"A family shopping trip."

It was time to celebrate! Not only did Anko get her digi-egg of courage but Adam and his team had gotten both the digi-egg of love as well as the digi-egg of friendship. The two tamers and their digimon then helped repel an Attack on Terabyte city, all in all it had been a rather successful time. Today in order to celebrate, the team decided to gather up all their money and treat Anko and Kiego to a day on the town but also Adam had a special gift for the two of them. He recently had trench coats like the one he wore made for the lightsworn group with the teams symbol of all the legendary crests in a circle with the light crest in the center on the back of each one.

Adam had gotten to the city early that morning and picked them up and to surprise Keigo and Anko even more, Adam had Remy and Renae stay in their armored forms of Raidramon and Halsemon. As his two digimon waited outside the clothing shop Adam walked out of the shop holding two blue hooded trench coats, one little girl sized and one Veemon sized. He then sat the coats on Renae's back and pulled his digivice out from under his shirt with a smile and dialed Anko.

"Hey Anko princess, Mind meeting me and my digimon at the square of Terabyte city? We have a couple special surprises for you and Keigo. Plus Renae misses her boyfriend."

Adam then chuckled as he hung up and looked over at Renae who was blushing a deep red causing her brother let out a loud laugh.

"Renae and Keigo sitting in a tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g!:

Adam laughed happily as the group waited. he was gonna make sure that the youngest members of the group had the times of their lives.

Keigo had done fairly well defending the City, Anko now felt a little more secure since Keigo had gotten stronger himself. They sure needed each other for moral support, but that was okay. Anko wondered if her sister could see all of this, and frankly, she hadn't seen her sister since she left for the Digital World. It was slightly scary knowing that if she ran into her sister, she would receive the scolding of a life time.

Anko had just finished dressing herself as her digivice began buzzing. The young tamer almost thought it was another emergency, so she picked up straight away. "Adam?" She said, her voice a little tense. Though, when he called her princess, she giggled. Thank god it was not another emergency. She put him on speaker so Keigo could also hear. The Veemon started blushing furiously when Adam said that Renae missed her boyfriend.
"She doesh?" The Veemon whispered, and Anko giggled. "Alright, we're on our way!"

The young tamer grabbed her pouch and wrapped it around her waist, all while Keigo took his scarf and wrapped it around his neck. "Okay, Anki. Let'sh go!" The Veemon said, and Anko nodded.

It took them only a few minute sto reach Terabyte City Square, and Anko waved when she saw Adam. "Adam!" She exclaimed, and immediately took off running. When she arrived in front of him, she practically tackle-hugged him.
Keigo, however stared a little dumbfound when there stood a Raidramon and a Halsemon next to Adam. Instantly, his heart rate began to increase. "Oh, gosh.." He mumbled, before slowly approaching the trio that had reunited with Anko.
"I shee you got your armor digivolution, that'sh very niche." Keigo said, with a smile. He looked at the Halsemon, and then blushed. "Hi Renae.."

Adam smiled as he saw his little princess rushing towards him. He quickly braced himself as the little girl jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly. The young tamer wrapped his arms around her into warm hug as he watched Keigo blush at the fact that both of his friends had armor forms of their very own now. Adam just put Anko down and patted her head as both of his digimon smiled. He then pointed to both Renae and Remy excitedly.

"Check it out Princess! We found armor digi-eggs of our very own! Renae is using the digi-egg of love to become the digimon known as Halsemon and Remy is using the digi-egg of friendship to become Raidramon."

Adam then smiled and then hugged Anko once more before pulling out his digivice. Once he did, a bright blue light flew from inside of Remy and into the digivice as the armor energy left him turning him back into his rookie form. Adam then walked away from Anko and took the two jackets off of Renae's back. Once he did a pink light shot out of Renae and into Adam's digivice turning Renae back into her rookie form as well. Once she had arms again, she gently wrapped them around Keigo into a warm tight hug.

"Hey darling, Adam and I have a gift for you and little Anko."

