1. No man or woman is to be obeyed. However, they are to be respected.
2. The only law that is to be followed is to move forward and evolve.
3. Evolution takes precedence above all law and order.
4. Any forces that wish to stop evolution through one means or another are to be stopped and terminated; by any means necessary.
5. Murder and destruction of natural forces is meant to be kept at a minimal effort - however, sometimes it is required to evolve the species as a whole.
6. Machines and digital lifeforms are to be treated as human beings. No exceptions.
7. Machines are the true angels of the world. Through them, evolution is possible. However, sometimes they are faulty as nothing is perfect, and reprogramming is required.
8. If the natural foundations of the Digital World are halting the idea of evolution, then they should be changed.
9. The Saibeoagma herself must constantly evolve and better herself - for she is the beckon of the Great Evolution - the very basis of this code. This includes physically, emotionally, and mentally.
10. The Saibeoagma is to be fearless in battle. If one threatens her ideals, then they must be punished, no matter how big they are.
11. The holy name of Deus Machina is to not be taken in vain and the Saibeoagma is to pledge her life to it.
12. Rule number two.
13. The Saibeoagma must constantly evolve - any changes to these rules are allowed as long as they are for the cause of the Great Evolution.
