So he had guessed the same too. Ari answered with an understanding smirk, glad to have taken a step closer to understanding the Blue Dragon who stood taller than her even in Rookie form. Even in the short time they'd known each other, Vee had always been a puzzle... He looked much wiser than one would expect of a Digimon his strength, and she couldn't just see right through him as she did to most people, Yana being the prime example. It wasn't a bad thing mind you, she could see enough to tell his heart was in the right place, even if he acted like he was too lazy to care for the most part. She would defenitely enjoy spending more time with him, which shouldn't be too hard given how close Yana and Haru had been growing. Though that would have to be thought about later. "...With the two of us, it shouldn't be too hard.", Ari smiled at Haru and Vee, nodding in agreement But as Vee relayed his suggestion for Ari to take point, Haru just outright rejected it in a harsh manner, even for her, earning a wide eyed look from both tamer and Digimon, especially the former. Had Yana said something wrong? Had she made her friend angry after finally managing to get closer to her? Vee's quizzical look was met by an equally puzzled shrug from the Dark haired tamer, as she too struggled to understand what she said. More than actual anger, she felt that she was more frustrated than anything... Why? Maybe she wanted to prove her mark wouldn't really hurt their performance? No, it felt like more than that. No doubt Yana would find out soon enough, but she was still worried: "Haru... chan...", she uttered sadly as she followed her closely, with Ari taking place close to the blonde, understanding Yana's desire to protect her. Haru wasn't the kind of girl they could force their decisions onto, she looked pretty inflexible when she set her mind to something. Thus the next best thing was for Ari to just stay close to her - springing to her aid in case they got ambushed - while Yana followed immediately after. It didn't take long for something to happen, as after a few steps into the dark, dank cave, they started hearing sounds of battle. Ari's ears would twitch, the Gatomon highly alert, tough even her didn't expect Haru to leap right into the fray, leading the charge ahead of her Digimon, using her cards to arm him with a lance and shield. Wasting not a moment, Ari pounced after them, easily keeping up with Vee and Haru once she set her mind to it, with Yana following right after, "Haru-chan, be careful!", she said with a caring tone, hopefully urging her to at least let their Digimon head out in front of her.

Haruhi rushed ahead, hearing the pitter patter of foot steps behind her, and the calls of Yana. Haru... Chan? Did she speak Japanese or was that just something she picked up elsewhere? Television or manga... It hardly mattered, it wouldn't stop Haru's charge. Another "badaboom" echoed through the cave and a flash of light carried off from not too much deeper within, however the noise the blonde had made earlier had attracted the attention of a trio of assailants, one of whom looked like half of his face had been burned recently. The stout, green digimon each carried small clubs and they were more shocked than they should have been to see the tamer. She didn't have her bat with her today, so no clobbering to be had today. Thankfully the little Dragon on her heels had been there. "Vee puuuunch!" the reborn warrior hero would shout, spinning like a top into the fray, knocking aside the trio of goblinmon, ending his spin in the middle of them, between them and Haruhi. "You wanna tell me what that was about?!" he'd call back to her, showing the first real sign of irritance Haru had ever seen from her usually quite relaxed partner. The Veemon wouldn't take his eyes off the small group he'd just busted up, keeping his body behind the large shield, the lance poking out from behind it as he took a phalanx stance, slowly easing backwards to defend his ordinarily level-headed tamer. Thankfully Ari wouldn't be too far behind. Vee was certainly confident in his ability to take these three thugs, but with her it wouldn't even be an issue. The goblinmon slowly got back up to their feet, a couple of them rubbing their heads where the shield had collided with their rather thick skulls. The one with the burn got knocked by the spear and instead was covering the cut on his face, grinding his teeth furiously at his run of poor luck. The trio righted their grip on their clubs and charged the shielded dragon, giving the great shield a few whacks, to which Vee would respond with a few unsuccessful jabs at them with the lance, his limbs just a bit too short to effectively shield and attack three targets at roughly the same time.

