The lone Giygan Volcano stands mighty before the party. Thick black smoke steams out from its wide mouth as fire and brimstones are spurted in random intervals, threatening those who intend to venture in and conquer its wrath. Two paths are open for wanderers: one is for the cowardly and wise, a way back to the Overdell Plateaus, while the other is for the brave and determined. Should the latter be chosen, it leads to a hot and steep climb to the higher parts of the mountain where the portal to a burning nightmare awaits.

The temperature notably rises upon entrance to the volcano. A clear, narrow strip of ramp poses as a pathway for the party; on their left is a thick wall of rocks while on their right is a fall to a pool of burning lava. Be careful not to fall.

The smoldering heat of the volcano could be felt from there as he and his partner Panthermon stood before the smoldering peak along with their allies. Zachary had been thrown into this team with the threat of the volcano causing unnatural geothermal activity in this region. It was difficult for him to understand how a digital environment could cause geo-thermal issues, but perhaps it was the data simulated to do so. All of this made Zachary curious, how the digital world truly operated and worked. He wanted to understand it to its true depth. It was the deciding factor why he was here. 

Sure it would of been smarter to return back down the other path to the Overdell Plateaus. Wise was part of Zachary's better qualities. However, if they did turn away, they would of learned nothing of the trouble brewing in this mountain. A sigh escaped Zachary as he raised an arm and wiped the sweat from his brow. This was going to be a challenging day. 

"Try not to think on the heat," Panthermon suggested next to Zachary.

The human tamer looked at the black cat-- his fur almost matching the blackened stone of the volcanic landscape. "Look who is talking! You breathe fire. Its your element," Zachary retorted with an obvious sarcasm.

While Panthermon was a creature of many traits, he was indeed a creature who was skilled at using fire, so this kind of heat wasn't too much of a bother to him.

Clutching his digivice he looked for the top of the mountain that opened to the portal into the volcanic area. It was where they had to go. Turning to his allies, he knew he was not one to take the lead. Still he recognized some of them from the Skullgreymon attack on Triton City. "So are we all ready to go forward?" Zachary asked, "I see no point to turn back, not when people are in danger, right?"

It was a risk they both had to take. He had his digivice, his cards, and his will to press forward! Turning back was not an option.


As they reached the entrance, they saw the bridge, rocks and lava. It was a grizzly task, but one Panthermon didn't flinch from."Come on, lets go," the jungle cat said. Without fear, the jungle cat digimon slowly stepped onto the thin path bridge leading across the volcanic chasm.

"Um... you sure its safe for us to cross that? " Zachary said cautiously, "In every single movie that bridge usually collapses, you know!"

The panther glanced back, already on the bridge, his steps silent and delicate. "They are called 'catwalks' for a reason," the cat replied with a grin and slowly continued. "Don't worry. It's easy. Just take one step at a time, slowly and don't hesitate. Smooth, easy steps."

The voice of the panther was almost as soft as velvet as it was hard to argue with the cat's fuzzy logic. Realizing they had to cross it regardless, Zachary followed his fearless partner slowly across the bridge. All the while he kept his ears and eyes open, just in case the worst would to happen.

usagi Sebastian Devaroux Haruhi Ryuukami Yana Sekigawa Zachary Scryer Claire was used to working with strangers- it was perfectly reasonable that the most suitable people would form a team to take a job, despite not knowing each other. The unfamiliar didn't bother her, nor did dangerous places. Rather, the woman was exactly in her element, perfectly comfortable with the prospect of harm- it was simply part of exploring the Digital World, and one she welcomed with open arms. What she didn't welcome however, was a drop into lava. A grim stare was given down at the heated core, then to the little bridge that lead into the volcano. She was dressed a little differently today, her usual sturdy materials replaced with something more lightweight, breathable- there was no sense in giving herself heatstroke. There was also no reason for her to take the narrow little path, not when she had a Magnadramon to ride atop of, up and over the pool with ease. On the other side, she stepped down gracefully, casting her gaze over while waiting for the team. After a short exchange that she couldn't hear, the very young boy and his Panthermon went on ahead, braving the little path. With the poor coordination teenagers around his age sometimes had, it wouldn't shock her at all to see him topple into the firey pit. But they had a job to do today- she wouldn't screw with him. Perhaps some other time. The other companions hadn't made the cross yet. Walter stepped forward, somewhat anxious. "Should I assist them..?" "No," Claire murmured, her expression neutral. "They can make their own way across, I'm sure." Despite the danger, it wouldn't be such a difficult task if they were as careful and competent as this mission called for. "Claire speech." "Walter speech."

