PERSONALITY While his father would like to believe he was the driving force behind Jeremiahs personality, truth to be told, it would have been his mother. On the outside, he will act slightly superior to everyone else, as he had been raised to be an upper class noble, an elite of the society, one who does not need to deal with the normal commoners. However, this is tempered by his mothers influence.He doesn't look down on those less fortunate than him, and doesn't believe himself superior, most of the time. Sometimes his arrogance will shine through however, and he will find himself quickly regretting what comes out of his mouth. Jeremiah is quite serious, and while he understands jokes, his sense of humor is very skewed, often coming off as extremely cynical and self satisfying. His thoughts are always very logical, and he only takes calculated risks. Because of this, and his tendency to not smile, he comes off as very cold, and abrasive. He does not lie much, believing that he has no need to, as that most of what he does cannot possibly be in the wrong, another small trait influenced by his father. He does enjoy meeting knew people and finding out about different cultures, as a way to fill in his own ignorance and hopefully, some day, become an excellent leader.

One per thread max. Consumable. BIOGRAPHY Born in the glorious city of London, Jeremiah Regis was the son of one of the wealthiest men in the city. As the one who would be the heir of a landed elite, the heir of a massive fortune, and the heir of a legacy, Jeremiah was groomed to be a perfect child. Whether in the form of private tutors flown in from all over the world, experts in each of their fields, or by bringing him into contact with the few elite populace, Jeremiahs life was built around one goal. To become a Leader worthy of the Regis name. He excelled at what he put his mind to, and became an exceptional socialite, flitting in and out of the circles of the highest echelons, though never making any actual friends. He was raised to believe a leader needed no friends, only subordinates, and he has held himself to that rule. Because of this, his life growing up was a lonely one, even though he was surrounded by people. Nothing really ever pulled his attention, until he started studying different cultures. Namely, how different cultures were ruled, what brought them power, and what brought them down. He studied empires, kingdoms, dukedoms, everything that had an impact large or small, and through this came his love of travelling. At the age of 15, he started to tour the world, immersing himself in different cultures for months at times, even up to a year if he found it interesting, and would do nearly anything needed to find out more about them. PERSONALITY Kong starts off as quite shy, not really interacting with people unless he has to. On top of that, he is quite spineless, and will generally not talk back to anyone. This makes it easy for Jeremiah to boss him around, and he treats the Digimon as a sort of butler. PASSIVE ABILITIES ○ SLUMBERING KING - Every time Monmon deals damage to an enemy, he gains a stack of Royalty. Royalty stacks up to five times maximum, and he loses one stack whenever he is damaged. Royalty lowers his agility, but can be consumed to increase the damage of his next attack by 20% per stack. ○ GORILLA WARFARE - Trained in the jungles to combat multiple opponents at once, Kongs skills only really shine when fighting multiple opponents. Against a single opponent, his abilities decrease by 25%, but against multiple opponents, he gains a 50% increase per enemy.. ○ MINDLESS AND BODY - As Kong is completely idiotic, he cannot speak, and has instead focused on his training instead. Due to this, he has lost all his ability to speak, but is immune to mind altering or controlling effects. Additionally, any other status ailments have their duration reduced by 1 post. ATTACKS ○ MONKEY BOMB - Loads his slingshot with an explosive shot, jumping up and shooting at the enemy to create an explosion. If directly hit, it will set the enemy on fire for 2 turns. However, it can only be used twice a thread as he does not carry much ammo for it. Can sacrifice a stack of royalty to turn the fire into napalm, leaving burning residue around a 10 meter area for three turns. Has a two post cooldown if this is used. ○ SNIPE SHOT - A long range attack with an extremely high accuracy and damage. Very hard to dodge, but requires time to pull back and aim, making it hard to use in close combat. Depending on where it hits, it will have a different effect. If it hits the head, it dazes the enemy, if it hits the arm or leg, it will cripple the enemy, and if it hits its body, it knocks the enemy back. Can sacrifice 1 royalty to make it a homing shot. ○ MONKEY RUSH - Charges forward and screeches at the enemy, stunning it for a few seconds before quickly running away and disappearing from sight. Will not always work. ○ CROUCHING MONKEY HIDDEN MONKEY - Kong uses his natural camoflauge abilities to turn completely invisible. He is undetectable by any of the 5 senses, and can move normally. His next attack does double damage, and breaks stealth, or it fades naturally in 2 posts. 3 post CD. ○ HORRIFYING SCREECH - Kong lets out a bloodcurdling cry that pierces deep into the hearts of the enemies soul. It prevents ONE attack used last round from being used for the next three rounds, and if the attack is a buff/defensive move/charge ability, it cancels is out. PASSIVE ABILITIES ○ LOCK ON- Due to the advanced technologies in his visor, for every post spent fighting an enemy, he gains a 25% increase to accuracy towards that enemy, and ignores stealth capabilities. Only works on one enemy at a time, and loses all accuracy bonuses if he switches targets. ○ OBSTACLE COURSE - Being a monkey, Kong finds it very easy to move around terrain, and areas that would normally cause obstruction for other people are second nature to him. Due to this, he has a natural 25% movement speed, and an extra 25% while in obstructed terrain. ○ EXTREME DISTRACTION - Due to his prescence itself evoking chaos, any enemy around Kong suffers from a lack of concentration. This adds an extra post to any cooldowns, and makes any special abilities that do not normally require a cooldown require one more. Not only that, but it makes negative effects last a turn longer on any enemies, as their data is in too much of a state of disarray to acclimatize completely. ATTACKS ○ MONKEY FURNACE - Targetmon releases a large amount of flammable liquid from his pores, before setting himself alight. This fire does not do any damage to him, and lasts for two posts. During those 2 posts, fire attacks are ineffective, and anyone that attacks him with a melee attack gets set on fire for two posts. Has a 3 post cool down. ○ MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO - This allows Targetmon to copy any single attack that was used during the last round of posting. Has a 2 post cool down. ○ SHOCKING GRASP - Targetmon grabs an enemy between his hand-shoes, and issues an extremely powerful jolt of electricity. If caught, this stuns the opponent for 1 round, and does double damage to a deep savers digimon. Has a 2 post cooldown. ○ SHRAPNEL SHOT - Pulling out a handful of cartridges from his belt, Targetmon sets them on fire before throwing them, the cartridges in question exploding into shards of shrapnel. Each piece of shrapnel can bounce twice, and if it hits an opponent, it will cause bleeding damage. Bleeding can stack up to five times, doing increasingly more damage over time. Due to limited amount of ammunition, can only be used 3 times in a thread. ○ DISSONANCE SCREAM - Kong unleashes a terrible scream, one that sends a shockwave in a 50ft area around him. Any in the radius of this attack suffer a large amount of both sonic and vibrational damage, and find themselves disoriented for one post. Has a three post cooldown. ○ HORRIFYING SCREECH - Kong lets out a bloodcurdling cry that pierces deep into the hearts of the enemies soul. It prevents TWO attacks used last round from being used for the next three rounds, and if the attack is a buff/defensive move/charge ability, it cancels is out. Only effects digimon of his current level or lower.