The enemies didn't keep them waiting after the two tamers and digimon's particularly loud entrance, as another flash of light accompanied by a loud explosion soon had them on their toes, ready for the eminent attack. A trio of Goblinmon soon came to ambush them, one of them wounded enough to warrant them thinking there was defenitely something else fighting them. Regardless, Yana and Ari both took combat positions, and with Vee taking initiative, Ari decided to do her thing: Putting her speed to good use. She ran and flanked the enemies as Vee unleashed his Punch, and at that moment she followed up, pouncing straight forwards towards the Goblinmon closest to her; just as they got ready to intercept Vee, "Heaven's Knuckleeee!!", she cried out, her paw and holy ring glimmering in unison as the high impact, Champion level punch connected with the Goblinmon's face and knocked him right onto his closest ally, which would likely send both crashing onto the nearest wall. She quickly leapt back into formation, calmly standing next to Vee and awaiting a counter attack, her keen eyes firmly fixed on the three wounded goblinmon... Soon Vee expressed his frustration at Haru's unusually eager behavior, as Yana simply walked up and stood next to her - providing silent support - keeping one eye on the battle ahead and another on the blonde's expression, worried and desperate to find out what was ailing her without having to upset her with more words. She was still certain something she had said earlier had been the cause for her sudden change in demeanor. "You should stay focused.", Ari calmly pointed out, to both Vee and Haru alike, hoping they would hear her. Now wasn't the time to get upset or distracted... In the meantime, Ari kept doing her thing: The goblinmon were all too slow for her, thus she took care of the counter attacks, punishing each of their missed swings with punches and scratches, staying on her toes and using her speed to the fullest... Glaring at the first Goblinmon mid attack; she wanted to take care of these three without having to waste too much energy or letting either herself or Vee get wounded. They had an actually powerful enemy to deal with up ahead, she was sure of that.

Ari's interruption left two of the three goblinmon heavily injured. The third of course had been injured before their arrival. The soft grunts echoing from fairly close by let the group know there was someone else nearby. It hardly mattered to Haru at the moment. Ari's sudden save only served to make her even more upset. She balled her fingers up into a tight fist and gave a neutral, if not slightly harsh look to her partner. "We're here to save someone. We don't have the luxury of time. Just delete them and let's get on with the rescue." she's say sternly, easily hiding her true intentions behind pragmatism. V could only grimace slightly at her words. She was right. But did that really excuse putting herself in danger? Then again, she knew both digimon weren't that far from her, so it was a safe bet one of them could have helped... It just seemed so... Uncharacteristic of her to rush like this. As cruel as it may seem, even with a life potentially on the line, Haruhi hardly seemed the type to rush in needlessly. The little blue Dragon turned his attention to the goblinmon who Ari had left standing and charged at him from behind the shield, using it as a battering ram. The size of the great shield was underestimated by the orc-like digimon and he was knocked to the ground, his previous injuries leaving him weak, V delivered a swift coup de grace with the lance to the digimon's burned face. It exploded softly into data which was left to float on out of the cave and off to undergo the cycle of rebirth. With the two remaining goblinmon distracted by Ari, they wouldn't notice the quiet limping of The red shoed impmon Thats come to finish off. He was battered, bruised, and parts of his code were exposed, but he was alive. The injured imp raised his finger up where a small sphere of fire appeared. He'd toss it at the back of the heads of one of the goblinmon, during from behind a hastily constructed barrier of rubble. "Badaboom!" he'd cry out, the fire ball hitting its distracted target square in the back of his head, knocking it to the ground,its head ablaze.

Not long after Ari had scattered the three Goblinmon, Vee raised up his shield and charged at the only one Gatomon didn't strike, promptly knocking it down and deleting it. Yana now knew that Digimon would be reborn and these guys hardly seemed like good ones, but it still shook her to see them shattering into data like this. But she had to: Whatever these guys had done before they would do so again. So long as they didn't absorb their data, they'd be born again, hopefully better. For now, she had a lot more important things to worry about as a seemingly ever angrier Haru simply wanted to kill that guy and press forward. Even sensing her rage and frustration, Yana was far from understanding it, "Haru-chan, why...?", she asked with a gentle, almost pleading tone, quickly following after her mysterious blonde friend. The Russian tamer had the unpleasant feeling that something she had said or done had upset her, and not knowing what or why was weighting heavily in her heart. Just when she thought they'd finally become friends... In the meantime, the fight was interrupted by another arrival, a seriously wounded impmnon who promptly roasted one of the remaining Goblinmons with a fireball attack. The other one struggled to get up and rushed at him, ignoring both Vee and Ari, which ultimately cost him his life. Unwilling to let them have their way, Ari pounced and slashed onto the Goblinmon, striking furiously until it turned to data, signalling the end of the fight. "You... Are you Judas?", asked Ari, walking up to the wounded Impmon, looking him over for any sign of the Grimoire. There weren't any more enemies attacking them, but neither Ari nor Yana doubted there would be soon. Meanwhile Yana would stay close to Haru, ready to head after her if she decided to ran off again. It may not look it but she was athletic enough to keep up with the sporty blonde if it came to that; and no way she would leave her side so long as she was hastily leaping into the fray. They hadn't known each other for long, but Yana still cared, probably more than Haru would ever accept her to.