Yana remembered this place... This was where she found her courage and with it the Digimental that allowed Ari to reach her Lynxmon form. That was shortly after the huge mess in triton, long before she understood the slightest bit of what that eerie brand at the base of her neck truly meant. And now she knew, and everything else gradually faded from importance. Indeed, she neatly divided her Digital world adventues as before mark and after mark; even if she shouldn't give it this much importance, the way her mind had darkened and grown gloomier, and there was nothing she was able to do about that. Maybe one day... For now, she approached the Gigyan Volcano with a strong reminder of what happened last time. That memory prompted her to forego her jacket and even her shirt, instead opting for a simple red tank top and a knee length skirt from her school uniform. Her long hair covered her eerie brand well enough; even if she recognized everyone here from that time in Triton City, she wasn't too keen on showing her mark of evil. It was Sebastian who had told her about this job and she promptly relayed the message to Haru, unsure of whether the girl had already been invited by someone else, "Something was happening at the Gaygian Volcano!", was what she understood, nothing else, and thus she hoped to find at least Haru and Sebastian there. The former was easily her closest friend in the Digital world, one of the first people she met there. The latter was the man she had willingly decided to help upon seeing the whole mess his mark had left him as... "So, here we are again, Nana-chan.", Ari had said, already wiping sweat from her forehead. All that adorable fuzzy fur she had as a Gatomon defenitely didn't come in handy, and she obviously envied the human girl's smooth skin. They approached the gathered up members and greeted them all in turn - indeed confirming how they had all been in Triton City and were likely all marked - introducing herself and Ari to all who didn't know her. Eventually, it was a brown haired boy who took initiative and took up the leadership, or at least it seemed he did. He was followed by a blonde woman atop a flying dragon, and immediately, Ari had the same idea: "Nana-chan, Digivolution!", she urged, raising her paw in front of her tamer, also not really eager to let Yana take the narrow path. "Alright Ari... Digi Armor, Energize!!", Yana nodded in agreement, grabbing her glimmering D-3, using the Digi Terminal app in her smartphone to conjure the Digi Egg of Light "Gatomon Armor digivolves to... NEFERTIMON!!", she digivolved with a glimmering aura of light, promptly allowing Yana to get on her back and turning to the other tamers and Digimon, "Hop on my back! I can't carry six for long but just for this path it should be enough." Loving as ever, Yana and Ari would wait for Sebastian and/or Haru to take the cue. If they didn't want to, she'd fly along after the Magnadramon and wait on the other side, ready to rescue any of her allies if they fell down... The hasty boy had missed his chance to get a lift across, but even then this duo would make sure to protect him.

