1. Please change your username to reflect your character's name.
2. There is some inconsistency; your character's name appears to be Azazel but you keep referring to him as Ender throughout the narrative parts of your app. This should be fixed.
3. Impmon's Night Night Baby -- Needs some kind of radius on the effect. Also, define "go crazy"? Stop working, haywire, act erratically? Etc
4. Azazelmon's Demon's Decent (sic) -- Needs to be short-range and needs to have a max range (roughly a 15m radius would be fine), needs to be only used once per turn and needs a cooldown.
5. Caedramon's Shadowstep -- Needs a max duration and a cooldown, and needs to be disabled/become less effective when Caedramon attacks. Max duration of 3 posts and a cooldown of 4 would seem reasonable
6. Zerdramon's Toxic Bite -- Won't be able to passively kill Digimon of its level. Basic attacks being able to delete, say, Champion and below with added poison damage makes sense, though
7. Zerdramon's Chaos Spark -- What diameter? Also, "obliterating everything" implies an autokill move which isn't okay. This should have a cooldown and be nerfed a lil, I get if it's powerful though

9. Zerdramon's Darkness Touch -- Needs a 1 post cooldown
10. Hyperimon's Now You're Dead -- Can't block out the sun worldwide, but you could cause darkness in a limited area around you
11. Hyperimon's Poison Tipped Metal -- See #6
12. Hyperimon's Shadow Strike -- See #5
13. Hyperimon's Sinful Sorrow -- This seems kinda weird. "Corrupting any being with one of the seven sins in their heart" sounds a little like godmodding, so this needs clarification and that's probably gotta go