The fireball burned bright until the afflicted goblinmon fell to the ground, poofing into a stream of data that followed the rest out the cave. With the fight now over, and the injured impmon revealed, Vee assumed Thatd be ready to go home. The impmon that was likely Judas looked at the gathered tamers, one eye was split, exposing some inner cide, while the other one seemed forced shut, a large bruise around the socket giving clues as to why it wasn't open. He limped his way to the nearest wall and slumped against it, still looking weary. "D-Did Har-nghaa! O-of course he-he... Did. G-great... Good. W-we can... We can get the book back now... The-The gang. They're led by... By an ogremon. He... He used the book. Trampled m-me w-when I tried to run. Escaped... B-been fighting for... For a day. Maybe... I-I knew he wouldaghhhhk-!" Judas manages between his labored breathing and grunts of pain. He's stronger... Th-than he should be. Bigger. Meaner... B- But he's ugly... An-and dumb. We can-we can take him..." Judas is clearly in no condition to fight. A reverse situation from Gerry, who could fight but had been too afraid to. Here, Judas wanted to fight, but was clearly incapable. Vee shook his head and moved toward the injured Impmon. "Nope. No can do, guy, you're-" Vee barely had the virus on his shoulder before Haru cut in. "Where is it... The ogremon." Judas to his credit suspected Haruhi was showing concern for him, or her comrades. Knowing where the beast was one might given in insight on how to avoid it. In truth of course Haru couldn't care less about the group's safety. Absorbing the data of that ogremon. That's what she would do. To get stronger, they could just start absorbing powerful digimon.

As the last of the Goblinmon poofed into data, the fight was over, allowing the two girls and their respective partners a small moment of peace with the small rookie Digimon they'd just saved. Ari gave her two companions an approving nod, before fully turning her attention to Impmon. He was by far in the wrost state of any Digimon she had seen in a long time - which earned a caring look from the Gatomon - but he was still alive, and that was enough for now. He could heal himself later. Before long, the wounded Impmon had confirmed their suspicions, introducing himself as Judas - the wizardmon's apprentice - and confirming he had indeed been missing for a whole day, and more importantly he explained why. An Ogremon had... Used the Grimoire?! They had to stop him. Of course, they didn't include Judas, no matter how much he wanted to. He was too hurt to be of any help in the fight to come, and the two girls had told his master they would keep him safe. Soon, Yana interceded after Haru too immediately promted him for the enemy's location. Yana immediately add her own kind words, hoping the little impmon would heed her warning: "Your master just wanted to ensure your safety. Head back to him; we'll stop the Ogremon and get the Grimoire back.", Yana smiled reassuringly, yet keeping a firmly resolute look in her eyes. "You fought enough already, leave the rest to us.", Ari added. With the four of them still shielding Impmon from the currently inexistant danger, Yana could only hope Judas would heed his warning... More importantly, one look at Haru was enough to show how frustrated and determined to go after the enemy she was, not way Yana was gonna let her do it alone, even if she was too stubborn to back down.

