PERSONALITY Mizuki was raised to be the best. Her entire life has revolved around following in the steps of her father and becoming a DATS agent. As a result, Mizuki was trained in several things. Most people who know of her DATS work believe she's in training to become one of the best agents when she gets older. Mizuki has always worked hard to learn skills as her father taught her. As a result, the girl has an arsenal of skills most those her age would not. However, despite having been trained as a DATS agent from a young age, Mizuki is still a teenager. As a result, her actions are sometimes dictated by emotion rather than reason. Okay, not sometimes- usually. The girl grew up with stories of how the brave and heroic DATS agents protected the world from danger- and she's idolized agents in her mind. Mizuki is set to become on in order to protect those who can't protect themselves. Of course, her stubborn nature has often lead to her getting into trouble as she rushes into situations at the drop of a hat. Whenever the girl sees someone in trouble, her body moves by itself. She rushes into action even if her power isn't enough to solve the problem. Her cheeks seem to constantly be blushing lightly as a bright smile spreads across her face. Her bright blue eyes seem to reflect the sky in them and long lashes frame them. Mizuki's hair is a pitch black that hands past her shoulder. While it can normally be seen hanging down, she does tie it up for training or combat. Her most common outfits seem to be that of her school uniform or training clothes. The girl seems to emanate confidence and optimism with every step and move she makes. INVENTORY ○ D.A.T.S Body Armor - Each D.A.T.S member is fitted with a set of recursive Kevlar body armor, enhanced with chrome digizoid webbing. This body armor prevents damage to the wearer, and gets routinely upgraded as you face tougher and tougher challenges. It allows you to withstand one attack of your level, or two of any level below. (Unlocked) ○ Smartphone – An android smartphone in a frog shaped case ○ Taser – A taser gun that shoots out enough electrical discharge to temporarily stun humans and disorient Digimon. ○ DATS Issued Tablet – A portable laptop in the form of a tablet with programs that allow for her to hack most software or technology. BIOGRAPHY Mizuki's backstory on the surface seems very cut and dry. She's the child of a Digidestined who helped found DATS. She was born into that life style, and the girl has worked hard to live up to her father's ideals.

APPEARANCE It's a human girl! Yay! Oh look she has black hair. DESCRIPTION The Spirit of Victory- the spirit of progress through conflict and the victories that come from it. For without conflict, there can be no victory! Victory represents the advancement after conflict and the consequences of such things.

DESCRIPTION Victmon is a humanoid Digimon based off the roman goddess of victory worshiped by victorious war generals, Victoria- or rather, a computer program based off her made to protect older MMORPGs from viruses and hacking. As a result, Victmon is clad in clothing reminiscent to a fantasy warrior and wields a mighty blade to protect those she dubs worthy. PASSIVE ABILITIES ○ Sword of Victory – A sword said to have been forged by the Knights themselves, this blade is said to lead it's holder to victory should they fight for a righteous cause. Wielding the Sword of Justice and Righteous Victory, Victmon deals double damage with normal blows, but is unable to attack, use skills or defend without the sword. Furthermore, Victmon can only use one skill per post. The Sword grants more damage when fighting to defend at least one other person or Digimon in some capacity. She deals 10% more damage per person or Digimon she defends. ATTACKS ○ Parry – For one post, Victmon is able to parry an attack from a Champion level Digimon or lower by redirecting the blow using her blade. ○ Warrior's Revenge – When attacked, Victmon is able to use her sword to redirect half the damage to an opponent on the field as her own attack automatically. She takes the other half of the damage directly. 2 Post cooldown. ○ Rally Cry! – By spurring the spirit of Victory, Victmon is able to grant a buff of 50% to allies to herself for their next attack. She must have at least one ally on the field to use this ability. Three post cooldown.

YOU NEED TO EDIT THIS A BIT...

1. Victimon's Parry -- Rookie or lower, and it needs a cooldown / only one attack blocked per post.

2. No 17 year old is going to have encyclopaedic knowledge of Digimon or the Digital World. Even members of the Seven and O12 likely have gaps in their memory. The Digital World is transient and ever-changing, and there are more and more species being formed via data mutation/corruption every day. This is what allows customs and the fluidity in our plot -- to be able to predict it would presuppose godmodding/powerplaying in this character. As such, this trait needs to go.

3. You don't need to include the DATS Body Armor in your inventory, but it's your prerogative ultimately.

4. Victimon's Sword of Victory -- Does too much for a Rookie-level passive. Remove:

"The Sword grants more damage when fighting to defend at least one other person or Digimon in some capacity. She deals 10% more damage per person or Digimon she defends."

And alter the basic blow buff from 2x to 1.5x (50% extra damage) and we're fine.
