PERSONALITY Satoru is the type of person who always goes by his own virtues and emotions, he's always the type to act on how he feels. It's not that he's particularly gutsy or that he doesn't think out the things he does, it's just that his emotions are the overriding factor on his actions: even if it can get him in trouble. More often than not, Satoru's emotions can get him in a bad situation: that's when Satoru's cowardice comes in. Satoru may think with his heart, but he's also extremely aware of his own limits, and can even underestimate what he himself is capable of. Satoru's other weakness is his naivete. Heavily inspired by his older brother, as a kid he often wished to be able to be a "chosen one", get a letter to Hogwarts or become a part of a sentai team by random happenstance. Satoru tends to pretend he still doesn't believe that but his wish to be a chosen one kind of feeds into his tendency to follow his emotional instincts, even if it doesn't work out for him. Still Satoru's best attributes is the fact that he's fairly mature and tends to be in-touch with his emotions. Satoru's currently majoring in Journalism (with a minor in Photography).
APPEARANCE Satoru Ajax is short twenty-something of Half-Japanese and Half-French nationality: since he turned about 15, he's started to die his mess of hair into a dark purple/maroon combination, and has a boyish, round face and a pair of wide eyes with a sharp blue color. Satoru wears around a navy blue and white long-sleeved hoodie with goggles around the neck, as well as a pair of dark blue jeans and sneakers. Satoru has the tendency to bring around a matching navy blue messenger bag, and on special occasions can be see in a black two-piece suit with navy blue tie, and matching black fedora. Satoru's look is a bit odd, as he both sort of fits into a crowd, yet his natural features tend to pull him out.INVENTORY ○ Old Camera - Satoru has been using the same camera for the past five years, and he's actually found that old film-based cameras tend to take the best shots in the Digital World. ○ D-Power Digivice - Navy blue and silver variant. ○ Leather-bound Journal - For writing. BIOGRAPHY "I can't just sit here and not do anything, Mom. I'm going to Japan, I don't know when I'll be back." Satoru never knew his biological father: according to his mother, he left before he was born, and for the first nine years of his life, he grew up with his mom in Hokkaido, Japan: until she met another man, married, and they moved to Tokyo. During the three-year period that Satoru lived in that household, he never really got to know his new father terribly well: his step-brother, on the other hand, became an extremely important part of his life. His name was Eiji, and despite being four years older than Satoru, they got along extremely well, and Satoru looked up to his new sibling: Eiji's wish to be a chosen one, to be a main character in a novel or an anime really rubbed off on him during this period. Unfortunately, Eiji and Satoru's parents divorced after that three year period, with Satoru and his mother leaving for America while Eiji lived with is father in Japan. Still, over the years they spoke consistently, until Eiji mysteriously disappeared a few months ago, leaving only with the message "I found it," to Satoru. After the police not picking up anything on the case, Satoru decided to go to Akihabara, where Eiji lived the past few years, to look into things and pay his respects: it was in Eiji's mess of an apartment where Satoru found a digital creature and a unique device... and a way into another world. | NICKNAME nickname goes here.