Adam then stepped up and held out the two blue hooded trench coats for the little tamer and her rookie level digimon with a big smile.

"We thought it was about time that you looked the part of a hero since you are one! What better way with team jackets! Check out the backs of the coats, it's the crests."

Adam then began beaming with pride as Renae kissed Kiego's cheek.

"We asked you to come here because we wanted to treat you and Anko to a day out on the town. Ya know, lunch,shopping and the like. We will get ya what ever ya want."

The trio then smiled hoping that they would like the jackets and the day plan.

Anko giggled as Adam put him back down and pat her head. She looked at Remy and Renae's new forms, nodding in approval. "They look very cool and pretty!" She said, and then looked at her own partner. "But Flameymon looks the coolest!" Keigo grinned slyly. "It'sh Flamedramon, Anki. Not Flameymon."
Anko shrugged. "It's all the same to me, you change forms like a human changes clothes." "Lemme guessh, I'm hot and then I'm cold? That'sh an old shong, Anko." The Veemon replied, knowing the song of Katy Perry since he had been living with Anko for about two years.

Then Adam made Remy change back to his Renamon form, and Anko giggled when Adam hugged her once again. After that, she walked over to Remy to hug him too. "Hi Remy!" She said, not releasing him. She simply turned her head to see what Adam had brought for them. Keigo felt his face heat up as Renae wrapped her arms around him.

"Hi.." He replied, his voice slightly shaky. He just didn't know how to act around Renae. Then, the wild tamer held up two coats, with the Lightsworn symbol on the back. "Wow!" Both Anko and Keigo exclaimd in unison. Keigo pulled back a little, looking quite impressed.
Keigo returned the kiss that Renae had given him by planting a soft one on her cheek. "You know that'sh not necchesshary, we're already glad to have shuch great friendsh like you!"

Renae smiled a small smile as Keigo kissed her cheek. She then giggled when the little digimon said that they didn't have to treat them because it was already a treat being friends and team mates with them. Renae just shook her head and smiled down at Keigo as Remy hugged Anko close and rubbed her head affectionately.

"We know we don't have too Keigo. We want too because you two have given up so much to help us in our fight against the darkness. We thought that you deserved to get something back for a change ya know?"

Adam nodded at what Renae said before putting Anko's jacket on her and pulling the hood up over her eyes playfully. Renae took Adam's lead and slipped Keigo's jacket on his before kissing his forehead. Remy then decided to hug Anko tightly because even though he wouldn't outwardly say it she was his favorite little girl. Once she had her jacket on he knelt down to her level and poked her nose affectionatly.

"Now you look like a really super hero! What do you say we go enjoy ourselves, I'll even give you a piggy back ride if ya want."

Adam and Renae smiled a big smile and began walking towards where a cluster of different shops were located. There were toy shops,food shops, clothing shops and much more to choose from. The one Adam was eyeing the most however was a seafood restaurant that served clam and crab chowder which was his favorite hot salty meal. He decided not to say anything however because today was all about the little ones and even though he knew Anko liked fish he didn't think she would want it.


Adam and Renae looked back at the group with two warm smiles as Remy stayed back with his favorite little girl.

"So what do you guys wanna do first?"

Keigo smiled shyly when Renae giggled at the little kiss he gave her, he sure needed more practice on that part. "Well.. it'sh what we do, you know. It'sh already rewarding to be a hero, I mean who would have thought we were hero material? I chertainly didn't. When I wash partnered up with Anko, I didn't think we would be doing anything." The Veemon said, looking a bit embarrassed. "But now that I think of it, I'm kind of happy that Anko got ush to the Digital World. I misshed the plache." He looked around, watching other digimon hang out and little baby digimon playing around. Surely living in the Real World was good too, he didn't have to do anything but act like he was some sort of stuffed animal. Perhaps that's where the lazy nature came from?