Judas, to his credit, just shook his head in response to the two digimon who were trying their best to get him to back down from this. "N-Nuh uh. I need... I need to get it back... W-Won't let you... S-Stop me." the mischievous looking digimon would say as he slowly began to drag himself deeper into the cave."Antechamber... He-he's in the-aghk!" Vee looked at his tamer, then at Ari, then back at his tamer. "We can knock him out... He won't like it but-" Haruhi layer her hand on Vee's head softly, motioning to the limping rookie. "Do you think that either of you could hit him without killing him? He's on his last legs... If he won't stay put, then we just need to beat him to this Orgemon. We can settle that fight quickly. Right?" it was of course a rhetorical question. This wasn't exactly up for debate. Haru wasn't going to leave this cave without ensuring that both of their tasks were complete. Judas wouldn't leave until he knew the book was in his hands. Not willingly anyway. The only thing that was stopping him from making a ludicrous charge were his injuries. Fortunately, the tamer pair were under no such restrictions. Haru moved past her Veemon first, then Judas as she followed the cave curves deeper, noting the similar signs of destruction that they had seen at the mouth of the cave. It wouldn't take but a few minutes to catch a glimpse of light, illuminating a duo of goblinmon standing sentry by the oppening to a larger portion of the cavern, from which loud stomping could be heard. They didn't seem aware that their friends were dead, and with Her having chose to keep pace with Ari and Yana, as opposed to Haru, the blonde felt less inclined to charge in. Shed wait up for her comrades, though if they wanted to settle this matter before Judas limped his way into an early grave they needed to hurry.

It wouldn't be nearly as easy as just talking to him. Judas was determined to get his master's Grimoire back from the Ogremon, even though Ari was there to help him stand up and tell him he had fought enough, he didn't believe it. No matter what they said, he was determined to get back in the fight and take back the Grimoire, even if that meant getting deleted in a single attack, "Poor thing...", Yana muttered with a sad frown. Still, Judas was willing to tell them where the enemy was hiding, and after that Vee simply proposed they knock him out and finish the Ogremon before he woke up. Yana was visibly shaken by this suggestion and Yana nodded negatively, with Haru promptly voicing their thoughts: A good hit would just kill Judas, he was in no condition to be up and walking around in the first place. "That's it...! Then, we have no time to lose!!", she'd answer, for once more than willing to rush on ahead, following close after Haru with their Digimon close behind. Catching up to Judas was easy enough, and soon they had found two Goblinmon guards. With Judas not far behind, Yana narrowed her eyes decisively: They had to beat these guys quickly to keep Judas from fighting, right? As the two Goblinmon came within sight, the dark haired tamer slowed down, allowing her Digimon to go forth; "Go, Ari!!" "I'll take the one on the left.", she told Vee before blitzing on ahead, just as the Digimon grew aware of their presence. But Ari wouldn't leave them any time to do so. Just as the pulled out their clubs, Yana pounced straight forwards, effortlessly outspeeding the rookie level and catching him off guard with a flurry of scratches to the face. She growled ferociously as the lower level digimon winced and cried out, but to no avail. As he staggered back, helplessly trying to shield his eyes, Ari went in for the finish: "Heaven's Knuckle!!" For once, neither Yana nor Ari disagreed with Rushing on a head strategy; quite the opposite. It seemed the gatomon had taken to this plan as much as the tamers, if not more so. Just like Gerry a few days back, Judas needed help; he was just not willing to accept it... It was up to her and Vee to give him the help he needed, by ensuring he didn't perish in a hopeless battle. Ari's finishing blow on the Goblinmon would knock his dispersing data into the larger opening, hopefully Vee would finish off his own foe just as quickly and they'd move on...

