So when the lights come on We will be safe and sound. 0000 -- Sebastian Devaroux Fear, thats all he could feel, thats all he felt since the defeat of Skullgreymon. Ever since that day, pain flurried through his arm, the mark growing hotter when they were coming. Now he was running, through the dank sewers that they had explored, sweaty, exhausted and scared. The sloshing sound of water cut through the silence, his breathing was heavy, his chest hurt, his throat was cold and sore. Every single breath caused pain. Yet he could not stop running, his arm was sore, the skull like mark located upon the right arm shone a bright red. The red mark shone gently revealing an orange ruft of fluff. The creature was Tsunamon, originally the penguinmon whom was Sebastians partner. The creature slept, she like her partner was exhausted, marks littered her orbital body, her orange fur faded and muddy. He feared for her. They had been fighting these things non stop and they seemed to keep coming back. Eventually Penguinmon had been warned down, she degenerated to her Tsunamon form and had remained that way ever since. So while she re-cooperated Sebastian ran. He had no money, he couldn't strike a phantom, all he could do was run, keep moving and hope the creatures would not find him. His hair was a mess, his black trousers, white shirt and waiste coat were covered in dirt and all kinds of muck. Yet he continued to move. He would not halt until the mark upon his arm would simmer down. This allowed him to sit upon the side of the sewers in a small circular hole. Holding his Digimon close to his chest. His eyes were sunken, he was obviously tired. Yet he couldn't sleep, they came when he slept. "I'll keep you safe" he whispered to Tsunamon

There was one part of the Eastern area Yana had yet to explore... A rather smelly one she could probably have gone without exploring, but in a fit of bravery and curiosity (maybe a bit of idiocy too). Ari assured her that sewer system was no longer in use, and in a hint of hopefulness, Yana took that to mean it wouldn't be as smelly as she imagined. But she was wrong. The moment they pulled the manhole open, they were assaulted by an offensive, nauseating smell: "Gawd, de sbell!", Yana complained, promptly blocking her nose and fanning her idle hand in front of her face. "Of course, it still used to be a sewer...", Ari commented, shrugging. She had a much greater tolerance for the foul smell, but the twitch in her eyebrow revealed that wasn't exactly right, "It wouldn't just start smelling like roses, now would it? Anyway, lets just have a look and get out of here." Now this was something Yana could agree with. Nodding vehemently, she climbed down the ladder and before long her feet touched the moist, slippery ground of the Virulent waterways. Ari followed right afterwards, dropping down and landing upright, just like any cat might. Meanwhile, Yana pressed forward through the first path she saw. They could hear faint splashes and spine chilling skittering in the darkness beyond their line of sight; clearly there were plenty of Digimon around here but few of them were willing to fight for their territory... For now anyways. The place soon got too dark to see anything so the dark haired schoolgirl picked up her smartphone from her purse, turning on the flashlight to illuminate her path. Yana tried her best to ignore the eerie sounds and press forward, pausing only when she heard a beep from her digivice. It typically only did this when another tamer was nearby, and for a brief moment, she could swear the pulsing feeling in the back of her neck got stronger. Was that purely random or did it hold a deeper meaning. "There's another human nearby...", Ari observed, quickly drawing her conclusion from the beeping in the digivice. The two girls looked at it and followed the beep, and soon enough their light shone upon a blonde, messy looking human boy, holding a Tsunomon in his arms "Uhm...", Yana muttered, pushing up her glasses and trying her best to sound caring and not silly as she asked the obvious question, "A-Are you two alright...?"

"This place stinks!" Gepetto complained as he rode atop Hamelin's head, his tamer having to slosh through the tepid waters of the waterways. The place was a sewer, plain and simple, and the foul air matched it perfectly. "You were the one who said to come here," Hamelin pointed out as he struggled to push himself along. Suffering from muscular weakness was bad enough, but trying to walk through this thick and murky water with said weak muscles was even worse. "You said we had to start somewhere to get you stronger, and that there would be weak Digimon down here." The smaller Digimon paused for a moment, tilting his head in thought. "You're right. I did. Alright, so hurry up and find us a Digimon to fight so we can get out of here!" Hamelin groaned. He was really getting sick of having to do this for the mouthy Digimon. But Gepetto needed him, actually had use for him, and that was better than before, when he may as well have no existed at all.