A sad smile played on the rookie's lips. "All I thought we were going to be wash the lishping digimon with hish baby tamer." He really didn't want to think that way, but at some point in his life, it had crossed his mind. Anko tilt her head at what he said. "You really thought that way, Keigo?" The Veemon shamefully nodded. "But hey, at least we're heroesh now. I have to admit, you're really brave, Anki." The tamer began to giggle, pulling back from hugging Remy so Adam could put on the jacket they brought for them. She teasingly slapped Adam as he pulled the hood over her head so she couldn't see, snickering softly.

Keigo instead looked a little flustered as Renae helped him with his own jacket, the kiss on his forehead made him laugh nervously.
Anko was pulled into another hug by Remy, it was tighter than before. The little girl giggled. "Remy!" She said in a teasing tone when the Renamon knelt down to boop her nose.

Anko nodded heavily when Remy said she looked like a superhero now, at least, she felt like one.
The young duo started following the others as they were carefully picking what they wanted to do for today. Anko looked at the food shops, rubbing her belly as she observed the signs. Reading was still a bit of a challenge for her, but she managed.
"Umm..." She began, noticing a shop that said "Human World Riceballs"

The girl instantly looked down, she loved riceballs. But only the ones her mom made.
"I.. kinda know what I want to do." She said, looking at Keigo. The Veemon already knew what she was about to say, but chose not to spoil it for the others.
"I.. want to go home." She said, not upset, but she really wanted to see her mom and dad again.

Adam let out a small sigh when he heard his little princess say she wanted to go home. He just walked back to her and Remy and knelt down to her level and patted her head softly. He used to know that feeling of missing your family so much that you felt empty inside. It wasn't long however until he figured out that he had to toughen up in order to complete his mission though he wasn't gonna force that on her. In fact, during his solo travels with his digimon he was looking for ways to get the little one home.

"I know you wanna go home Princess. I've been working on it like I promised I would. I've been looking everywhere I traveled to and had a thought that maybe one of the other members of Lightsworn who came to the digital world like us know how to get back. Please don't get upset and lose faith in me. I am trying I promise."

Adam then looked past Anko to see the sign about the rice balls. He then smiled at Anko before looking at Remy who then proceeded to pick up Anko with a big warm fuzzy smile. He then gently poked her nose and rubbed his furry cheek against hers.

"You know what always makes me feel better when I'm down in the dumps? Lots of food! Why don't we go eat, it will make you feel all better! We will get you those rice balls ya want."

Remy and Adam then began walking toward the restraunt, Remy rubbing Anko's back. As they walked, Renae put a paw on Keigo's shoulder with a warm smile.

"I'm happy you joined us, not just for the mission but because of how happy it's making little Anko. I think she needed someone human that she could call family while she was here ya know? Why don't we grab a bite to eat."

Renae then walked towards the restaurant with a smile.

"We better hurry or they are gonna eat all the food."

Anko looked a bit upset when Adam sighed and Remy pat her head. That wasn't exactly the response she wanted. "I won't.." She said, a little disappointed. But she would never lose faith in Adam. "I just really miss mommy." She said, and Keigo smiled a little sadly at her. "Hey, I'm pretty shure she won't even know that we're gone." Anko nodded, walking over to her partner and pulling him into a hug. She was glad not to be alone in this world, at least she knew Keigo for a long while to know he'd never abandon her.

As Remy picked up Anko, she began to squeal. "Remy!" She exclaimed, poking the Renamon's nose in return. When he rubbed his furry cheek against hers, she seemed to calm down, if only slightly. Who could blame her? Renamon's were always so soft.
Anko nodded as Remy said that lots of food would help her improve her mood. "Okay." She replied with a small giggle, pulling back from the Renamon's cheek.

Keigo snickered when Renae put a paw on his shoulder, feeling like a little kid in a candy store.
"Yeah, I think Adam'sh preshenche is really helping Anko. Back at home she wash quite shcared. The Digital World kind of changed her, for the better I mean." When Renae said to grab a bite to eat, the Veemon nodded. "Oh yeah, one thing you should know. I eat.. a LOT"

When Renae sped up, Keigo hurried up too although he was a bit slower with the chubby legs.
"Oh no, not the fooood!" He said in a dramatic voice, to tease Renae.
