Mass Effect Anarchy is a mature and Alternate Universe of the mass effect universe that takes place two years after the Reaper War. All that we changed was the ending and a few minor things. Instead of Shepard using the crucible to destroy the reapers she instead destroys Harbinger from the inside; causing a chain of explosions killing all reapers. At least that’s what they believe, no one can be entirely sure that all the reapers have been destroyed.

The year is 2204
The Blue Suns, Eclipse and The Blood Pack make an attempt to take over Omega when they were quickly brought down by a rarely seen mercenary group that would only call themselves "The Peace Keepers". After the trio were defeated, they still received hit and runs from The Peace Keepers, attempts by The Peace Keepers to assassinate the leaders of these mercenary groups were quickly foiled. However, if The Peace Keepers keep true to their name, Omega may actually have a chance. Eventually Aria T'loak retakes her seat as ruler of Omega in the Afterlife nightclub.
For once the Terminus Systems isn't the only place flowing with crime. In fact every criminal has taken the galaxy's weaken state to their advantage, making crime at an all-time high, even on the Citadel and Council home worlds. It may not be long before the entire Milky Way goes into anarchy.