He leaned against a wall, panting heavily, trying to regain his strength. He wished he could find somewhere out of the water, it would make moving through this place all the more easier. Gepetto gave an annoyed grunt at his partner's weakness. At this rate, they'll be stuck down here forever.

Then they heard something. A female voice talking. Hamelin froze. He recognized that voice. It belonged to one of the tamers they had run into before. Not Reikiko, but the other girl. What was she doing here? Had she followed him down there? No, he doubted that. He doubted he was important enough for anyone to chase after. Besides, she sounded like she was taing to somebody else.

Moving over to a corner, he and Gepetto peered around it to see Yana and her Digimon, coming to the aid of another tamer, both he and his partner, an orange ball looking Digimon looking rather beat up. "He looks in pretty bad shape," Hamelin murmured sympathetically. Gepetto nodded. "Yeah..." he then smirked, "Easy pickings I do say."

Alex world had made a drastic change in the past couple of hours, looking up at his shoulder he looked on at Petitmon. This little blue blob with wings has been stuck to him like glue since the minute he hatched from his digiegg. He had never had someone that freely wanted to be around him as much as this little guy, and having to be honest with himself it felt kind of nice. He continued walking the unbeaten path until he arrived in terabyte city. Upon arriving in the city the small device attached to his side began beeping. Reaching down, and grabbing the device he began to examine it. “This is very much intriguing Petitmon, I have a hunch that this thing must act as some sort of GPS. If my theory is correct there must be a few humans nearby; meaning I am not the only one.”

Quickly the boy would begin to chase the signal that the device was giving off, but as soon as he would arrive where the signal was coming from he wouldn’t be able to locate the source of the anomaly. Growing frustrated with himself, and a little scared of what might happen to him if he wasn’t able to get some answers. Petitmon would lower himself to the ground, and would begin to speak, “Alex, relax they must be in the sewers beneath the city.” Alex would pet the small digimon on the head for a job well done, and would make his way down the storm grate. Following the signal that was being emitted, and attempting not to face-plant in some sewage he made his way upon a small group of humans paired with digimon. “Well, I guess I am not the only one here are you guys okay? My names Alex I just got here a few hours ago, and I kinda haven’t a clue what is going on.” He would mutter as he walked over to the pair, and their digimon.

Yet the beeping remained, another beep echoing through the sewers. Whomever it was, they were getting closer. Holding closer to his orb like digimon, making sure to not get skewered by the spike upon Tsunamons head. "Sebastion..what.." "Shhh, its ok" he would whisper to his digimon. He placed himself and his partner further against the wall, though essentially they were blocked in, the sound of footsteps, or to be precise of feet sloshing through the water, biting his lip he would see the light moving closer and closer. One hand held his partner while the other went to protect his eyes. Her voice was gentle, and as Sebastians eyes got used to the light, he would see the woman. She too held a digimon, memory fuzzy as it was, he felt as though he had seen her before. They had battled together in a sense, though neither side had interacted and both had different foes. Of course back then the young Tsunamon was a Penguinmon. Yet the female and her feline counterpart felt familiar in that incredibly vague sense. "Uh..Uhm...Ugh" Wait, the woman was in the vacinity, the digivices should have halted their beeping. Yet both were still reacting. This time the twenty something year old would grasp his device and the large holographic like map would burst into existance. Slowly but surely the male moved to the edge of the large circular dent he had been within, he looked around with bewildered eyes, yet the darkness bent around them, the light of the females phone only stretched so far, thus he had not witnessed the man and his digimon peering around the corner while they would be able to of course see them in the light. Another arrow though would show another tamer moving and soon he came in to view, the young man had a digimon that Sebastian had not seen, while holding the D-3 he ushed a single button and Petitemon would appearon the holographic projecture. Fresh form..no...he couldn't...."Sebastian" Tsunamon said gently. "Please.....please take Tsunamon.....get her far away from me, please....you all have to go...you can't stay here, they might come...." Probably a startling request a tamer relinquishing his digimon to a stranger, yet he indeed thought he was doing the best thing. "NO NO NO NO NO, I'm not going anywere and you know it. If those things come back.......just...HOW COULD YOU THINK ABOUT SPLITTING US UP AGAIN......I NEED TO PROTECT YOU" the creature shouted in his arms, her eyes were watering, but upon her shouting her request to protect him, the D-3 would shine once more, enveloping the creature in an arc of light that upon fading revealed the familiar Penguinmon. "We do this together, got it" she [penguinmon] uttered as she slipped from his grasp and touched down upon the ground. Sebastian was dumbfounded, unsure on what to say, he was a mess, he was shaking, cold and hungry...but most of all he was terrified..."Th...they still need...need to run" he would say looking to the girl and the boy. "Sebastians right....its not safe to be around us" the Pengionmon echoed.