It was something out of a movie... A giant volcano. Home to some nasty bad guy at its core, with nothing more than a group of intrepid adventurers between the local population and certain death by lava. The idea was enough to make Haru chuckle a little. There were a couple of familiar faces here, namely Yana, who seemed a little worse for wear since their last adventure together. Hardly mattered in this moment. Letting her mind wander right now might mean certain death. The narrow walkway over the lava was just that, narrow. The lava below let off a noxious smell that mingled with the heat. Enough to force Haru to have left her jacket at home today. She figured she wouldn't miss it. Her scarf was tied tightly around her thigh. High enough to keep it away from any sort of fire, but still within reach in case shed need it for anything. Thankfully she was quite used to dressing in breezy clothes, sporty short shorts and a sleeveless top left no cloth to stray into wayward flames. As a boy and his panthermon moves to cross the hazardous bridge a mature looking blonde hoped aboard her digimon and lazily flew over. It was a smart move, definitely, and watching the Dragon leisurely cross the fire pit of doom made Vee wish he could fly like he used to. It occurs to Haru that she could easily use a card to give Her wings, but she wasn't certain if her be strong enough to carry her across... Thankfully Yana hadn't been so exclusive with her flight abilities than the blonde woman had been. She could carry 6? That would mean two trips... The question was who should cross first? Haru was confident in her abilities to cross the bridge, in fact shed have done so first of that guy had been so eager to go ahead. The less people in that thing at once the better. She wasn't sure about Vee though. He was pretty top heavy on account of his large head. His balance might not be the best."You think you can make it across?" the young blonde would ask her dragonoid psrtner, who looked as comfortable in this heat as he did everywhere else. He'd shrug and cast a glance at the flying sphinx "Ehhh... I'd feel safer hitching a ride, not exactly an acrobat, ya know?" That settled it then. Haru would lift up her hand to get Yana and Ari's attention."Yana! Take Vee! I can cross on my own... Worse comes to worse we make two trips..." shed shout to the dark haired girl, and to everyone else around them, just in case they hadn't been thinking about the dangers off possibly overburdening a digimon over a lot of lava.

How had he come across the information, well it involved a shamonmon, a large bottle of whiskey and a night of making a fool out of himself, but that my friends would be a story for another time. After having gained the information, he had told Yana. The destination in which they would meet? The gigyan volcano. But why was he here, why had he been looking for information in the first place. Over the past few weeks, Sebastian Devaroux had been looking for any information he could find on the mark that had appeared after the defeat of the Great Skullgreymon. This mark had caused passed digimon they had defeated to haunt them, he wondered if Yana had managed to deduce this, but he had recieved this information from the Shamonmon. He trusted the digimon despite its apperance. So upon the given day the two had set off, Penguinmon and Sebastian had left their make shift home and crossed the vast distance to the powerful digimon. As they ascended they would find themselves being the last to arrive, hot and sweaty, though at least this time he was no longer covered in the dirt and shit of the digital world, no he smelled like a bouquet of roses, he looked good, his hair swept to the side, his white shirt as white as snow, his waist coat and trousers were imaculate minus the odd flecks of dirt caused by the travel, black shades hid his eyes, his fingers curled around a cigarette as he approached the group. "A pleasure" Sebastian would say to the rest of the group he was not surprised to see others, Shamamon had told him of this, he had also told him that each and every one of them would be needed, they would play a part in conquerring the volcano. Before he could say anything to the rest of the group or even actually get their names the man with the panther like digimon would make his own move, apparently mor eof a solo act even after adressing the group. Sebastian was analysing, he was looking at each of his group members except for Yana, he knew Yana thus needing to get a grasp on her was not needed, What did worry him was the female, she had a rather neutral expression upon her face, blank, unfeeling,uncaring, her eyes watched what Sebastian had deduced to be the younger member of the team and his panthermon try to traverse the little bridge. Alas he could not hear what she was muttering to her partner, but he had a strange sense, he also felt as though she were in a way familiar, much like he had felt around Yana, but no, the face did not match up. The fact that she had offered no help across the cavern even though her digimon was far superior in size and had flight worried him, she was not someone Sebastian would trust, she was someone whom he would have to watch over. It would then be Yana whom offered a soloution, though Sebastian would have to agree with the one whom offered to wait behind. "What do you think, you rekon we could jump that?" Sebastian would ask his partner, looking at the fluffy penguin digimon. "Easy Peezy" she would reply as she took a few steps back. She would then look to her tamer whom would remove his digivice from his belt clip and hold it in to the air. "DIGIVOLVE" he would say as the familiar light erupted forth, changing the Penguimons form in to that of the much larger much stronger form known as Kokatorimon. "We go last, make sure everyone else gets across first. Keep your eye on that boy ok, if he needs help we charge in." Sebastian would say as he climbed on to the back of his digimon, the 7"3 digimon being easily ridable, He would shift till comfortable. "Oh, maybe you should ease of the burgers" Kokatorimon would say in jest. "your getting meaner the stronger you get you know that right" Sebastian would retort though the smiles upon each of their faces showed the love they had for each other.  Now Kokatorimon would wait for Nerfertimon to return if Yana would allow her to pick up the other female and her partner, Kokatorimon would also keep an eye on the young boy and his digimon, if he were to stumble or fall, the large chicken would almost vanish from sight revealing the utter speed her enhanced and over grown legs actually posessed. The man on board the chicken holding on with one hand while his other strong hand aimed to grasp the boy and literally drag him to the other side, he had no qualms that the boys digimon being based of a feline would bein any danger. IF the boy made it along perfectly fine, Sebastian and his Digimon would take a deep breath. "LetsGO" the dup shouted, and the large feet of the chicken charged forth, its claws reaching the end before it jumped in to the air, It was easy, the power of the chicken, the superior and enhanced legs, clearing the chasm was simple even with the tamer riding her back, even the descent was spot on, she had managed to land away from the group to give herself enough room, while close enough for them to be seen. As they landed, still upon her back, Sebastian would usher her towards the group. "This is going to sound silly, especially since apart from Yana your all strangers to me, but i was told we needed to all meet here, to work together to get through whatever it is we have to do. So i think before we go on. Maybe the best thing for a group of strangers to do, is actually give our names don't you all agree." Sebastian would say, though of course his scottish accent could easily make him a little harder to understand. "My names Sebastian Devaroux" he would say. "And i'm his partner Kokatorimon, though in my previous form i was Penguinmon" the chicken would say gently. The introduction