With the signal from Ari, Vee would follow suit. With any luck the digi duo could wrap this whole affair up before any further misadventure could lead them to ruin. Ari lunged for her target, and Vee his own, "Veeeee headbutt!" he'd cry out, his head colliding with the goblinmon, knocking it to the ground. Pinning the creature to the wall it had been leaning against with the shield, Vee drew the lance on his arm back and thrusted it forward into the angry creatures mouth. After two swift stabs he broke through the other side of the mad mon's face and it swiftly burst into data. Beyond the two now deceased goblinmon lied a large natural antechamber, rotund in chape, the area stretched out 82 feet (25 meters) in all directions. With it held their prize. The Ogremon they had been warned about paced around his den angrily, dragging a thick splintered tree trunk around behind him, before lifting it to his shoulder. Turns out Vee was right, which he was hating right about now. He shot a quick glance to Sri before nodding toward the beast. He had the shield. He'd better as a distraction, her agility and size likely made her better suited to defeat this monster than him. The level gap played out more in her favor, though the planks of wood he had fashioned for armor would need breaking. Should be easy enough, even for a rookie. Vee held up his hand and inched closer to the admittedly small entryway into the chamber. Suddenly he would charge in, Haru biting her lip angrily as she stayed behind for now. Digimon first, she supposed. Once Sri had entered, she'd follow shortly behind. The Orgemon, spotting the blue critter entering his home howled in rage, bringing his club down on where he had been as he made a wide circle around the room. He clearly wasn't too bright, but his trike made the stone floor crack, rock chips scattering in the air as the hulking beast dragged its weapon along the ground in Chase of the rookie, and he was gaining ground. Ari would go unnoticed until she attacked, thanks to Vee's distraction. However, once she did, the Ogremon would hurl his tree club at vee, nailing the blue dragon with it. He'd react in time to block some of the damage of impact with his shield, though the force easily shattered what little durability it had left. The lance would fade too as the momentum of the thrown weapon carried Vee to the outer edge of the chamber, causing him to collide with a wall. The room would shake from the impact. Ignoring it, Haru would rush to the site of her digimon, her digivice glowing as she crossed the room as fast as her athletic legs would carry her, earning the unwanted attention of Ogremon, attracted by the glow of the digivice and the apparently helpless nature of his victim he'd stop whatever he was doing to give chase. His larger size bringing longer strides. Haru would reach him first, panting a little as she baseball slides her way to his side. She had no sort of healing cards, and if Ari did miraculously have a healing ability, she doubted she wouldn't have not used it to assist Judas. "Vee! Vee are you... Vee please! V! Cmon and... And help me push this thing off you!" shed shout to the semi-concious Veemon who would weakly push his arms against the heavy trunk of the tree as the thundering steps of Ogremon grew ever closer. Haru shot a frantic look back at her pursuer, his new salivating at the idea of inflicting pain on the helpless. Vee's hazy vision relayed to him that something big and green was getting bigger and greener. "Vee!" she'd shout as she fumbled for her digivice, thumbing through her cards. There was an answer here somewhere, right? There had always been an answer! As Ogremon neared the easy prey, Vee regained his vision, though his head still hurt like nothing else, well, besides his body. The monstrous digimon loomed over the two and he flashed back to many moments in his life similar to this one. Body aching, head throbbing, and some nasty beast just seconds away from making him into a meal. He had always pulled through back then. He had a way of doing that back then. Probably luck, sure, but he'd never been scared. His life had flashed before his eyes so many times he couldn't forgot a moment of it... But these flashes brought him to something more recent. The one time he'd been scared... In the battle for Triton city, he had left Haru. Gone off to attack Skullgreymon. When he looked back, the girl was surrounded by skullknightmon. She almost died that day and it was his fault. Come to think of it, he had made the same mistake here... Ran in with half an idea of a hope of a plan that probably wouldn't work... But here was his girl, grabbing his hand so tightly you'd think she was trying to pull it off. Ogremon's hand reached out for the two and it focused to the fading Veemon that he was gonna die again... Probably. While that thought didn't bother him, the next one did. Haru was gonna die too... DIGIVOLUTION Before the slobbering beast could lay a hand on the blonde girl, a titan of equal size erupted from the wall. A beast of blue, the bipedal cross between a dragon and a dinosaur roared menacingly, goring the hulkish brute on its horn as it pushes it back toward the center of the room. Once there, the damaged looking dragon pulled its thick arm back and slammed it into the guy of its oppoent, winding the creature, staggering it back. Humans died. It was something they couldn't avoid forever. But Vee had made himself a promise. As long as he could, he'd be there to protect Haru. So for now, death would have to reschedule.

