit of time watch Spanish soap operas and learning the language via Rosetta Stone. 

"Uh... Sí, Hablo un poco de español qué cosas." he rubbed his chin, shit getting rusty "¿Qué hace en el desierto una cabeza bastante roja ?"

As the white haired man turned to look towards her, she gave a soft wave of the hand with a polite nod. As the music turned down, Zo approached him and his bike. Her eyes shifted to study the bike curiously. When he spoke Spanish, her eyes lit up with blatantly excitement. She clapped her hands and nodded. "Oh! ¡Eso es genial! He estado teniendo problemas para encontrar personas que me pueden entender!" she spoke, glad to have found someone who could speak Spanish. However, as he continued, her smile faltered for a brief moment before laughing lightly. His Spanish was a little off, but it was better than anything she had found so far from other people. "Estoy intentando volver a las llanuras, pero yo sigo siendo dado la vuelta!"

She was pretty fluent in Spanish, though her features didn't indicate her being of Mexican descent . Her attire came off as European, as most American women weren't so... Petite. 

He gave her a polite smile as he tried to decipher what she was saying, his Spanish wasn't the best but he could at least help her out." Excelente! Acaba de llegar de las planicies, pero va al revés." he pointed to the Southern most part of the desert, as she was actually going East.

He looked her over, she was sort of cute for a stranger, and what sort of guy would allow such a nice young lady to burn up in the hot sun, that and she had an egg plus the heat and digital life would be fatal for a small Digimon. Dark Lizamon and Gazimon roamed these plains regularly she'd need a guide if she wanted to keep her partner safe. 

A mischievous grin crept across Leyton's face, he would love to be her guide, maybe even her translator... For a reward. "Tienes que ir al sur," he stood up and dusted off the seat of his bike. "Sentarse aquí" 

Taking off his black backpack, he placed it on the ground before unzipping it and rummaging through it. It was a good idea keeping a thermal ice pack after all. 

Pulling out two bottles of water he offered them both to the girl. "Uh..." he snapped his fingers trying to collect his words, "¿Para usted y su pareja, sería bueno tomar un descanso, sí? Y el huevo podría utilizar un buen enfriamiento."

He stood up and retreived a third bottle of water unscrewing it with his mouth while he still held the other two to the girl. Without hesitation he poured the water onto his head in an attempt to cool down his hair.

Well, most American women spoke fucking English Leyton, so of course she wasn't American. Jesus. Zo would smile politely as she studied his white hair curiously. Was it bleached? She honestly had never met someone in person who bleached their hair. As he spoke, her head tilted to the side somewhat confused. "Usted vino al revés?” she spoke softly. He came backwards? She wasn't quite sure what he meant, but as he pointed, her eyes followed curiously. Oh wait! He meant to go the other way, right? As he mentioned going south, she nodded softly. ”¿Sur? Ah! ¡Gracias!” When he offered her a seat, Zo hesitated for a brief moment. Normally, she'd worry about imposing, but her legs honestly hurt after so much walking. With a soft nod, she moved to sit on the seat of the bike. ”Gracias, mis piernas estaban empezando a doler mucho!” At the offer of water, she blinked and took them. ”Eh..? Dos?” Why had he given her two waters? At the mention of her partner's egg needing cooling, her face became somewhat concerned. She hadn't thought about it needing to be cooled down... Gulping, she'd speak. ”Eh!? No sabía que el huevo podría recalentarse! Pensé que estaría bien ya que es digital ...”

Leyton smiled as she sat and accepted his gift, his Spanish was messy, but at least she understood for the most part. Placing his hand over his eyes like a visor he narrowed his eyes of the southernmost part of the desert. It was a short ride, a three-hour trip at the most on foot, maybe one on wheels. 

She seemed confused by why he gave her two; it may help him to explain why she may want to consider cooling down her partner's egg. "Um, la cáscara de huevo se hace de los datos pero los Digimon dentro de está desarrollando, la cáscara a veces puede sobrecalentarse y Digimon dentro de mayo uh... ¿Vence?" 

It wasn't the warmest topic but keeping a youngling cool was important to its devlopment. Reaching for her hand, he placed the cooled water bottle at the base of the egg. Cuando siente que la necesidad empapa el huevo en un poco de agua, puede refrescar la cáscara."

That wouldn't be all that sufficent. Maybe she'd take a deal? He could use the company and may she could use a translator. "¿Cómo quisiera usted a un traductor?"