Zachary and Panthermon slowly walked their way over. While their allies were all powered up, Zachary and Panthermon both agreed it was smarter to save their energy wherever possible. Of course, as they approached closer, it was soon the time to act. Seeing his allies gather, Zachary smiled to them and waved. "Hey guys! Sorry if this is a bit hasty, but time waits for no one. But I'm glad you guys are all here..." Zachary said as he saw the others mount their flying digimon.

As they approached the wider part of the path, Zachary let out a breath of relief as he no longer had to watch his balance. Panthermon was more vigilant as his senses flared up as he felt something off. "Careful! Something is near!" the cat growled.

Before Zachary could ask what, a roaring blast of fire came shooting at them! Zachary quickly ran clear from the flames, and luckily for Panthermon-- the digimon was a speedy one by nature! He sprinted out of the line of fire, just having it miss his blackened fur. A burn on it wouldn't even show as they saw the fire-engulfed flame digimon appear.

"Flarerizamon, champion level!" Zachary read off his digivice, it flashing up the moment Panthermon caught sight of the digimon from afar. "Careful! He is dangerous!" Zachary warned to his partner.

Panthermon merely growled, his posture crouched and angry. Despite the feral position of the panther, he still smoldered with confidence. "Nothing we all can't handle," the cat said and glanced back at Zachary! "Let's do it!"

Reaching into his jacket pocket, Zachary pulled out his digivice. "Panthermon, Digivolve!" As he said that, light erupted from the screen of his D-Power, flooding the space around him.

Energy surged around Panthermon as it enveloped him in an egg-shaped form. "Panthermon, Digivolve to..." The form of his black fur almost was peeled back as the energy surged around him, revealing the matrix-like frame of his body. More and more of his form shifted, and changed behind the haze of digital energy-- soon showing a larger creature, bulker frame and the shadow of wings behind them.

Finally the field burst open- revealing a flap and burst of flame around him. "...Mytholomon!!" The digivolved Panthermon now resembled a far larger jungle cat with black fur-- adorn with mythical looking armor around his front legs, chest and other parts of his body. A brilliantly red ruby was on his head and most noticable, wings of fire extended from his back. He flapped them, casting a gust of hot air around him.

Taking form and standing on the battle field, Mytholomon was ready to fight. With a simple glare at the enemy, Mytholomon knew fire attacks were pointless to a being made of fire.

