PASSIVE ABILITIES ○ FLY HARDER! - Vegamon is incredibly fast and skilled at flying, doing so with the precision of an ace pilot. With his powerful legs and wings, he can accelerate near instantly in mid air or on takeoff, getting a 20% boost to speed. If he remains in flight, this increases by 10% bonus each turn; and if he ends the turn only having moved roughly in a straight line, he gets an extra stack. Speed boosts cap at 200% bonus speed. ○ Radar Sight - Vegamon has impressive senses - sight, hearing and smell - all connected and further enhanced by the visor next to his eyes. This lets him see even in pitch black darkness and identify surrounding enemies. In addition, he can lock on to a single opponent once per turn, spotting even the slightest movement on that foe's part, greatly boosting reaction time against that foe. In addition, Locking on helps Vegamon identify weaknesses, giving his attacks a bonus 50% damage on that foe
ATTACKS ○ Vegaclaw - Vegamon's most basic melee attack, slashing with the poweful claws on his right hand. These claws can rip through Ultimate level defenses, and if executed while flying, gets a boost to damage equal to half the percentage from the "FLY HARDER!" passive (up to 50%). If this attack deletes the opponent, it absorbs a minimal amount of data to shave 1 post off his cooldowns (Though not enough to prevent the foe from being reborn). ○ Blue Max - Vegamon's simple and only ranged attack. The holy ring on his wrist glows as he gathers energy between both palms before firing a blue energy bolt. It deals 50% bonus damage to Virus types due to the Holy ring and always moves faster than Vegamon himself. If aimed at the locked on target, the beam gains a homing property. It can be charged for the turn before, causing it to deal double damage and stun the opponent for 1 post on impact; this gives it a COOLDOWN of 1 post. ○ Hurricane Kick - Vegamon tucks in its wings and spins at incredible speed, brewing up a twister before unleashing a thundering kick. The gale force from the high speed spin knocks back all enemies slower than him and makes him immune to Crowd Control of ultimate level or lower. Enemy struck by the kick is knocked back further away and stunned for 2 turns. In addition, Vegamon can expend stacks of "FLY HARDER!", adding them to power instead. COOLDOWN: 3 turns (once effect ends) ○ Tracer - Vegamon coats his body with an aura and blitzes at a target opponent - leaving a blue aura trail - instantly accelerating to full speed and getting 2 stacks of FLY HARDER! If used on the Locked on enemy, he will unconsciously turn to keep himself headed towards that enemy, using the full extent of his enhanced perception. COOLDOWN: 1 post ○ Sky Splitter - With a mighty thrust of his wings, Vegamon blitzes towards his opponent - gaining 4 stacks of FLY HARDER! - leaving a jet-like V-shaped trail behind him. After picking up speed, he will rotate at high speed with his claw hand forward, like a drill. While dashing, he is immune to crowd control with the gale force knocking foes aside depending on their speed. An enemy who takes the hit head on however, suffers a lot more: He takes massive piercing damage capable of ripping through defensive techniques up to ultimate level. Even if it doesnt pierce, the impact is still enough to deal great damage. COOLDOWN: 4 posts ○ Close Combat - A finishing move saved only for the toughest of foes. This can only be used against an enemy within melee attack range: Vegamon strikes with a powerful punch, and if it connects, the enemy is staggered. What follows is a brutal barrage of of kicks and punches executed at lightning speed, dealing massive damage and keeping the opponent stunned for the full duration (maximum 2 turns); this attack deals more damage based on the percentage of the target's missing health and the stacks on FLY HARDER! Throughout the attack, Vegamon becomes immune to crowd control. COOLDOWN: 6 posts

HANG ON! YOU NEED TO EDIT THIS A BIT... 1. Radar Sight - Remove the telegraphing and prediction, and that's fine 2. Vegaclaw - Cannot easily rip through chrome digizoid armor. And the damage boost is far too high. Either remove it, or make it use stacks up. Being locked on already increases the damage, so no double lock on either. 3. Hurricane Kick - No attack deflection of ultimate level, unless it's a dedicated attack to it. And twice as much is too much for the stacks. 4. Tracer - It's not a straight line dash, so I don't understand why it's treated as one simply because he is automatically turning. It seems like a cheap way to build up extra stacks. 5. Sky Splitter - Again, no deflection of ultimate level attacks, no complete piercing of chrome digizoid, as it is much stronger than you seem to think. 6. Close Combat - Not allowing the double damage from locked on, as it already gives bonus damage.

PASSIVE ABILITIES ○ Flight - Ophanimon has 10 wings which she can use to fly. Due to having eight of them, she accelerates nigh-instantly and changes direction without losing speed, boasting incredible manouverability and greatly boosted speed when airborne. She can carry a single human without losing speed, and if she tries to flee when that human is hurt, this buff doubles so long as she's trying to Exit○ Sanctified armor - Her armor, lance and shield are made of santified Huanglong ore, boasting incredibly powerful defensive capabilities that are twice as strong against Virus types and Darkness based attacks, allowing her to use her shield to block single target attacks. She takes half as much damage from enemy attacks, (three-quarters reduction against Darkness element and Dark digivolutions). Potency of Crowd control is reduced by the same amount (Ex: Stuns become 50% slows, Blinds become 50% reduced accuracy, etc). In addition, her defense cannot be debuffed by anything except another Mega; while the enhanced defense can only be countered by a Super Mega, which halves its effect.
