Adam watched as the in-training digimon now known as patch began hissing at Remenae. He had to admit that they did look a bit frightening when standing up close to them. As Addie tried apologize for patch the dna digimon and their tamer just waved it off with a smile. They were used to it thanks to having used Cyberdramon quite a few times. As the in-training digimon began to eat Remenae looked down at their trainer while flexing their beautiful black wings.

"Is it alright if we go try out our wings a bit? We can go scout the area to make sure it's safe to camp out here for you guys."

Adam scratched his chin at this idea and after a moment of watching Addie feed patch he decided that that was a truly good idea so he nodded. He then quickly wrapped his arms around his tall digimon's waist in a tight and loving hug to show that even though his digimon now looked a bit scary he still loved them unconditionally.

"Okay but stay close. This form is still rather untested so we aren't sure how long it can hold without practice. We can't have you splitting up mid air after all."

The DNA digimon just nodded and then stepped back from the hug. They then with one mighty jump took off into the sky and quickly flew out of sight. Adam watched his powerful digimon fly away and couldn't help but smile as he grabbed a couple bananas from the pile and sat down and leaned against a tree across from Addie and Patch.

"Ya know, surviving in this world is one thing but every so often you gotta live in the moment, moments like these. My digimon are constantly on the move, saving people and places, trying to put the whole world on our shoulders and keep it from burning. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't change a single second of it for all the riches in all the world but sometimes it's just nice to let the breeze hit your face. That's why I let them go, not so they could check out the area or what ever but so that they just for a little while could feel at peace with the wind against their face and in their wings. It may be in danger and can be life threatening but you gotta admit that this world truly holds some wonders. If you want I could share some stories of our adventures."

Adam smiled and then peeled one of the bananas and just bit half of it off in one go. As he chewed he just shut his eyes and let the wind blow through his hair and for a brief moment the young jungle boy looked to be at peace.

they all got the same heartbeat, but her's is falling beind Adelaide watched in surreal awe as the DNA mega took off into the trees and disappeared, but breathed a sigh of relief as this left her able to relax and not worry too much about her young partner freaking out. So it was just her and Adam.... She turned back to the tiny IT who seemed to be calmed down. At least he had a one track mind. She momentarily thought that he might eventually need some type of protein, like fish. Cats liked fish right? She sighed, realizing quickly that she wasn't quite the survivalist. Addi turned her cool gaze back Adam as he began saying that he was enjoying just relaxing. Addi smiled softly, nodding. She was sure that eight years worth of traveling and fighting would definitely warrant a good vacation. He then offered to tell her some stories. She nodded. "Sure, it might give us an idea of what we're up against... I'm sure you have a lot to tell, being here for quite some time." But then curiosity struck again and she wanted to know one story in particular. "You said that you have been back to the real world, right? How....how did that happen? Where did you go?" she asked, her voice getting soft at the end, as she remembered her recent move to Tokyo. Adam just kept his eyes closed and smiled as Addie asked him to tell her of his adventures as well as what he did in the human world and how he got there. As he smiled Adam sat up and pressed the buttons on his digivice which caused his armor digi-eggs of friendship,love,destiny and miracles to take their physical forms. He then pulled out his small and pink crest of love from his pocket and then offered them all to Addie.

"Before I tell you of my adventures I must tell you what these are. The eggs are known as Armor digi-eggs. They allow Remy and Renae to do something called armor digivolving.  The symbols on the eggs are the symbols are crests. There are 11 crests total. They are the crests of courage,friendship,love,knowlage,sincerity,reliability,hope,light,kindness,miracles and destiny. Each person has a crest that best defines who they are as a person inside them and sometimes those inner crests create physical manifestations like the little pink thing I handed to you. These inner crests allow our digimon partners to digivolve past champion."

Adam then pulled out his digivice and pulled up a hologram picture of all the crests with their names under them as a visual aid.