"Panthermon-- er i mean, Mytholomon! Try to use range attacks. I got the sinking feeling contact with his body is a bad idea," Zachary warned.

The panther growled in a deeper tone. "Yes, I know," he replied easily and with a hop into the air-- flapped his large wings and took flight. He flew in the air space where the enemy was, keeping his distance but at the same time, keeping Zachary out of harms way. "RUBY ROAR!!" he roared aloud, a sphere of crimson energy forming before his outstretched maw!

With a panther-like cry, the beam fired for Flarizamon, proceeding to strike him from range. Further, if successful, the damage would actually lower the enemy's defenses. That alone would make others have a better chance to do damage as well.

Mytholomon uses Ruby Roar on Flarizamon (Ruby Roar: Red energy gathers inside Mytholomon's mouth. Upon roaring, he fires a ruby-colored beam of energy out at his enemy. If hit, enemy will suffer a -20% debuff to his defense in addition to damage. Cannot Stack. One post cooldown.) )

So far, Claire remained unimpressed- there was little to remark upon the Digivolutions demonstrated so far. The Nefertimon appeared to be the most capable of the group, at least in terms of Digivolution capabilities, but as of yet, hardly any creativity had been required to get across- the blonde was almost disappointed that the bridge hadn't crumbled. But the journey was just beginning, and hopefully the crew would prove themselves and face some interesting surprises at some point during the trip. As each made it across, Walter gave a sigh of relief, de-digivolving to Lekismon to save energy. For all they knew, massively powerful Digimon could be taking residence in the Volcano- it would be wise to save power for later. Besides, unless they came across another bridge, staying in a smaller form would be advantageous for maneuverability. "Of course," Claire sighed, fanning herself with her hat twice before placing it back on her head, regarding the group. "Claire Lyon. A pleasure," she said, barely meaning it. Walter bowed his head perhaps a little more than necessary. Really, he knew he should have offered to help them, but his tamer had been... unruly as of late. She was unreasonable, difficult, irritable- perhaps not outwardly, he was likely the only one that noticed the difference- but her temperament was slowly changing for the worse. "My name is Walter. I hope we'll do well today." The small curve of Claire's lips upward was of course cordial, but there was a distinct lack of warmth in her eyes that she made no effort to hide- until her current companions proved themselves worth her time, she wasn't going to bother showing any real interest in them. After waiting for introductions, she immediately turned and began to move, hand held ready on her weapon. Ever ready for his Tamer's headstrong nature, Walter kept pace with Claire- but barely a few steps were taken before Panthermon growled a warning, the same time Walter's ears picked up movement. Claire stepped back at the sight of her partner's twitching ears, and good thing- the Flarizamon that dropped toward them suddenly sent forth hot projectiles. The woman stepped smoothly out of the way, eyes narrowed- she was plenty familiar with these volatile and territorial creatures, and they'd seldom proved to be much trouble, as long as one minded their blazing armor. This one was for the Digimon only. While the boy's Digimon changed forms, Walter summoned cool air into his paws, forming unnatural ice inside the heat of the volcano- the arrow he summoned wouldn't last long, but it wouldn't need to. "Tear Arrow!" He aimed to pierce the lizard's chest, relying on the others to assist in finishing it off. Five against one wasn't exactly fair, but really, even Walter could see he was asking for it by attacking such a large group. "Claire speech." "Walter speech." ○ TEAR ARROW - Summons an arrow of ice and fires it at the foe.

