The trio was at it again! They were on a journey to find one of the legendary armor digi-eggs. Unlike the other two times however they were not lead by a digivice but instead by a dream. While Adam and the trio were resting in Terabyte city, Adam began to have a strange but wonderful dream. In this dream, Adam was standing in front of five beautiful lakes while the wind blew. As he stood, heard a soothing feminine voice, a voice that reminded him of his beautiful mother from the human world. This voice told him that it was fate that he had brought the lightsworn together and yet it wasn't quiet enough. When Adam tried to ask what else he had to do the voice just cut him off by saying that to truly bring back the light he would need to find the lakes that shine with a golden light and so that's what he decided to do.
Once the trio was fed and ready to go after asking the local shops about the lakes they were pointed to the Exalakes which existed not to far from the city itself. The trio made the quick trip by foot so that they wouldn't miss any clues or at least that's what Adam had told his digimon but in truth he just wanted the extra time to think about his dream and the beautiful voice in it. The young tamer just walked absent minded until they reached the group of five lakes and was tapped on the shoulder by Remy which caused him to blink and look up at his rookie digimon.
"Yea you're right Remy, we better get looking if we wanna find that digi-egg huh?"
Both digimon smiled at Adam but both looked a bit worried, their tamer had been through quite a bit recently from not only going to the human world twice but also seeing a human girl die before his eyes. Even though they wouldn't tell their tamer, they weren't after the egg for the power but for the light it gave off. They hoped that the eggs glow would remind their time that it was his destiny to help save the world. Before they could begin looking for the egg, they were stopped by a loud crash followed by a loud roar as a megaseadramon appeared from under the water of the lake closest them. The group quickly jumped together.
"Let's get em!"
Before Remy and Renae could digivolve however, the mega seadramon launched it's mega ice blast sending both digimon backward hurting them. The megaseadramon then wrapped it's long tail around Adam and pick him and pull him closer while squeezing. While this was happening both Remy and Renae were trying to stand both snarling as they did. Remy couldn't manage to get to his feet but Renae could and even though she couldn't digivolve she was determined to save her tamer. The young Female rookie ran towards seadramon making Adam smile. The megaseadramon looking confused asked Adam why he was smiling in the face of death.
"Because you over grown side dish, It's our destiny to save this world from digimon like you! As long long as we have air in our lungs and our hearts are beating you won't ever stop us!"
As Adam Admitted and accepted his true destiny, the waters of the four other lakes began to glow with a bright golden light. Golden beams quickly shot out of the lakes and combined in front of Adam causing Megaseadramon to shut his eyes and look away as the armor digi-egg of destiny formed. Adam just smiled a bigger smile.
"Golden armor energize!"
As he called out, a golden beam of energy shot towards Renae healing her and causing her to glow brightly as she was swallowed up by a golden orb.
"Renamon golden armor digivolve to!...Rapidmon!"
When the orb shattered and Renae was released, Adam and Remy's eyes went wide as the new digimon's body glowed with a golden sheen. Before Adam could blink, Renae went to work, flying at the evil digimon using the jets on her back. As she got in close she put her body in the shape of a triangle and made her body glow. She then launched a large triangle shaped energy blast at the evil digimons head.
Tri beam!"
As the evil digimon was deleted and Adam began to fall from the sky, Renae quickly swooped down and caught him in her arms and was given a big hug around the neck as she flew back to the shore to land next to her brother who was now sitting up and resting. Once they landed, a golden beam shot out of Renae and into Adam's digivice around his neck which turned Renae back into her in training form which quickly got picked up by Adam.
"I think you guys deserve a rest, our destiny can wait a day."