Ari and Vee finished both goblinmon in tandem, both of them quickly dispersing into data to be hopefully reborn a little bit better than they were right now. With the road clear, the four of them were able to make way into the antechamber where the final boss awaited them. An Ogremon like Judas had mentioned. The guy looked shudderingly menacing, carrying around a log and coated in a thick wooden armor, but neither Ari or Yana were willing to back down: They had faced more menacing foes than this, and Judas' life rested on their action. As Vee hoisted his shield, Ari knew what would be expected of her, and immediately dropped to four limbs, ready to blitz at full speed, glaring at the armored foe before them. With a plan in mind, she stood ready, just as Yana took her place beside Haru... As Vee charged in and drew the enemy's attention, Ari followed closely behind, flanking around the Ogremon as it attempted to swat the rookie dragon away. She pounced onto Ogremon's head from behind, latching onto its nape from behind and unleashing a flurry of furious, gradually cracking and eating away at the wooden helmet, eventually cracking it completely and exposing its head to her continual scratches. But this distraction came at a hefty cost: Attacked from both sides, the large Ogremon viciously flung his makeshift club at the blue Dragon, smashing through his shield and pinning him against the wall, "VEE!!", worried for her friend, the shocked Ari ultimately left herself open the the process, being quickly grabbed by the ogremon and flung against a wall. "Ari!!", Yana hurried over to her partner's side, hoisting the little Gatomon and helping her to her feet; shooting a glance back towards where they came to see the shambling Judas steadily approaching. Ari gritted her teeth with mixed pain and anger, seeing her blue friend's sorry state didn't help the least bit, "Are you alright...?" "Don't worry... This is nothing...!", Steadying herself to her feet, she called out to him, "Stand up Vee!!"; strength was far from her strongest point and she wouldn't be able to help him push the log away before Ogremon attacked... Manifesting her Digitized Whip, A desperate Yana swung it at the Ogremon. But it just bounced off his armor, cracking it slightly but hardly stopping the hulking beast of a Digimon. When Ari finally got back on her feet, it was too late as the Ogremon was already upon them. But Vee was far from helpless. With a glimmering flash of light, Vee finally Digivolved into his adult form, dazzling both Yana and Ari as he took the form of a hulking blue Dragon. It was time for the counter attack. They both had to help Haru and Vee out, and knew exactly how: "Digimental Up!!", Yana cried out, raising her digivice into the air and producing the Digiegg of Courage, engulfing her partner in a blazing digivolution. Sweat dripped from her forehead as Lynxmon's appearance heated the air, stunning Ogremon with a menacing Battle Cry. SPOILER: Click to show ○ Battle Cry - Ari roars menacingly, striking fear in the heart of her enemies and rendering them paralyzed, unable to act for 1 turn. Enemies of Armor Ultimate level or higher won't be paralyzed but simply have their damage reduced by 30% for that turn. Inspired Allies (From Blazing courage passive) who hear the battlecry will have the inspiration bonus doubled for that turn. Opponents who cannot hear are immune. 2 turns cooldown after effect wears off. Adjusting her Glasses, the ever smart Yana figured out a way to making this Ogremon's life Ogre. She would use the very wooden armor he was using to defend himself, setting it ablaze with Lynxmon's ferocious fire, "Go, Ari!!". And following in after Vee, the Blazing Ari flanked Ogremon while Veedramon attacked the front. Once there, her large body would be more than enough to fully topple him over especially with the stun, enabling her to slash furiously with Wild Nail Claws, which would set any remaining wooden armor ablaze... SPOILER: Click to show ○ Wild Nail Claws - Ari slashes with such repeatedly with such ferocity that she sets the hurt enemy on Fire, allowing the attack to deal damage for another two turns after the initial strike. Haru was not a dumb girl. Upon seeing the newly risen Veedramon from the rubble where Bee had fallen, she knew that her friend had digivolved. The only question in her mind was how? Was it his life being at risk? Her life being at risk? Both?! They had met the conditions for digivolution! But they had no idea what they were! It was a question that Haru would have to explore another time. For now there was a beast to slay. Yana's attacks had set the makeshift armor of the creature abode and left it a roaring crisp, and with the creature weakened by both Yana's persistent attacks and Vee's sudden new strength the blonde was ready to see this encounter settled. Gritting her teeth, the teen removed a card from her deck, scanning it through the use of her card reader with the flailing and mad ogremon burning in its own wooden armor, swinging wildly it's hand slammed into the muzzle of Veedramon, who looked more angry than hurt. Digi modify! Burst wall!" With a thunderous roar the once blue draconian exploded with a violent energry, turning him red as the buff card took effect, giving Bee more than enough power to knock the ogremon into its back. Pinning the creature beneath it, the dragon's mouth brimmed with an angry flame that it let loose upon its victim, point blank, the radiant beam of fire and light engulfing the creature until eventually it disintergrated into data, the book it had stolen falling