This guy was a mess... But even though he was covered with much and grime, a shred of his beauty still remained even in his mentally and physically wounded state, and most importantly, Yana had a feeling she had seen him before. She didn't recognize his partner, though Digimon change forms often enough and she knew not to pay much mind to that. Yet even as they got close enough to hold a proper conversation, the beeping in her digivice didn't subside. More importantly, it pointed to the presence of two other tamers. The sloshing in the water made it obvious enough too, and Yana couldn't help feeling a trail of cold sweat dripping down her forehead. Were they allies? Or enemies? The tamer in front of her was in no condition to fight them alone if the latter, so Yana stayed close to him, only easing up when one of the two presences revealed itself, a messy looking young boy wearing glasses, introducing himself as Alex: "Nice to meet you Alex...!", Yana flashed a welcoming smile, bowing slightly as she introduced herself in return, "I'm Yana..." "...And I'm Ari!", the Gatomon completed the girl's sentence as they so often did, winking at the newcomer, "Nice to meet you both~" In the meantime, the screen lit up on Yana's smartphone, she didn't have a fancy holographic system or bothered to set it up, instead using an App that relayed Digi analyzer info to her phone. She had her father to thank for many of these fancy apps, or at least the knowledge to program them herself... Regardless, the unidentified Digimon besides the boy was Petitmon, a fresh level. She wouldn't mind helping the boy find his bearings, but in the meantime they had the wounded young man and his partner on their hands. Finally managing to talk, he simple raised his arms and begged them to take Tsunomon away with them, to which added nodded vehemently, already antecipating what happened next. With the the love the man showed his digimon, it responded in kind with his own loyalty, reflexively digivolving to his Rookie form, introducing the man as Sebastian, and proclaiming his resolve to stay with him. But this transformation suddenly shocked the memories back into Yana's mind: "You...! I saw you in the battle of Triton!", commented a surprised Yana, suddenly realizing where she knew him from. This man was a comrade in arms. They might not have known each other then, but if her bond with Ari was anything to show for, it told her how powerful those bonds would be. This guy was defenitely not weak, just tired. Deep down he must have been looking for help all this time, even if he stated they should all leave him alone. Did this mean... He had one of those marks too? Yana had only recently started suspecting the connection between her mark and seeing digimon who should be dead. She had only killed one, and by accident of all things, but a few days ago she was ambushed by that same digimon and a few others. Only then did she identify that Blackguilmon as the invasive voice that kept haunting her memories. And it was only one... What if Yana were like Haru who regularly kills evil digimon so they'd be reborn pure? How many ghosts would she have haunting her? She could only imagine the harm that would do to a person's sanity, and hope not everyone got one of those brands... Noticing the other dot in her digivice still remained static, only a few yards away, she crouched nest to Sebastian: "If anybody's after you, we can help you. I know we may not look it, but Ari here is really strong!", her eyes glimmered with a warm, reassuring look, earning a blush from the normally confident Ari. Both girls clearly saw Sebastian as an ally and wasn't the least bit willing to leave him alone to be ambushed in his weakened state. If he was perfectly sure others were after him, what better place to be than surrounded by people who could fight beside you? Besides, is anywhere really safe in the Digital world nowadays? Terabyte city was attacked, as was Triton. Yana put on her kindest, most radiant smile, looking into Sebastian's weakened eyes and repeating her offer, "So... Will you let us help you?" More importantly, they'd have to show Alex the ropes... The boy only had his Digimon in his Fresh form, he'd be a sitting duck if anybody attacked. Yana's loving, protective nature was filling her thoughts with concern for these two boys, one weakened and one unfamiliar, and a brimming desire to help them. And Ari followed suit: "Petitmon, can you digivolve beyond that form?", inquired Ari with a calm, quizzical look, taking a moment to approach Alex and his partner. She was clearly thinking of how to go about teaching him whatever he needed to know.