"My inner crest is the crest of love. These eggs can only be obtained and moved from their resting places by people who embody those crests. Sometimes a person can personify more then just their own personal crest as you can see by the fact that I have more then just the egg of love. Each of these eggs represents a different journey that my digimon and I have been on. The eggs of Love and friendship grant Remy and Renae an alternate armored champion form while the golden eggs of Miracles and Destiny grant them an alternate golden ultimate form. Remy uses the eggs of friendship and miracles to become digimon known as Raidramon and Magnamon while Renae uses the eggs of love and destiny to become Halsemon and rapidmon."

Adam then used his digivice to pull up hologram pictures of Raidramon,Halsemon,Magnamon and Rapidmon with their names under the pictures.

"I'll let you choose which story I tell you first. Once all that's done I'll tell you how I got back to the human world and why. Gotta have a bit of suspense ya know. So what order should I tell the egg stories in?"

they all got the same heartbeat, but her's is falling beind Addi stroked the sleep BlackNyaromon as Adam pulled out his digivice and began scrolling through different pictures. Patch was curled up in the corner of her arm, obviously having ate enough of his fill to put him out for a while. Addi grasped the small pink object that the boy handed her, turning it over and over. It was very tiny indeed and she could see what appeared to be a small heart shape engraved in the tiny disc. She would hand it back after examining it thoroughly. Addi then set her azure gaze on the images flickering from his digivice, eyes widening at the four different assets he seemed to posess. "Armor digivolution.." she murmured, parroting the wild boy in front of her. Then the images flickered to different forms, obviously Remy and Renae, just different digimon. She leaned her elbow on her knee, tilting her head just slightly. So this much be what he meant by an alternative line of digivolution, something that deviated from the line running from fresh to mega. "So, how do you know which one you are? Does everyone have a crest?" Addi tapped her lip, pausing for a moment to ponder. "Well, I like stories of friendship and love. I guess tell me those two stories first." Adam Jackson

Adam smiled as Addie handed him back his things. Before he started to speak he pressed the center button which caused the eggs to turn into energy once more and return to their home in the digivice. Adam then considered Addie's question of how he knew all of the crests names and if everyone got a crest. Adam just chuckled a bit at the questions as he just nodded a bit at the young girl.

"Yes everyone has a crest inside them Addie. They just reveal themselves when they know your ready and as for how I know all of their names let's just say that I am a legend chaser and treasure hunter as my part time hobby when my digimon aren't saving the world. I know all if not most of the major legends about this world from it's objects to it's legendary figures. The crests have been a sort of divine power since this old world was new. I will tell you how I got the eggs in order. So out of all four of the adventures I have to say the one to get my personal crest egg was my least favorite because it took us to the north most city in the digital world called Borialis city. Keep in mind I live in a jungle and I don't even own a pair of shoes.

All that aside, my digimon and I were just minding our own business when my digivice began to go off like crazy. Not long after a small seal like digimon named Gomamon had arrived in our jungle seeking our aid. When we asked him what was so important that he would leave his arctic home he told us that the city had been attacked by a powerful evil digimon. We rode with him up to the city and arrived as another attack was starting. We told everyone to get behind the safety of the cities walls as we tried to fight the large digimon. Things were not going well for us however. As the evil digimon tried to attack me the little gomamon jumped in the way taking the hit for me and getting hurt. This was when I realized the love I had for all digimon not just my own. All of the sudden a giant block of ice began to glow a bright pink until it melted it's way through and the armor egg of love shot into my hands. I then turned Renae into Halsemon and we used the air power to win the fight."

Adam nodded and smiled as he remembered the event well, he never wanted to be that cold again.

