As he told her to hold onto his waist, her face grew red. She couldn't do something like that! It'd be way too close for comfort! Gulping, her eyes shifted down to her bag. Was he worried the egg would bounce about too much? Wait! She had a solution. Keeping a firm grip on her seat with one hand, she reached up to quickly pulled the bag onto her lap. There! It wouldn't bounce as much now. Zo wouldn't have to face her fear of practically hugging an older boy, and her egg would be safe.
Win, win right?
As they drove on, Zo looked down to her bag and bit her lip. When was it going to hatch anyway?

Things were going smoothly, the egg was probably more than secure though he had to keep his eyes n front, they should arrive at their destination in no time. He didn't feel her grab him, she must have been shy. Well he wouldn't want her to feel awkward. "así pues, donde están usted de" he asked turning his head to look back at the girl.
Cute little lady like her couldn't have been from America, no, she had to be a foreigner, though admittedly he's a Canadian. |

Zo would turn to look at the desert as it zipped past her in a blurred orange mess. She had never been in a desert before today. While the girl had absolutely hated the place when she had to walk through it, right now it wasn't so bad. Of course, she was just driving through it now and not being exposed to it's harsh elements. From a distance, she could see the sparkling sand and rustic colors. Maybe she would come back later when she was more experienced and better prepared to take photos.
When Leyton's voice reached her ears despite the whipping wind, she grinned and leaned forward to speak so he could hear her.
"Soy de Barcelona, España! Que pasa contigo? ¿Eres americano?"

Ah, she was a Spaniard, from Barcelona no less. Hopefully, she didn't support their football team, that'd be heartbreaking to the white hair. Taking a quick glance forward, he kept his bike on trail, as he turned his head to speak to the girl once more. "Nací en Canadá pero mis padres me criaron en América, Nueva York." he hoped that came out as his parents raised him in New York if anything.
Just as he turned back to face the sand ahead, the ground began to shake, and not a few yards to the right a massive Deckerdramon unearthed from his sandy slumber. "So mírele! No he visto un deckerdramon aún" |

Her eyes shifted up as the white haired teen spoke. She couldnt see his expression, so the girl wasn't sure if her being from Spain was well met or not. When he told her that he was born in Canada but raised in America, she tilted her head curiously. At the mention of New York, her eyes lit up.
”¿¡Nueva York!? ¡Eso es increíble! Es una ciudad tan grande con tantas cosas pasando!” she spoke happily. She had seen New York in so many movies! To think someone from such an amazing city was in front of her.
When the large metal dragon digimon appeared suddenly from the sand, the girl let out a squeal and hugged Leyton's back tightly. The beast had surprised her and startled her. She'd stammer out softly.
”Deckerdramon ? I .. Es peligroso?”

She seemed excited at the mention of new york, though personally Leyton detested the city, the people were rude, the sports fans were unsavory, and the constant traffic made riding his other motorcycle terrible. Spain was probably akin to a kingdom, of peace and tranquility, heck maybe if he sweet talks her enough she'll show him if they become pals.
Leyton's eyes shifted from the Deckerdramon, the beast seemed to pay them no mind as it turned its massive frame in the opposite direction. Not too soon after they spotted the beast she had clung to him. His cheeks slightly blushed, this was a first. "Uh... Sólo son peligrosos para la ave digimon" he gulped. |

To Zo, New York was where all the fantastic adventures took place. After all, Enchant was set in New York! It had to be amazing! Half the chick flicks in the world were set in New York too! Central Park looked amazing and the beautiful buildings as well! Zo may have been romanticizing it just a tad. Of course, to her, Spain was a boring dirty country. People got drunk and slept a lot.
When Leyton told her that the Digimon was only dangerous to bird digimon... Zo realized that she had been hugging him. She shrunk back and placed her hands back on the edge of the seat in silence before mumbling softly.
”Oh bien ... eso es bueno!“

He smiled back at her, she seemed relieved. He let out a gulp from his throat, when she turned him loose. That was... Close. Though she felt soft, the thought of her gripping him was adorable. But he couldn't think of such things, if he thought too much into it, he might make a fool of himself.

Zo kept her eyes down in silence. Her face a bright red. Not that he could see it anyway. She was glad he couldn't see it. Zo wasn't sure if she could handle him seeing how blushed she was. To be honest, for the past two or so years, she hadn't had much interaction with other kids her own age outside of school- let alone boys. And here Leyton was being a foreign boy- an older one at that!
When he spoke, telling her she could hug him if she wanted, her face grew even more red.
"Er, no, gracias. ¡Estoy bien!"
She'd keep quiet the rest of the way out of the desert.