And just like that, the opportunity had slipped away from them. The weakened tamer's digimon had digivolved into a bird-like form, and now a third tamer had appeared. If Hamelin and Gepetto tried to go for the kill now, they'd be grossly outnumbered and easily overpowered. Gepetto let out an irritated groan. "We just can't seem to get any luck with this," the little digimon muttered, looking down at his partner, "I should trade you in for a rabbit's foot or something like that." "B-But you need me to digivolve," Hamelin protested, as if Gepetto's threat was a real possibility. "Yeah, about that, you really need to get to work on that. Everyone else is digivolving left right and center, and I'm still stuck as this blob."

Hamelin let out a pitiful whimper. He didn't even know how he digivolved the first time, and now he was expected to do it again. How was he going to pull it off? At this rate, Gepetto may very well abandon him for someone else. Because of Hamelin's lamentations, he didn't notice something slowly approaching from behind him. It was only when he felt the water rippling did he turn around to see what was behind him.



Needless to say, in the dark lighting, the normally repulsive form looked even more monstrous. Hamelin let out a cry, trying to scramble back but instead falling into the water with a splash, taking his small partner with him.

Alex would listen to the words of the girl, and would smile. “Nice to meet you Yana, and Ari.” Alex would watch as the man that his digimon had referred to as Sebastian talking about the group fleeing, and leaving the man alone without any protection. This was something that just didn’t seem to make logical sense to the fellow, but emotionally his heartstrings were being pulled by the fact that his partner loved him so much she wouldn’t abandon him. Alex would watch in awe as the tiny horned blob would be engulfed in a bright orb, and from that orb a penguin would stand. Shocked by this feat the young man would stumble backward into the wall. “Hey, Petitmon, what was that?” The small blob with wings that was his partner would energetically fly back, and forth around his tamer. “That was the light of digivolution. Tsunomon forced himself to digivolve in order to become stronger for the sake of protecting her tamer.”

Alex would scratch the back of his head in the attempts of coming up with a hypothesis about the situation that was unfolding before them. “So, digivolution is like evolution where a being changes its form to become more powerful, and more likely to sustain life. Interesting!” Alex would watch as Ari asked Petitmon about his current stage, and if he was able to surpass it. Petitmon would land on the head of his tamer, and would lowly mutter; “No, at the moment I cannot surpass the fresh stage I just hatched a few hours ago.” Alex would pet his partner, and would smile. “Don’t worry buddy we'll get there together. Now I have a question, how many stages of evolution are there?” His eyes were gleaming with curiosity.

After emoting his question he awaited an answer when their conversation was cut short by the scream. Without thinking Alex rushed towards the sound of the scream only to spot a familiar face; it was the face of Hamelin and his partner Gepetto. Rushing over to his side he grabbed him dragging him back to the group. Pulling out his digivice he hit a button causing a holoscreen to pop up; “Raremon, Champion Level, Virus type, Special attack breath of decay.” Looking over at the experienced tamers he would mutter, “What do we do?”