"As for the egg of friendship, we actually went looking for that one of our own choice. Our search had led us to the hot and desserty west region of the digital world where mostly dinosaur like digimon live. We had been searching for hours in the dry heat for it and had no luck inside of a canyon. As we were getting ready to turn back a large dark dinosaur like digimon called Dark tyranomon decided he wanted to try and make us it's next meal. I instinctively decided to use the love egg to try and win the battle from the air while Remy tried to distract the beast from the ground but the dino with an attitude managed to knock me and Renae down before we could get our chance. Wanting to protect his his family, his true friends Remy charged ahead full steam. This act of friendship caused the egg of friendship to appear out of a rock wall and turn Remy into Raidramon to win the fight." 

Adam nodded and smiled and crossed his arms.

"What do you think so far?"

they all got the same heartbeat, but her's is falling beind Addi twirled Patch's tail around her wrist, gently as to not wake the IT. Her eyes flicked up to Adam. Of course, she had been listening to both of his stories, but she still found herself enamored with the little cat in her lap. He had only been hatched a matter of hours and he was already growing, but maybe that was pretty normal for the digital creature.s A small smile flitted across her young features. "Well, both of those stories are very interesting," she replied. "I think both of those situations seem characteristic of the crests you got." She pondered for a moment then frowned deeply. "I can't think of any of those crests that describe me," she muttered and sighed. After her little muttering fest, she glanced back up at Adam, blood dusting her cheeks lightly. "Sorry, I'm talking to myself. You can tell me the other two stories, if you want," she said, referring tot he two golden digi-egg stories he was bound to tell him. He really seemed to enjoy telling the stories and Addi wasn't much for adding to a conversation. No, she tended to lay back and listen. Kept her from saying something stupid, right? Adam Jackson

Adam just shook his head when Addie said that she didn't think that any of the crests sounded like her. The crests weren't that cut and dry. Sometimes they chose you for reasons the person had yet to discover. As Adam was getting ready to tell her this however a dark shadow flew over the tree tops and gently landed down beside Adam with a smirk. It was Remeane who was back from their flight. The dna digimon gave a small wave toward Addie before their body began to glow and then split apart into the two rookie levels who just stretched and smiled at their tamer and his friend.

"How was it?"

Remy couldn't help but chuckle as he streched his legs and back as Renae gently sat down next to her young tamer and rested her head on his shoulder looking rather tired herself. Adam just stroked her head causing her to smile softly.

"It felt amazing! We flew all the way to the exalakes and back! We need to work on the hard breaks though when we are going top speed. We may or may not have almost took an accidental dive into the lake trying to do a loopdy loop."

This caused Adam to laugh softly at the thought of the large mega digimon crashing and burning at the lake and coming back soaking wet. Adam then just pulled Remy into sitting by his furry wrist and then hugged him close and scratched him behind one of his ears.

"I'm glad you had fun. I was just telling Addie how we got our armor eggs. The golden egg of destiny was next up on the list. Addie this story takes place at the Exalakes which is a group of five large shimmering lakes right outside this very forest! It is one of the digital worlds great wonders that any tamer should see at least once. Believe it or not we found the golden egg of destiny completely by chance. We were enjoying a day off by the lakes when a sea serpent like digimon called mega seadramon attacked us. He snatched me up and since I didn't have my digivice with me as it was bundled up in my clothes Remy and Renae couldn't digivolve. They tried to fight away and when the bad digimon asked us why we cared so much about the world I told them that it was our destiny to save the digital world and that no matter what he did I wouldn't let him take that away. Then like a flash of golden light the golden digi-egg shot out of the center lake and digivolved Renae into Rapidmon and we took the baddie down."

Remy nodded and sighed and then let out a small yawn.

"It truly was a golden moment. I got my golden digi-egg in a simple way. Up high in the sky is a section very..angelic like city ruled by the king and queen of the digital work jupitermon and junomon. We were just exploring up there when we found a cathedral and Adam told me and Renae to wait outside while he shut the door. He sounded like he was talking to someone but he still won't tell us who. Next thing I knew I was magnamon."

Adam just shrugged.

"Everyone has things they keep to themselves."

