PERSONALITY Frank is shown to be very lazy and laid back, sleeping on the job and taking breaks often. He enjoys being a trickster, even framing mafias with pranks. He enjoys science fiction and loves to drink vodka. In addition, he hates making promises. He is kind and reassuring with a burning passion to seek ideals, but becomes eerily serious at particular moments, sometimes causing him to display psychopath and sadic tendencies, being characterized by his distinctive "shi-shi-shi" laugh. His friendship with Theorhodes is like a blood brotherhood, he is loyal to his teammates, but if someone betrays him, it will have a bad time.

BIOGRAPHY Frank was born from a russian father (Nikolai Nestivedrov) and a chilean mother, he was raised to be a hard and loyal guy from his father, but his mother was so kind and careful with him, that his personality was developed differently. At thirdteen years, his mother died from one disease and he was forced to enter the army, however, he was not much active and slacked off by getting into the library and reading science and cybernetic stuff. During one intense exersice, he noticed a strange figure, as he does not like army training, he slacks off to follow the shadow. After capturing it, it is revealed to be Bearmon, in which gets well with him and creates one friendship, eventually nicknaming him Theorhodes.
