PERSONALITY Takumi is the battle-hardened leader of DATS. As such, he tends to have a bit of an overbearing personality. Due to his experience in combat, he leaves no room for jokes or error when hunting Digimon. He expects everything to be done as he commands it to be when he commands it to be. As such, he's not afraid of disciplining the other DATS staff when they step out of line. However, when all is said and done, Takumi can be a pleasant friend. When he's not at work, Takumi's personality changes to that of a sarcastic uncle who just wants to be friends with his nieces and nephews. He's also known to treating people for a job well done, bringing in exotic food for instance. At the end of the day, however, the only other being he holds an absolute respect for is Junk.
SKILLS | FLAWS | ● Talented Leader - As the leader of DATS, Takumi has shown time and time again how he can keep calm under stress and lead DATS to victory and keep his employees safe. ● Battle Specialist - Although he usually remains on the sidelines unless absolutely necessary, Takumi is a force to be reckoned with on the battle field. As a DATS veteran, he has spent more than enough time fighting against invading Digimon. ● Good Cook - Having been stranded several times, Takumi learned how to cook minimalistically. He has learned how to make almost anything edible in some way or another and has transfered these skills into the civilian world by making rich meals out of what could be considered poor man food. ● Masterful Tactician - Due to the time he spent in combat, Takumi has developed a knack for tactical thinking. He is able to locate enemy weak points and areas of attack with a simple sweeping survey of the area. ● Obfuscating Stupidity - Takumi enjoys playing dumb as often as possible. He does it so much that Junk caught onto the act and plays dumb alongside him. The truth being, of course, that Takumi usually knows quite a bit about a situation at hand, carefully reading and studying all the goings on as he sees fit. He even hides his own combat prowess for good measure. | ● Stubborn - Takumi can be very stubborn. He will, more often than not, believe that his way is the only way and all other ways are flawed. ● Struggles With Emotion - Due to all of the time he spent in battle, Takumi cannot read peoples' emotions and will often times have difficulty comforting someone if anything happens. ● Sarcasm 'R' Us - All aboard the sarcasm express! When not filling his leadership role, Takumi is a very sarcastic person. He will take few things seriously and will often answer questions with sarcasm. ● Battle Instinct - While some might see this as an advantage, Takumi has a hard time letting his guard down. This means that approaching him from the wrong side might result in being taken down violently. ● Overprotective - Takumi is very protective of his staff and his partner. So much so that he will show no restraint or mercy toward anyone who would bring them harm of their own volition. |

BIOGRAPHY Takumi was a violent teenager with a history of picking fights outside of school for no apparent reason. He had a good upbringing, his parents loved him, there was really no root cause for his being violent. One day, however, he crossed the wrong group of kids and ended up in the hospital with a broken arm and a bit of blood leaking out of him. This woke him up, it made him feel like he was no longer invincible, made him realize that he really had no reason to fight. Soon after his arm healed, his story began. While walking home from the store one day, he noticed what appeared a monster made of gears. For some strange reason, he wasn't afraid. He approached it, even though it was violent and angry. Takumi had purchased magnets just earlier to stick around his house and distract himself with, noticing that the monster was made of metal, he used the magnets he bought to lay it into a trap and subdue. And then the two sat and talked the night away. The machine opened up to him, and Takumi opened up to the machine. When morning broke, Takumi and Hagurumon found themselves surrounded by members of DATS. Takumi, noticing the similarities between Hagurumon and the partners of the human DATS members, offered to join with Hagurumon as his partner. After being trained and showing off his skill, Takumi and Hagurumon, now named Junk, quickly rose through the ranks. And now, 10 years later, Takumi sits as the leader of DATS, making him an impromptu ambassador between the human and Digital Worlds.

PERSONALITY The Hagurumon of the past and the Guardromon of the present are wildly different entities. Before he met Takumi, Junk was a violent, angry collection of gears that would snap at everything that came by, assaulting allies and foes alike. However, after Takumi became his partner, he changed almost entirely. He became very passive, refusing to fight unless absolutely necessary. He became less of a Digimon and more of a butler, bringing tea and snacks to everyone at the office and, more often than not, seen walking around with a metal tray and doing dishes. Although he is soft spoken, his words are wise and often ring true. While he holds a respect for all life, the only being that holds his absolute respect is Takumi, whom he would fight and die for.
BACKGROUND Originally a Hagurumon that slipped into the human world ten years ago, Junk was an angry and violent ball of fury. He destroyed the Digimon that he arrived with, leaving nothing in his wake. He attacked humans as well, showing no mercy to them. That is, however, until he met Takumi. Takumi forced Hagurumon down to the ground using a simple magnet trick and the two spent all night talking and bonding. And through that conversation, Hagurumon was able to vent out all of his frustrations, and he finally calmed down, like several tons of weight had been lifted off of him. The next morning, Takumi released Hagurumon from the magnets, allowing his fate to be decided by the gear monster. Instead of violently assaulting him, Hagurumon instead hugged Takumi and cried in his arms. He no longer felt the need to be violent, instead he just wanted to live and experience what it meant to be helped as Takumi had helped him. It was at that point that DATS caught up with them. However, instead of arresting Hagurumon (who was punished for his actions in other ways) and Takumi, they recognized that a bond had formed and allowed Hagurumon and Takumi to become partners. Hagurumon named himself Junk due to how he had acted in the past making him no better than common junk, and him and Takumi would go on to work with DATS to the present day.

YOU NEED TO EDIT THIS A BIT... Mainly clarifications. 1. Provide an image link in Takumi's appearance box, or delete the filler text 2. Alter base species/form to reflect level 3. Kapurimon's Howling Hertz -- stun duration & cooldown, clarify it can't stun above In-Training 4. Hagurumon's Darkness Gear -- duration and cooldown, clarify it may not affect above Rookie in the same way (i.e. be more than a minor irritation) 5. Hagurumon's Command Input -- duration of slowing, cooldown not necessary 6. Androman's Mission Start -- define precisely how 'fighting ability' breaks down. Stronger? Faster? More defensive? 7. Andromon's Grasp Hang -- if this grapple can remain for more than one post in an enemy, it needs clarification and a cooldown 8. HiAndromon's Superior Function -- this needs to have an incremental upper limit as not to be too overpowered; i.e. "after 10 posts, he has reached double speed, and will not become any faster" 9. HiAndromon's Absolute Positive/Complete Negative -- needs to only be usable once per turn and only on one target a turn -- 1 post cooldown advised 10. HiAndromon's Opposites Attract -- needs 2 post cooldown 11. Craniummon's End Waltz -- define how it "eats away" at their data; does it deal damage over time? For how long? 12. Craniummon's Chaos Reigns -- clarify that if the slashes miss, this bonus will be discarded. 13. Not a revision note inasmuch as a reminder -- you still have attack slots usable for HiAndromon (one more) and Craniummon (two more). 14. Please remove the final unused evolution box and amend all level terms to reflect dub (In-Training, Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, Mega, Super Mega) rather than raw terms