Not because she actually feared the winged mega-well, maybe just a little-but just to give the illusion to the small IT that he was still safe, just in case he deemed in necessary to wake up at this time. But fortunately, the mega split back into the two cheerful rookie foxes. She smiled softly, her tiny shoulders relaxing a little. Yeah, she definitely liked this form better.  Adam went on to explain about the other golden egg, while Remy pitched in afterwards about his own. She smiled, enjoying both stories. "Thank you for those stories. I wouldn't mind checking out those lakes, maybe when we're a bit stronger." She paused, wondering exactly how Patch would digivolve next. She didn't want it to happen too soon, seeing as she enjoyed him being this small, but also knew it was necessary for their survival. And from the looks of it, he would probably be cute in his rookie form too.  She pondered about the lakes momentarily. "Sounds like the Great Lakes in America. I'm not from that part, but I did go to the beach alot since I lived in L.A...."  When he mentioned a cathedral, a shadow crossed over the teen's feature as she reminisced about going to mass with her father. While she was not overly religious, her father was a fairly devout Catholic due to his Italian heritage, at least on Easter and Christmas. She frowned, realizing once again she missed her father, feeling torn between the two worlds. What could be wrong with her? She had been a few hours, but she was actually undecided about staying! She might actually want to continue to be here a while! Why? Did she suddenly feel braver, especially hearing about Adam's adventures and his want to save the Digital World. But that raised the question... "Wait, you say, save the Digital World, but from what?" she asked, eyes growing wide. She had been told about a recent attack on the city. Could there be something larger at work? Adam Jackson

Adam and Remy couldn't keep themselves from looking at one another when Addie asked what they were saving the leaders from. They didn't want to scare the young girl and her digimon but if they were going to stay in this world they needed to know what they were up against. Once the two boys looked at one another for a bit longer they both looked back at Addie and both sighed small sighs.

"Currently this world is under attack by a group of evil individuals calling themselves the seven. They were once the dark rulers of this world back when it was new but were dethroned by the god like digimon known as the Olympus 11. It seems that the evil group has returned to try and reclaim their thrones but unlike last time they seem to have the ability to corrupt tamerless digimon and force them to dark digivolve and work for them. They have amasted an army of different leveled digimon. The seven themselves are either mega or super mega which is rare. During the two city raids that we were present for in Terabyte city here in the east it took an entire group of us just to take down their forces and repel just ONE of the seven."

Adam sighed as Remy bit his lip in frustration and anger. He then out of frustration slammed his fist up against the tree that he was leaning against.

"If only Renae and I could digivolve to mega while separated! If we could then we could take them on from two sides.."

Remy just sighed a sad sigh causing Adam to pat the upset digimons head. He understood what the digimon was feeling. He hated feeling so under powered and useless.

"Even then there are seven of them and only two of you. Reaching ultimate takes a lot of work not to mention mega and super mega is super rare. The ruler of the digital world Jupitermon was the digimon that gave us the ability to use Beezlebumon blast mode in exchange for fighting for him though..one of the olympians recently lost his life.. so now they are down to 11. The odds may be stacked against us but we aren't giving up."

Remy nodded as he petted his sleeping sisters head.

they all got the same heartbeat, but her's is falling beind Addi sat listening intently, brows furrowing as she continued to pet her young partner and mulled all this over in her brain. So it was a classic class of good versus evil...But where did she fall into all of this? Adam himself seemed very set on saving the Digital World. That seemed to be the right thing to do, right? Addi's thought's wondered to a couple of other tamer's she had met. One basically said she was anti-hero and did certain things to further her own plans.  Addi frowned but looked Adam straight in the air. "Well, what can we do? How can we beat then?" 'Why am I here? Was I sucked into a computer just to fight some evil organization?' she couldn't help but wonder. Adam's tenacity was definitely admirable, but what if he got hurt. What if...what if the good guys couldn't win? "So, how many tamers, are in this place anyways?" she asked. Really what she wanted to know was how many families were missing children and what exactly did this world have planned for them? Adam Jackson

Adam just listened to Addie's questions while trying to keep himself calm. His digimon had the power of a mega when they were together and yet it still wasn't enough and it was maddening! Adam just shut his eyes and took a few deep breaths. As he tried to relax once more he felt Remy's body go limp as it fully relaxed while leaning on his tamer. The tough rookie had fallen asleep on his shoulder just like his sister had. Adam just pet both of his digimon while he mulled over some answers.