"Aright, hop on!", Yana nodded to Haru as Ari did her thing, landing next to Vee and Haru and allowing the former to hop on her back behind the Russian tamer. She couldn't help an impish giggle as the normally independent Veemon accepted her help, but remained silent for the most part... The two glanced towards Sebastian long enough to see he'd rather get across on his own. Wait... Did he really say jump?! Even as Nefertimon flew her own tamer and Haru's partner across the chasm, Yana looked back long enough to see Sebastian unveil Pengunmon's Champion form,Kokatorimon, and promptly leap across after her. As her feet touched the ground, Ari didn't bother degenerating back into Gatomon. Ever since their earlier battles, she could maintain this form long enough, and this time they made sure to eat a reinforced meal before heading into the Digital world. Yana let Vee hop off, then she did the same herself, and soon enough they had all made their way across. But before they could proceed deeper into the Volcano, Sebastian had other ideas and the two girls just looked at him as he pointed out something important: Aside from himself and Haru, Yana too didn't really know anybody here. "I'm Yana, and this is Ari... Nice to meet you!", Tamer and Digimon bowed slightly to the two new pairs they didn't know, but they weren't really interested in introductions. The blonde with the Magnadramon gave her name at least as did her partner - Claire and Wallace - the latter easily seemed to be the kinder, more level headed of the two. The black haired schoolgirl remembered them all from Triton City of course, but that was hardly a good place for meeting new people. She couldn't help but wonder if the other two had also been marked, it seemed likely that they had... But she didn't have much time to wonder... Ari would likely not be digivolving into her flaming form, at least not yet. For now, the tamer would simply hand back and watch the battle carefully, ready to assist her Digimon if need be. Vee hopped into the back of his seemingly fated compatriot. So far, this was by far her most convient digivolution, though it was far more... Odd than one might imagine. The iron mask from which her voice echoed from never moved really. Her girlish giggle was a sort of echoing thought sound than it was a voice. It didn't concern him, it did however make for an interesting contrast between her somewhat bubbly personality, and the cold stoicism of her mask. He'd hop off the sphinx digimon once safely across, happy to not have had to try balancing on the walkway as Haru currently was. He joined the group The guy who introduced himself as Sebastion had gathered. The blonde woman said her name was Claire and Vee could tell her and Haru would get along swimmingly, in that they both seemed likely enough to not care about one another, and they both seemed like they'd be completely ok with that. Her partner seemed cutrious enough though. The Veemon would jerk a thumb at himself after Yana introduced Ari and herself. "Right Right... I'm V, that's Haru" her say while pointing toward the blonde as she effortlessly crossed the narrow causeway. Her excellence of poise and grace, despite her tomboyish appearance, shining through. Once across the blonde would wipe the sweat from her brow, having worked up quite a bit of it crossing a lava pit. "Alright, where to nex-" shed begin to say, catching the tail end of the party introductions, unfortunately getting cut off by the sudden appearance of a raging digimon made of flame. It looked pretty cool in Haru's honest opinion, but then it was also throwing fire blasts at the group. Everyone sprung into action it seemed, and she was no different. A being made of fire was not going to be a very susceptible to melee attacks, which of course left Vee at a notable disadvantage. "Vee!" and that's all she needed to say. The Veemon dived into the fray, his head crest glowing brightly as he fired a beam of light from the shining little V. "V Spark!" the Veemon would shout as he tried his best to flank the fiery digimon without landing himself in hot water... Or lava as it were. He was certain that even if he couldn't effectively damage the creature, he could outrun it. If he could only get the beasts attention! Distracting it would be a good idea, but how?! "C'mon ya over glorified flamin' lizard, c'mon! Must be pretty bad if you can't even land your sneak attack!"