It was after that event that he was branded. Penguinmon looked worried as the name was mentioned, moving herself over to her trainers leg and wrapping herself around it as if to protect him. "Triton......you can't....you can't protect me. Ghosts come, no matter how many times we beat them....they keep coming" Sebastian would say in almost a whisper. As he did, he pulled the arm of his shirt upwards, this revealed the dormant mark.. "Did....did you get one too?" Sebastian asked, or he would have had his question not then been interrupted by the cry coming from the corner. Sebastian froze, had they found him. Even as the other male charged Sebastian struggled to find his feet. "Sebastian, the marks not reacting, its not her....its not them either. I can fight again, we need to get stronger Sebastian, please we need to over come this" Penguinmon said shaking his leg. It took a few seconds but he nodded, the look of determination and pride on his digimons face filled his broken form with strenght. "Lets go" he uttered as he sloshed through the water in time to hear the explanation of the man named Alex. So it was just a digimon, a champion yeah, but a digimon none the less. It wasn't them, it wasn't her. This seemed to fill the young man with even more strength as he clenced his digivice. The light of his device also located the man whom had cried, a quick button push would also reveal that his digimon was of the In Training phase. "You two get back, let us handle this" Sebastian ordered. At this point he would look to the female, he had questions for her about Triton, maybe she knew something he didn't, but for now. "Care to help?" Sebastian would say, even covered in crap [yes literal crap] and looking worse for were, his smile was infectious. Penguinmon looked to her trainer and squaked gently, a happy little sound as Sebastian clenched his digivice. "Lets go Penguinmon" he shouted as and his Digimon reacted. As she ran, Sebastian held his digivice in the air, a burst of energy produced wind around him, a burst of light emitted from the D-3. "DIGIARMOUR ENERGIZE" he shouted as the light enveloped his digimon mid jump. The light would shatter as quickly as it appeared, yet the digimon whom spun within the air was no longer that of the penguin, its colours shinier, its body rounder, its beak elongated and its wings shortened. Yet her form would only be seen for a split second as her jump evolved with her, into a mid air spin that elongated her entire body like a miniture tornado, the tip of said rainbow like tornado shining as it shot forth towards the Raremon. As it did the digimons voice echoed out. "BEAK DRILL" her voice echoed. The other presence she spotted on the other side wasn't exactly silent... But then it could just as well have been her knowledge of their presence that helped her pay attention to them, in whatever moments between her new friends' words. She didn't recognize their voices, nor was she even close enough to do so, however... Ari kept talking to Alex and Petitmon, as the former was just being taught about Digivolution, the boy still struggling to grasp the concept as many so often did at first. Digimon could evolve and grow stronger repeatedly over the course of their lives, as well as degenerating half as often. This constant change and adaptation was one of the reasons why they could grow so powerful... "I see...", Ari commented, pitching her own two cents at how to explain it to a human, just like she did to Yana when she firstv arrived, "The first few stages can be achieved easily enough: It's all about having enough data, and a powerful desire." Sometimes these two aren't enough, but they always apply in one way or another... Meanwhile, Yana spoke with the troubled Tamer, sighing as Sebastian insisted she wouldn't be able to protect him. It seemed like this wasn't something she could assure him of with words alone, she could tell that much. Instead, she would show him, when the time came... But then Sebastian said something. A question that earned a surprised gasp, even if once more she should have expected. Yana just gulped before a single word escaped her lips, "...Hai...", she answered grimly, nodding and tilting her head down, confirming Sebastian's words. He was another Marked one, just like herself and Rei. Even Ari echoed this cloudy feeling from her tamer, her ears flopping down. The effect of the mark weren't as strong on her as they were on Rei, or even Sebastian... Neither Yana or Ari had figured that out yet. Was it random? Or did something in the marked tamer make them stronger? Maybe Ari's holy power fought back the darkness? Rei seemed the most affected by it no doubt thanks to her partnership with a Virus type... Maybe something about Sebastian's experiences would help her learn more? But then they were all pulled from these inner thoughts by a worried cry, as a large, menacing blob of a digimon erupted from the sewer water! Raremon!! Alex hurried over to the endangered duo, and Yana couldn't the shake the feeling that she knew them from somewhere. Had she seen those two before? She could swear she had... It wasn't one of the battles, she'd know if it was. Then where? Still, this wasn't a good time to worry about that, for even Sebastian had now mustered his resolve and risen from his shitty state (metaphorically speaking), and got ready to fight the Raremon, finally prompting yana with the opportunity she'd been looking for: A chance to prove she meant what she said earlier. "Sure...! I told you didn't I?", she smiled reassuringly, walking along with Sebastian as they stepped between Raremon and the newer tamers. "Let us handle this, okay? This guy is a little too strong for now.", Ari gave the two a kind, caring smile and stepped forth alongside the other three fighters; tamers and digimon. Now for the interesting part... Seeing what this duo could do: Yana had no time to be amazed at what Sebastian did next, but she couldn't help being fascinated by every new sight in the digital world, particularly a new Digivolution. They had a Digimental evoltion, just like she did, though Penguimon couldn't digivolve into a full champion. They had to be close judging by what they went through so far... For now she figured letting Sebastian take the lead would be in their best interest. Raremon was a Champion digimon, and a Virus at that: She didn't even need a digivice to tell her that, one good look at him was more than enough to feel what kind of Data he was made of. Twitching her nose at the smell, Yana was watching Toucanomon's attack, but more importantly, she saw an angle to catch him off guard. As her teammate began his Beak Drill, the dark haired tamer urged her waiting partner to action, "Now Ari, pounce up!!" With a quick glance at the ceiling of the sewers Ari would understand her tamer's intention, grinning approvingly, "The ceiling. I see...", in a flash, Ari pounced upwards, blitzing to full speed, flipping around in mid air and landing on the ceiling with the force of the jump. The relatively low height, together with her feline agility made this an easy task, and the moment her hind paws bent slight, Ari aimed towards the top of raremon's head and jumped back down, her tail ring glimmering as her fist became covered with Holy Light, "HEAVEN'S KNUCKLE!!", she called out, punching the top of her foe's head from above in the immediate moment after Toucanomon's attack connected, with a collectively loud impact. She not only aimed at a different part of the large opponent - ensuring she didn't collide with her teammate - but she was perfectly able to time her attack; preventing the other Champion from counter attacking against the slightly weaker Armor Champion. SPOILER: Click to show ○ Heaven's Knuckle - Ari infuses her paw with Holy energy and punches the opponent. It's twice as effective against Virus Attribute. Plus, her holy energy would critically injure Raremon due to its Virus attribute. In the end the gooey creature would be either knocked out, or frightened into ceasing its attack after such a ferocious onslaught... They had earned themselves a breather: "Do you believe us a little now?", Yana smiled sweetly as Ari wiped her paws and winked at her teammate, "You're pretty strong too~" "Are you four okay...?", asked Yana, turning back to glance at the two boys and their Digimon.

