ALISTAIR ALCIBIADES
Alistair considers himself a charming rogue, but let's be honest here. The man's an opportunist, willing to go to any means to help his own station and statues. After all, nice guys finish last, and the more devious you are, the higher you're going to get in this harsh world. The charm part though, well, that's true. Alistair has a natural charisma that just makes him charming to others, and he's willing to take full advantage of it all. He's aware of how gorgeous he is. If you've got it, flaunt it!

Alistair's a cunning individual, though calling him a criminal mastermind is stretching it a little. While he does come up with plenty of schemes, half the time they'll turn into a complete bust. That's when it's true resourcefulness comes into play. whenever things go wrong, Alistair always has a back-up plan to get the hell out of dodge. He may be a half baked criminal mastermind, but the man's a master escape artist.

Despite his greed and desire for power, Alistair does have some good points. He'll actively avoid more grievious crimes (murder and such), unless it's absolutely necessary, and even then as a last resort. He's quite charming, and tends to be polite in most social situations. He tries to work things out with trickery and words, rather than resort to violence, but he's willing to get down and dirty if the situation calls for it. He has quite a deal of confidence in himself, though at the same time isn't blind to his own failings.
Alistair grew up in a rather poor family in Montana. They had to get by on slim pickings, but at least the family had eachother, and that's what mattered to them. Well, all except for Alistair. Alistair had bigger dreams. He wanted to be someone. He wanted fame, fortune, and prestige. He tried honest ways, but constantly being screwed by others taught him that, if you wanted something done right, you had to screw over someone else to do it.

He started out small. Street hustling, card tricks, conning people out of money over and over again. It proved rather successful, providing him some extra money. But as he got older, well, it simply wasn't going to be enough. If he wanted to really move up, he needed to up his game a bit. He took a couple of side jobs, more for cover purposes, but he really made his money via scamming people. He started out small, but as he got into it, and became better at reading people, his scams picked up in audacity. Selling land he didn't own, trading stock that was worthless, Alistair was starting to get into his own, and his charm and persuasiveness were assets that happened greatly.

However, all things come to an end. Eventually, Alistair's cons were starting to catch up with him. People were starting to figure things out. And Alistair, fast on his feet and quick on the uptake, was quick to realize that he needed to get the hell out of dodge quickly. He high tailed it from Montana and made his way cross country to New York. After all, what better place to get a fresh start than one of the biggest cities in the country? And with plenty of suckers waiting for him.

And then the attack on DC happened.