"What we can do is keep on fighting and keep on pushing them back as far as we can. What we can do is take back just as much as they take from us. If we can raise up an army of digimon or of tamers I know we can win the fight. I just wish that I could convince one of my friends to fight alongside me. I know if we worked together we could do anything. Her name is Rei and she has a black Agumon for a partner and what's amazing about them is that she's able to keep control of her partner when he dark digivolves. If she was fighting with me things might be different."

Adam sighed and thought about why Addie was chosen to be in this world. Adam just smiled a warm genuine smile towards the young girl and then looked down at her little digimon companion sleeping in your arms. He then kissed the sleeping heads of both his digimon. He then looked back at her with a small chuckle.

"Well, If I have learned anything in all my years here in this world it's that our destinies are what we make of them. You choose what path you take from this point on. You decide what happens next. Though if I may say so I think I know what your crest might be. I think it's love just like mine. Think about it, you are in a crazy world full of monsters, one of them has chosen you to be it's partner but instead of freaking out or instantly want to get away from it you latched onto it for dear life and gave it so much love that it digivolved to in training in just a few hours. I think the reason you're here is to spread that love and help spread smiles in these dark times. If you decide to fight while doing that is up to you and your partner."

Adam then thought of the last question.

"I have no clue how many of us there are to be honest."

they all got the same heartbeat, but her's is falling beind Addi listened as Adam talked about getting an army of tamers and Digimon. Sure, that sounded like a good plan in words, but if there were seven of these evil guys, plus the fact that many tamers' partners might be at lower levels, such as Patch and herself. Adam seemed almost idealistic in his thinking...where Addi was much more doubtful. Addi blinked when Adam mentioned a familiar name. "Reikiko?" she asked, her voice low. "I-I think I met her," she said, blushing lightly, remembering the girl's cool demeanor and her BlackAgumon. 'Yeah, I remember her talking about dark digivolving. I talked to her just a couple of hours ago...She found me when I got here and helped me find Patch." Addi's blush only grew and she stammered when Adam said that he thought her crest would be love. Addi bit her lip sharply and worried at her bottom lip. "Well, I don't know anything about love." Her gaze dove down to the sleep in-training. Did she love her partner? She knew she loved her family. She missed them dearly at this time. She sighed dejectedly "I dunno about spreading smiles..." A crackle in the near distance caught the teen's attention. Her azure eyes blinked up just as Patch's eyes snapped open, tail dashing madly as he flung himself away from his tamer's lap. His tail now fluffed up, his tiny body rumbling with a growl, "Nya..." Adam Jackson

Adam just smiled softly at Addie as she denied her crest being love and the spreading smiles. Before he could comment on it however the young female tamer told him that Rei, the female that he cared for the most was the one who had found her and helped her find Patch. Hearing this caused Adam to lean forward and his face change to that of complete concern, his smile growing quite a bit.

"You met Rei!? Isn't she wonderful? I always feel ecstatic when ever I see her. Is she doing okay? I've been really worried about her because she uses the powers of darkness to digivolve..I want to bring her from that darkness but..she feels at home in it and even though I haven't figured out how yet she's able to somewhat control it. It's like we are water and oil and yet I can't help...but feel protective of her and care about her."