[Hamelin Herriot]

Hamelin let out a yelp as he was suddenly grabbed and pulled over to the group. He immediately recognized the boy who had grabbed him. It was the one from the Funhouse, the one who had ruined Gepetto's plan. "Y-You!" he yelped out, before the girl and the other male tamer decided to take on the sludge digimon by themselves. Hamelin could only watch as the duo fought against the slimy monster, inflicting enough damage to it to force the repulsive being to retreat into the slime. After all, it had just turned up eager for an easy meal, not for a major beating. Hamelin sat there, a disheveled mess as the girl slowly approached them, asking if they were ok. Sure, she looked kind enough, but she was with that Rei girl earlier, and the boy from the funhouse was right next to him. For all he knew, they could be planning to attack him at any moment. "Erm..."

Before he could speak up, Gepetto butted in. "Yeah, we're fine. We could have handled that easily had Ham-Ham here not freaked out," he sent a sharp glare over at his tamer who winced, never mind the fact that Gepetto was clearly blowing hot air. He was still in training, while Raremon was a champion! "So yeah, thanks for driving away our kill. That would have been some good data." Hamelin blinked and looked at his partner in confusion. "You...you were planning on fighting that thing?" "Of course!" Gepetto rounded on his tamer, "I can't get stronger by just running away. I'm not you Ham-Ham who can only remain weak!"

Suddenly, something completely unexpected happened. A bright light suddenly shon from Gepetto, making him difficult to see as his form began to shift and change. When the light suddenly faded, Gepetto wasn't standing there anymore. Well, not the Gepetto Hamelin knew. Now, instead of the small blob he was before, he now resembled a lizard, only, oddly enough, built from brightly coloured blocks. Gepetto looked over himself in amazement before laughing. "See! What did I tell you? I was just about to digivolve and fight that thing before you guys butted in." Hamelin's eyes were bulging out of his head. "You...you digivolved..." "Yeah, I did. Good to see you're actually pulling your weight Ham-Ham."

Alex watched in awe as the once whittled down man named Sebastian rose to his feet, and alongside his partner charged after the Raremon. He threw his digivice forward, and in a bright flash of light the Penguinmon transformed into Toucanmon, and immediately as if by muscle memory charged the digimon drilling its beak into the face of the digimon shortly after the toucanmon’s attack Gatomon would maneuver around and deliver a powerful paw to the top of the beast.

When the girl would make her way over to the two newbie takers he would smile at her concern for his safety. He would hear the arrogant words of Gappetto and would spit to the side. “I have been better this guys digimon leaves a sour taste in my mouth.” His eyes would widen as his digimon digivolved into what his digivice called a toyagumon. The desire to rid the world of evil like this digimon. Then out of the corner of his eyes he would see Petitmon begin to glow a bright blinding light. “Petitmon digivolve to Babydomon!” When the light cleared his digimon had taken the shape of a 2ft tall green Dragon digimon. The only words he could choke out was, “You digivolved!” Quickly, holding his newly digivolved digimon he would smile. “I couldn't have done it without your energy.”