So the names of three out of four had been given not including Sebastians own of course, yet again what Sebastian had gathered to be the youngest of the group did not give his up, strange, he also seemed to act rather quickly, haste can be a deadly thing, another one of the group whom Sebastian would have to keep an eye out for, thankfully he knew Yana, he knew of her ability and skills so did not have to worry about her. he also knew that she would be keeping an eye out for the others just like him, or so he had hoped. He like her was branded by a mark, a mark associated by evil which seemed to effect everyone differently, he knew not to just assume things about those whom were branded. So there was Walter and Claire, Claire being the one Sebastian was certainly unsure off, then V and Haru, they seemed friendly enough and judging from how they acted were friends of Ari and Yana. Which granted them trustable status in Sebastians mind. Of course the hasty boy whom did not offer his name continued moving, soon enough they were assaulted by a loan digimon whom this young male would announce as a Champion level by the name of Flarerizamon. This digimon would have released an attack yet even without avoiding it the assault projectary of the attack had it collide with the wall before it could reach Sebastian even while the others dispersed.  Now this was were the onslaught of assaults erupted, each digimon unleashing a strike intended to collide with the firesque digimon. Yet Sebastian would place his face near the ear of his digimon whom of course he was still riding upon. "Hold back, an onslaught of champions rookies and ultimates....its a bit much...we wouldn't want to risk out attack being the one to finish it off..." Sebastian whispered. Of course Kokatorimon understood, if they happened to defeat the Fire lizard and disperse its data, then it would become a phantom that would haunt them....they couldn't afford any more phantoms....Skullknightmons, Palmon.....Raremon and many others...it had taken its toll. He had assumed only assimilated data would respawn this way, but this was not true, Rarely did Penguinmon absorb data but yet every dispersed digimon returned. In all honesty if the group had waited, they could have defeated the Lizard without having to actually waste energy on an onslaught, Kokatorimon could have removed the Lizard from play for a bit while the others moved on, her signature technique allowing her to petrify those whom look in to her eyes, that way they could have not only spared energy but also spared the lizard from dealing with the vast amount of assaults that even though the creature had sneak attacked them...just felt wrong. Sebastian understood the need for group assaults on stronger digimon, ultimates, megas and so forth, even a group assault on champion level digimon who only wanted to destroy for no reason, they had stepped on the creatures territory and he or she had tried to defend it. "Stay back, we'll stay on protection duty for now" Sebastian would say to his digimon. "Got it, i'm ready to go at a moments notice" Kokatormon said in reply.

The party has successfully defeated the Flarerizamon and proceeds to take the spiraling path. Everything remains the same except for the scent of roasted meat strongly lingering in the air. Someone seems to have left a piece of well-cooked meat in the area and is free to be kept by finders.

And he had been utterly correct, He only hoped that it had not been Yana to disperse the fire like lizard, if it had been it may add to her marks power. But as the others regained themselves form their attacks, Sebastian would drop from his digimon whom proceeded to falter to her Rookie form once more to save her energy incase she was needed or in case it required one of her other forms, Moving to the front of the group Sebastian would spark up a cigarette, having tossed his other one before jumping over the chasm. "Kid, we still need a name from you and your partner" Sebastian would say prior to taking a drag. If th ename was uttered or not depending on the reply Sebastian would proceed to lead the others up the way via a spiral path, the steep path would be murder upon the legs but of course as tamers, as digi destined they had to persevere and hopefully that smell would motivate the,. It definatly did for Sebastian and Penguinmon whom seemed to be led by the scent, as if the scent had gained physical form and was leading them towards the source. Eventually Penguinmon would accelerate, charging for the source and finding the well cooked meat. Though she was salivating she was about to take a massive bite from the found item yet it was pullled away from her by Sebastian. The steep spiralling path had forced him to sweat a lot more due to the violent heat, her was grateful he had come prepared with water supplies, two bottles sloshed against his chest wrapped around his neck. He had some dried fruit and a few melting chocolate bars in his pocket, and now held the pice of vegetarian meat. Looking to the group he hold it out. "As we need to work together, its only fair if whats found or needed is shared. So Penguinmon found this and i'm sure she wouldn't mind sharing it between the other digimon. Before heading forward we should make sure we are ready," he would say as he removed the two large water skins from his neck and handed one to penguinmon. Yet she would not drink it herself first, first of all she waddled towards the one known as V and offered him the first drink, "Come on everyone drink up," thus she would proceed to offer every digimon a drink before she would drink some herself. Sebastian would do the same to the humans, offering them and the digimon some dried fruit.....or a melted chocolate bar...maybe chocolate and fire wasn't the best idea. As for the meat, he would hold on to it for now. It could very well come in handy, especially in terms of the stronger digimon....they could be needed more and if they were to lose energy...the meat might be exactly what they needed. Whether people drank or ate or whatever they did Sebastian would smile and nod gently. "Shall we move on?"