Adam felt his face grow hot as he blushed as he thought about being in front of Rei and Kuro and just talking to her. He was snapped out of his small day dream by the crackling sounds coming from deeper in the jungle. Remy and Renae also hearing it in their sleep quickly woke and jumped to their feet along with their tamer. Adam quickly pulled his digivice off from around his neck and gripped it tightly in his hands causing it to glow.

"We won't allow anything to happen to you!"

Adam and his digimon then looked back at Addie and Patch and nodded. Remy and Renae were then engulfed in orbs of green energy as they began to digivolve.

"Renamon digivolve to!..Garurumon!"

"Renamon digivolve to!..Kyubimon!"

When the orbs shattered, both champions landed in front of Addie and Patch, their bodies tense and ready for action for what ever was coming.

they all got the same heartbeat, but her's is falling beind A gang of Floramon pushed into their small clearing, probably about four or five, giggling and waving their flower-like paws. Addi visibly relaxed, seeing that these flower-type digimon didn't seem too bad. She pulled out her digivice to scan the creatures, much like Adam had scanned Patch earlier, however her partner continued to growl, spit and hiss at the rookies. The Floramon turned their sites on the two Champions and would attempt to launch an attack. "Allergy Shower!" They cried, letting out a shower of yellow pollen. Addi quickly closed off her nose with one hand, before attempting to grab Patch. She managed to put one hand under his small form, tugging him closer, but he kept wiggling and hissing, his tail swinging widely. Addi flailed, tumbling backwards. As her vision tilted up, she saw a lone Floramon giggling and standing over her. Did it break away from the group? Addi's thoughts swirled quickly as she scrambled backwards. Patch launched himself forward yelling out "Atomic Bomber Tail!" The Floramon flinched as the fluffed up tail striked out. The Floramon recoiled, but sneered down at the small IT. "Allergy Shower!" Floramon unleashed it's attack on the small IT. The BlackNyaromon struggled under the rain of pollen, one eye looking up at it's foe as it growled. "Patch!" the young tamer cried out as a purple light shot out of her digivice, engulfing her partner. "BlackNyaromon shinka....BlackGatomon!" As the light broke away from Patch, Addi blinked, taking in the new form of her partner. "Rookie..." she whispered. Sure enough, Patch was now much larger, a bipedal cat with wicked looking claws. He grinned towards his partner. "I'll protect you Addi," he said before flipping back around to the surprised Floramon. He growled before launching himself forward. "Shadow Claw!" he cried, black fire licking up his claws he has struck out at the flower-like digimon, it's data glitching around where the flames were now licking up it's body. Adam Jackson

As the floramon appeared and used their pollin attack on Remy and Renae they had to shut their eyes due to not having hands. As they began to cough and weeze Adam saw something truly wonderful happen. As Patch took a blow for Addie the young girls digivice shot out a purple light causing Patch to digivolve once more into Black Gatomon who promptly kicked one of the attacking Floramon's butts. Seeing this Adam grinned and made his digivice glow brightly.

"Guys it's time to put our heads together!"

Two green streams of light then shot out of his digivice and into Renae and Remy causing them to be engulfed in green energy orbs which quickly shot into the skyt and began to spin together as the two DNA digivolved.

"Garurumon DNA digivolve to!.."

"Kyubimon DNA digivolve to!..

"Silphymon!"

When the orbs combined and then shattered a brand new digimon landed in front of the two tamers and Patch. It was a mixture between a bird like digimon and a beast like digimon with big bird legs, white fur and feathers on their arms. It had a human face with fangs and an eye viser. The new digimon looked at Patch with a toothy grin.

"Let's show these weeds what happens when they mess with our tamers Patch!"

The new digimon's voice was a mixture of Remy's growly voice and Renae's smooth one. Once they were done speaking they stuck their hands out in front of them causing a red energy ball to form.

"Static force!"

They then shot the orb towards one of the floralmon to try and wipe it out in one blow since they were a entire level higher.

Adam just grinned and stood next to Addie.

"Our digimon never stop amazing me."