Looking down at his digivice he would notice that a mild glow was fading from the screen. This allowed him to deduce that the digivice was the tool that transmitted his energy into his digimon allowing it to digivolve. He looked at the boy, and then back at the girl; “I know this guy from the city he opened a funhouse to lure digimon in to destroy them, and get their data. He tried to kill me, but I forgive him because the only evil one in the due is the ToyAgumon; he was controlling him like a puppet.”

"ALRIGHT" Sebastian would shout out, his fist flew up in the air triumphantly. The duo combined of the Armoured Digimon coupled with the full fledged power of another champion had been successful in driving the monster away for now. The odd stench of the creature lingered though. As Toucanmon waddled back, she sloshed in the water, a look of distaste upon her face. "Ugh, we need to get out of the sewers, I'm desperate to take a bath" she would say, net she nuzzled against her trainer's leg with her head, this promted Sebastian to rub the crescent upon her head. "You did awesome, a baths well deserved and well needed" he would say to her gently. He was intending to speak with the champion level digimon and her tamer, yet right now it would seem the two new tamers needed their attention. Sebastian would try to bite his tongue, yet it was Toucanmon whom would speak up. "You need to brush up on your digimon knowledge" She would say to Gepetto. "Rookie level digimon and lower have no chance of fighting a champion digimon, and even less when fighting Raremon, Raremons odour can literally halt all Rookie's from getting close enough to attacking it. If you can't digivolve further either with armour digivoloution or the normal alternative then your attitude is just going to end up with you being digichow" Toucanmon would say. Wow, even Sebastian didn't know this, it was lucky that he harnessed the armour digivoloution when he did, otherwise in her Penguinmon form, she would be incapable of having fought the monster. He surely needed to learn more of this world and their creatures. Yet again before he could speak, another piped up. This one explained about the digimon whom had now become Toyagumon while his own digimon became that of babydomon, once again the digivice came in handy. "Wait, so your telling me he set up a fun house, to lure people in to kill their digimon? Taking innocent lives for what? because you think it will make you powerful? I'm sorry, but if thats the case, i can't allow you to continue your journey" Sebastian would say. Touconmon understood. She detatched herself from the leg of her tamer and stood in front of him. "Your disgusting, you don't need to hurt innocent digimon, or kill them for power....a bond with your tamer is good enough....and a bond like that will be the reason you revert to a Digitama today." Toucanmon would add. Yet before Sebastian could give the command, the seering pain within his mark flared up, Falling to his knees in the dirty water, he woud bite his lip trying not to scream from the pain, his shirt sleeve was still up, revealing the mark that now burned red, steam seemed to lift from it. "No....not now" he uttered through gritted teeth. "Sebastian" Toucanmon said as she turned her back to the Toyagumon as she placed a small wing upon her tamers leg. "Heeeeeheeeeheeeehee" A laugh erupted in the sewers, yet their was no sound of splashing, no sound of movement...then the water moved, coming from two of the openings, soon enough the familiar SkullKnightmons would have found themselves in the vacinity of the tamers. One of the skullknightmons appeared from were the Raremon had fled, meaning it was facing Sebastian while the other came from behind, thus seeing the backs of the tamers. Yet neither of them had been the source of the giggle....that was yet to come. "No....no no no. You two need to run, get away from them. These are Champion level digimon...but there....they can't be killed. they keep coming back" Sebastian would say as the initial pain of his mark died down, allowing him to stand. He would turn to face Yana. "I trust you, together?" he would ask nodding to her. Yet fear was in his eyes, he had to be brave, he had to help protect the group....but these creatures...they haunted him. sorry about the sudden template change.

