● LIVED IN NY: He's multilingual, though not fluent in any of them except Japanese. English, Russian, French, and even some Swedish are under his repertoire.
● LIVED IN AKIHABARA: He has some decent skills when it comes to physically repair and maintaining electrical equipment.
● PIC-A-NIC POCKET: Quite possibly one of the greatest thieves in all of history. Or, at least of his relatives. Usually tends towards wallets and smaller food items.
● RUSTIC CHARM: Tarou can be quite convincing, and he uses that to his advantage. Finding (or creating) a deal in a store has never been a problem for him. | ● LIVED IN DETROIT: Tarou picked up some bad habits in Detroit. Less brushing your teeth kind, more the addiction kind.

APPEARANCE Tarou is a tall, heavy-built Asian man, whose eyes are always hidden behind his sunglasses. His head is cleanly shaven, save for his black goatee framing his mouth. Due to these features, he can come across as somewhat intimidating, or downright insane when taking a look at what he usually wears. The way he dresses is a strange sense of tacky and royal, though also somewhat ragged. A faded blue bomber jacket, an dusty, aged vest with an equally color drained ascot, a slightly stained set of khaki slacks, and some worn-out leather shoes. Altogether, it makes him look like a homeless, steroid-abusing Paul Revere.
INVENTORY ○ THE CLOUD-CATCHER - Tarou's vaporizer, custom made to allow Tarou to blow the biggest vape-cloud he possibly can. A favorite item of his, to tamper with this is tantamount to suicide. ○ DUFFEL BAG - Big old military grade bag to put the loot in. Or to put the not important loot in. Also the pockets make for great juice holders. ○ 9mm STAR MODEL B - Made to the exact specifications to the one used by Jules in Pulp Fiction. Do not ask how he got it, that museum may still be looking for it.
BIOGRAPHY Trying to piece together the conman known as Tarou Yamada's history would be a fool's errand that someone could spend their entire lives trying to construct. It's easier to just take note that he'll bullshit to cover his tracks at any point in time. Some of his most ridiculous include: - Fighting in major wars, including what he claims as his most decorated tour during World War 4, where he lost his eyes despite killing an entire platoon of the Afro-Russian Anarchistic Union.
- Being a pacifist and long time member of the Peace Corps.
- Being born in both a log cabin, a hospital, an ambulance, inside the Sistine Chapel, etc....
- Being the reincarnation of Elvis Presley, while also claiming Elvis is still alive.
- Owning a small pawn shop in the middle of the tarplanes
The one thing that can certainly be nailed down about him is that he's been to the digital world before, and has met two digimon that generally "work" with him.

ATTACKS ○ NOISY ROUND - Blasts a loud ribbit sound from its throat, damaging anyone else who hears it. Will increase damage significantly if used from multiple sources. Generates one coating of MUCUS.○ LULLABY BUBBLE - Spits a beam of noxious bubbles at the opponent, doing Water damage. At 2 coatings of MUCUS, this will cause anyone struck to fall asleep for an amount of rounds specified by a die roll + 1. The first attack on a sleeping victim will do double damage to the digimon, but also will wake it up prematurely. Sleep cannot be applied to a victim more than once in a single thread. ○ WRAPPING BUBBLE - Mer creates a strong sphere of water around it and possibly one other Rookie or lower leveled digimon for one turn, that reflects Rookie-level and lower attacks, and lessens damage taken by higher level attacks. By spending three coatings of MUCUS, the sphere will be made of mucus, and allow Mer to heal himself by 50% while inside.