onto the ground, unscathed. Slowly, Haru approached her digimon partner, his heaving mass was an intimidating new sight for her. "V are you-" her concerns were met with a thunderous roar, fell to his knees with a tired gasp. Haru, more concerned about her friend now than when he had become a giant t-rex, rushed to his side just as shed done when he had been knocked around by the now soundly defeated ogremon. "V!" she's shout but the large blue monstsd just lazily lifted his arm and let it smack against the book beside him, firefly dragging it closer to his body. "Well... That's new..." he's say exasperated, his vision swimming. Haru reached her partner's leg and hugged it gingerly, getting his attention. "You saved me... A-Again..." Bee scoffed and looked at his big, meaty claws. He wanted to pat Haru on the head, but thought it wouldn't be such a good idea at the moment. "You're... You're a pretty big guy now..." Haru would say with a slight giggle, brushing her hair out of her face, removing her hat to place atop Vee's hanging head. "For you, maybe." he'd reply with a low but playful growl. Judas collapsed at the sight before him. The chamber was in shambles and licks of fire dotted its scape, some burning wood still present, but not a hide nor hair of the ogremon he'd been so keen to fight. The impmon inspire of his injuries began to laugh, heartily and almost hysterically. Mostly at the irony, no doubt. "You did it... You actually did it! Ahahaha... Wow... You guys are... Heh... I...Good job." he would say, rising to his feet to limp toward the group. Haru picked up the tome they had been sent to retrieve, feeling how strangely cold it was. It had been buckled to a beast that had been set ablze and eventually disintergrated, yet it was cool to the touch, and oddly enough unscratched. "V, could you carry him? He doesn't need to limp back to town, would only slow us down..." Haru would say thoughtlessly, forgetting that Judas might not see her fair evaluation of his circumstances as anything more than an insult. Especially with how she had been acting before. Vee just laughed a little, rolling his shoulders. "Sure boss, it's not like we just caught some nasty ogre who hit me with a tree, I'm fine, and definitely can carry an injured body out of a tiny cave in not sure I can fit back into..."

Hi V Nova Blast - Concentrates its energy into a more focused, potent V-Nova Blast. This attack does 3x the damage of V nova blast, but the beam is fired in a straight line, more like a laser, and stops upon hitting a single target. It also can also only be used when V Nova Blast is off cooldown, and using this attack places that move on cooldown, as if it had been used. 5post cooldown

Yana stood on from the sidelines, casting a glance back towards the way they came as the two large Digimon went to town on the wooden armored ogremon. They were more than a match for their vicious foe, which left the only concern in the tiny impmon limping his way towards them. If he arrived in time, he'd no doubt try to get himself involved in the fight. Even with the Ogremon thoroughly occupied like this, he could easily get caught in the crossfire which would easily result in his death. Unlike the foes that had dealt so much damage to him, these were two Adult levels and an Armor digimon. Thus, Yana quickly prepared her Digitized whip, selecting the program and swinging it at the Ogremon inbetween her allie's attacks, giving him no time to breathe. The risk of being attacked herself was more than worth it... Fortunately for all, it didn't came to that. Between Haru's card boosting Veedramon, Lynxmon's flames, and Yana's opportunistic whip, the Ogremon soon fell, dispelling into a cloud of data, and Yana was finally allowed to take a deep, relaxed breath. It was over now... As Vee delivered the final blow to the Ogremon, Ari degenerated back into her usual, champion form, sending the digimental right back to Yana's Digiterminal as the tamer allowed herself to smile again. She approached Vee and Haru visibly more at ease than before, smiling merrily as she checked up on the two of them, "It's over at last... I hope you're both alright...?", she'd ask, looking on worriedly to verify neither of them was too injured. Haru didn't seem as gloomy and sullemn as she did before and Yana had a hunch that wasn't really her way of being stressed by the incoming battle. They had plenty of those before and she never looked as hasty as she did a while ago. "Wow, that's a big digivolution...!", Ari commented, the faintest impressed look barely visible on her expression. Yet they wouldn't have much more time for chitchat as Judas soon came by, clearly overjoyed to see it all over. Deep down Yana knew he was glad they'd saved him the trouble of fighting the Ogremon in what would surely be a one sided, hopeless battle. Soon Haru had the grimoire and they were all ready to head back to Terabyte: "You're welcome~", Is all Ari would say with a cheerful wink, "Let's get back to town so we can get you patched up.", chuckling at Vee's usual humour, she couldn't help but get in a little gibe, "Tired of being a big boy, huh~?" With this, they should all be ready to head back out of the cave, with Yana lingering close to Haru with a soft blush on her cheeks. Even though today she had displayed a seemingly higher level of digivolution, her admiration for Digimon senpai hadn't faded even a little bit. If anything, she just felt closer to her after sharing the secret of each other's marks and seeing how her love and resolve to fight with her partner triggered his digivolution.