ATTACKS ○ Eden's Javelin - A staple, simple attack that can be used repeatedly, but isn't much stronger than a basic attack. Ophanimon fires a beam of piercing light from her spear. Due to its piercing holy/light element damage, this attack damages always hits at 100% power regardless of any defense/barriers on the opponent (Super Megas or Megas take half to the barrier and half to themselves), dealing double Damage to D.Area/N.mare soldiers Dark Digivolutions. Ophanimon can choose to damage the opponent's spirit instead of their bodies, should she be trying to purify instead of kill. This illuminates the enemy (only the first foe hit each turn can be illuminated). ○ Sephiroth Crystal - Forms 10 Crystals between her hands in a Sephiroth formation and fires them forward on a beam of light. Ideal for clashes, this taunts the opponent when hitting him or his attack, halving the damage of single attack on its way to the foe, and if it finds none, it instead reduces the halves the oppoenent's power for their next attack. If this hits an Illuminated Dark Digivolution or D.Area/N.Soldiers family, they cannot take any offensive actions for that turn, their movement growing sluggish and dazed; if the foe is a Dark Digivolution AND DA/NS family, this effect cant be countered in any way. By expending a stack of Radiant Love, the attack's power can be doubled only during an attack clash. COOLDOWN: 1 turn ○ Eden's Air - Ari points her hand/lance upwards and creates a halo of radiant, overwhelming holy aura. Those she precieves as allies will feel their strength and stamina restored, recovering 30% Health and dispelling status, while those she precieves as enemies will have any buffs reset and removed (deactivated for 2 turns if they cannot be removed for some reason). In addition, Dark Digivolutions or Virus of Mega or below who look at Ophanimon or her halo will be stunned (those stronger or megas who resist it merely have 50% reduced speed). In addition, attacks aimed at the halo will be absorbed into it, allowing Ari to collect the data and empower her next attack. She can only collect power once per use, and doing so dispels the technique (adds each attack's base power Ari's). COOLDOWN: 5 Posts after effect ends ○ Angel's Love - Ophanimon creates a spheric barrier of light from her shield, the crystals embedding in it glimmering brightly. This barrier can block up to Megaworth of damage, and once every two turns can suck an offending attack into the crystal. Due to pulling the attack into a different dimension, that defense overrules barried ignoring. If she's holding Yana, she can absorb up to a Super Mega attack by not doing anything but defending on that turn, which puts the barrier on cooldown at the end of the turn. Once per usage, she can fire all attacks back against the enemy to counter attack, or purify their data into a healing pulse that heals for half the damage it would deal and removes afflictions/status effects. COOLDOWN: 3 Posts after effect ends ○ Wrath of God - A simple yet devestating attack in which Ophanimon unleashes her aura in a mighty AOE pulse of holy light. It causes searing pain in those Ari deems guilty, while sparing those she deems innocent. It deals great damage, and if the enemy is buffed, damage increases proportionately to the strength/amount of their buffs, Illuminating them for 2 turns (Illuminated enemies can be detected even while invisible). If the attack's damage is doubled or increased further due to the enemy's buffs, that foe is paralyzed for 1 turn if he survives. COOLDOWN: 4 turns ○ Ophan's Grace - Ophanimon forms a datapack orb filled with holy energy and her own willpower. This is a very short ranged attack (cannot be used further away than her lance), but can have different effects depending on whether her intent is to harm or to heal. COOLDOWN: 1 turn. |
[/i] - Can only be aimed at someone Ophanimon damaged in the same turn or the one before. The Datapack forms into a searing beam of light with homing properties if the foe is illuminated. Illuminates the enemy for 1 round Loving touch - This heals a target by 15% and removes a single afflictio/status effect. Usually executed by touching them with the orb in hand. Removing all afflictions/status adds two turns to the cooldown unless a Radiant Love stack is paid for each turn. Angel's Caress - By touching the target, Ophanimon strips away their fighting spirit (so long as nobody attacks them), otherwise halves their attack damage for 1 turn. This can purify posessions up to mega level. [/ul] ○ Time Skip - Exploiting the temporal dilation between her crystal dimension and the outside, Ophanimon slips into it; teleporting as far as she could have moved in 0,1 seconds. Striking a foe ends a single teleportation but deals bonus damage, allowing the attack to bypass barriers, even those related to space time. While teleporting, she precieves time as if she'd have moved that distance normally: Due to having time to properly aim her attacks, the great damage is further enhanced proportionately to the foe's missing health. Each 0,1s Skip shaves one turn off her remaining cooldowns, fully resetting them if she kills the foe. Activating the technique grants her 4 Skips for that turn. She can use several at once to increase the duration of a single Skip, and gain an extra one by adding one turn to cooldown or expending two Radiant Love stacks. She cannot use more than 10 Skips each turn, up to 1 second worth of timeskipping.