Zo opened the bottle of water silently as she took a soft sip. Her eyes shifted up to watch the man put his hand over his eyes and survey their sandy surroundings. Was he looking for which way to go? He seemed to be thinking of something. When he looked to her and began to speak, she nodded along- paying attention to the best of her ability. ”Veo que tiene mucho sentido... Gracias por dejarme acerca de eso,” she spoke. Her eyes looked down to her egg thoughtfully. As he placed the water bottle against the base of the egg, she nodded along. ”Oh, lo entiendo.” She'd tip her bottle over a bit to gently drip some water on it. Her ears perked at the mention of a translator. Looking up, she smiled brightly. "Eso sería muy agradable! He tenido problemas para hablar con otras personas hasta ahora.”

Returning mild smile of his own, he stood up once more looking to the South, it would be a bumpy ride. but her egg is secure and she seems more than willing to let him be her translaotr. They could meet up with Adam, or Brennan some time, if Leyton ever got their numbers... Meh.


He turned back to her and couldn't help but smile,"Fantástico! Podría ser su traductor."  

Snapping his fingers and placed a hand on his head, she didn't even have his name. "Mi nombre es Leyton, es agradable encontrarle." 

This was going to be a hard sentance to get out, how does he ask her to take a ride on his bike? "Quisiera usted montar mi motocicleta a las llanuras? O deberíamos andar?"

The white haired boy seemed to be intent on looking to the south, but the smile on his face kept Zo from being too concerned. When he looked back to her and spoke, she giggled softly. He meant well, and his Spanish was decent... However sometimes his word placement was odd and it caused her giggle. She'd nod along to his words. "Me alegro de que puede ser!" she hummed softly. At the mention of his name, her face grew red at the realization that she too had forgotten to introduce herself. "Oh! He olvidado mi nombre también! Mi nombre es Zo! Estoy feliz de haberte conocido!" When he spoke once more, she tilted her head to the side in thought before speaking. "Ah... Hrm.. Bueno ,no me importa. Sólo quiero salir del desierto!"

He smiled at her repsonse, it was reassuring that he was understood, for the most part. Though his spanish was sub par it appeared that she caught everything he was saying. Without hesitation he hopped onto his bike and fired her up. 

Exhaust would taint the Sand below them, stiring it up and blowing it back with forceful gust. To leyton it was almost harmonic, the sound of his bike's engine purring was calming and lovely all in one roll. He nodded ot the girl to get on aif they wanted to make it before sun down they'd have to speed.

As Leyton moved to hop onto the bike, Zo scooted back to give him more than enough room to sit. She looked down to the Digital Egg that was nestled into her bag. It was currently resting on her lap. Her hands would go to make sure it was properly strapped down by pulling over straps meant to hold a laptop. Zo would slip a water bottle on each side of the egg to keep it cool. Then, she zipped the bag as far as the zippers would go. As a final measure, she fastened the book bag's flap over it and buckled it down. As Leyton started up the bike, Zo made sure the strap around her shoulder and chest was as tight as possible to keep the egg from being shaken too much. She'd get into position on the bike with a nod as he beckoned.

"Espere!" he warned, as he kicked the bike's gas, and revved the engine. She should take care to secure this egg because once the bike got going it got going. The motorcycle kicked into gear with one last rev of the engine. 
With a Jerk the bike moved forward, pulling the two southward. 

Clouds of sand fllowed them as the motorcycle cut the ground as if it was mere paper, he let out a wail, he loved the speed his baby could get in a few seconds. With that the two continued towards teh plains.

Wait? Her eyes perked up as he spoke. What did he want her to wait for? Did he mean something else? The egg was already secure... so he must have meant something else. Zo made sure to settle herself into the back of the bike's seat. She gripped the front edges of her seat tightly as the bike began to kick into gear. The girl knew people generally... ah hugged the person they were riding with, but she wasn't comfortable doing that. This was just as safe, right? As they drove across the desert, Zo smiled brightly. The speed of the bike as it cut through the sand was impressive. Leyton's shout made it clear he enjoyed it. Although, he probably had a better view than she did.

Hopefully his spanish was good enough for him to tell her to hold on to her egg and his waist, normally when he'd transport someone he would allow them to hold on to the back of the bike's body, but in this case they had precious cargo, an egg, a precious little egg. 

This was actually pretty smooth, a girl on his bike.. A GIRL ON HIS BIKE! As exciting as it was she was probably no older than 16, most egg holders were no older than 17 at most.
