It is year 2016 in Dharo – five years after the great drought enveloped the Territory in a bloody civil war. 15 days after the last battle, the surviving Queens and Warlord Princes came together to figure out what needed to happen next. With anger and pain still fresh on their minds and hearts, they decided that the Territory needed to heal some before a new Territory Queen would be named. One year, they said they would wait, in hopes that one could soothe both the anger and the pain.
In the wake of the decision, many of the Houses of Dharo have risen up to rule over their perspective Province; but nothing about them is in accord with each having its own family’s interests in the forefront of their minds. For a year, the families did their best to keep their broken Territory from falling apart at its seams.
On June 22nd, the reminding queens and warlord prince gathered once again. This time they were able to decide on Lesia Bailey, the former green jeweled ruler of Salajaro Province. However, a multitude of challenges await the new Queen and the families of Dharo. Sensing the weakness in its neighbor, Glacia’s new Queen has her heart set to conquering the land to the south. Queen Bailey doesn’t want a war, but her advisers are pushing for it to be the only option. This has forced the new queen to focus solely on repelling and fortifying the northern Provinces, allowing the southern ones in the hands of the Families and the Province rulers.
