Writing in response to Purchase of Second Ability via Celestial Arms

To state for the record, my understanding is that I may buy others of these so long as no one form may break the 3 passive abilities. Which is good. So either way, I am making my first, since I disliked how I made my first passive ability and didn't realize what kind i could make. PS. No one told me >< So writing up my first.
Please just cut and paste it into Panthermon's Rookie form passive ability .
Passive Ability: Speed Type: Panthermon has 10% more speed than most digimon of his present level, making him more agile by nature. Speed associated attacks and benefits increase more by effect.
If a problem arises from this, please inform me and I shall edit and work with staff to make it more feasable. Thank you.