Yana was the kind of girl who always managed to see the best in people, and digimon too... Or so she thought. But no matter how hard she looked, she just couldn't find anything positive about that boy's partner, Gepetto as he called him. It was then that she realized where and when she had heard that name, and further confirmed she wasn't the only one to think such. The freshly digivolved Toy Agumon was boisterous, cocky, disrespectful, and judging by the other boy's report he was apparently cruel and callous too. Was there really anything positive left in that little digimon's data? But more than anger or rage like any of the others, Yana's face spelled pity, as did Ari's. "Poor thing... I don't think Digimon are born evil...", she echoed her friend Haru's own belief, which she too had come to believe over the course of her journey. "...But with so much loose data jumbled around that head of his...", Ari completed, tapping her forehead in a very familiar gesture for the nearby humans. But while Ari was just as sweet and loving as Yana, she wasn't as soft. Even if she didn't blame Gepetto for what he had become, she would still not forgive his behavior: Her previously kind, compassionate looked turned into a determined, menacing glare, "...Letting him have his way with others would be even worse." He wouldn't be reborn an evil little bastard if was killed and reverted to a Digi egg. But even as they surrounded the little bad digimon, there was something more concerning as Sebastian soon let out a pain filled groan: "What's wrong?! ...Hnggh, wha-...!", the schoolgirl's caring, concerned words towards the male tamer were soon overwhelmed by a burning pain that although it wasn't as strong as his, it still told her exactly what was going on. She looked around, expecting to find the same BlackGuilmon as last time, but that wasn't the case. All she heard was an unpleasantly familiar laughter, and soon even more familiar silhouettes. The SkullKnightmon from last time!! What were they still doing here? Why was this mark conjuring enemies they'd already faced?! She mustered up her courage and nodded resolutely as he asked for her help once more, with Ari stepping in front of them, determined to take the lead this time... "That won't be necessary...", Ari commented with a calm and confident tone before the other tamers started leaving. The two girls shared much of the same thoughts after all, both her and Yana wanted to do the same... For all her softness and dislike for fighting, Yana's peaceful nature actually gave her an edge. Her dislike for seeing her partner get hurt drove her to seek an end to battles as quickly as possible. And it was for this reason and this reason alone that she escalated such a fight before it even began: "Guess its our turn now...", Yana pulled out her digivice as it shone brightly, the same glimmering light covering the Gatomon as the Light Digi-egg appeared above her, "DIGIARMOUR ENERGIZE!" "Gatomon Armor Digivolves to... NEFERTIMON!" As the morphing figure of light faded, Ari had taken the form of a mythological Sphynx, her radiant warmth enveloping her allies, spurring them to fight. Neither Ari nor Yana really considered Gepetto an ally, but between the other two tamers, they had enough to benefit from her glimmering, protective aura. Yet even before they could do so, Ari took initiative as her headdress lit up and unleashed two beams of light, straight into the eyes of the two SkullKnightmon, "BEAM OF ISIS!!" SPOILER: Click to show ○ Beam of Isis - Allows Ari to shoot two homing beams of light from her headdress; this deals half damage per beam if they hit separate enemies. If it hits a Virus type enemy, they take double damage and are blinded for a single turn. "Kekekekek~! Having fun are we?! Then you won't mind if I join in!!", uttered a BlackGuilmon, appearing behind the four tamers, effectively blocking off Alex and Hamelin's escape route. The same guy that ambushed them last time, the first and only Digimon Ari and Yana ever killed...! "Why...?! Why was he here again?!", uttered a visibly shaken Yana, recognizing the voice even if she couldn't afford to look back... Why did he keep coming back?!

Gepetto let out a growl as the kid told the others about the funhouse. Damn bigmouth brat! Hamelin was visibly paling at the looks everyone was giving them, as their digimon began to advance on Gepetto. Even if Gepetto had just recently digivolved, he didn't think he'd be able to handle all three of them at once. "W-Wait a minute!" Hamelin blurted out, quickly putting himself between the others and his partner. However, it seemed it didn't have to be necassary as suddenly a bunch of dark digimon seemed to appear out of nowhere, quickly drawing everyone's attention off of the pair of them.

"Come on Ham-Ham, time to get out of here!" Gepetto called out, suddenly forcing his way past the tamers and taking off in a run down the sewer. Hamelin struggled to keep up. Oddly enough, the dark digimon didn't seem to pay them any mind. After all, all their attention was focused on the tamers getting ready to fight them. Really, what luck that on both times something like this happened, it had come along just in time to save their hides. Hamelin paused to look back, seeing the fighting going on. A part of him wondered if he should go back to help them, but remembering the sharp glares they had gotten, and remembering his encounter with Reikiko and Alex...no. His place was by Gepetto's side. After all, that was really all he was good for, wasn't he.
