If you follow an unmarked alleyway away from the main commerce section, you will find yourself standing outside of a dark, seemingly abandoned shop. The sign is broken, the Terabyte Techno gies flickering on and off, the O from Technologies seemingly having disappeared. The only signs of activity come from a deep humming noise emanating from the interior of the building. Once you enter, you see what seems to be a normal shop, though the room is dark, and everything seems to be in varying states of disrepair. The counter is manned by a single, damaged Datamon. "Can I upgrade your Digivice today, sir, madam, or PLEASE INSERT GENDER VARIABLE?".

He starts to twitch and spark, making horrendous grinding sounds, and points to a door behind him. Through the door are a set of stairs going down, and if you follow them, you'll find yourself in the actual shop. Loud and bustling, full of Digidestined and Digimon, with many Guardromon standing sentry along the walls, the true Terabyte Technologies is a hub of activity. An Ebemon is tinkering with some Digivices by the main counter, and looks over to you. "You got the wrong digivice, eh? You want some, extra functionality? I can help you out. You got any little digi-friends that don't have a digivice, but still want all the benifts of having one? Easy, I can sort that code out for them quick as anything."

Releases a brightly colored barrier from the Digivice, surrounding the tamer and any near them in a dome of energy. This protective barrier blocks all incoming attacks that do 50 damage or less for two posts. If an attack breaks this threshold, the barrier will still block the attack, though at the expense of being shattered on the spot. One use per thread.

[x] Purify! - 1500 bits
By focusing the Digivice at a single target, this module allows the tamer to release a condensed stream of holy digital energy at an enemy Digimon. This stream will dampen the target severely if it is using a Dark Digivolution, causing them to lose 20 points of DEF for two posts. This beam can additionally be used to purify spirits or evil forces from possessed Digimon when applicable. One use per thread.

[x] Trick Portal - 2000 bits
Opens a two-way portal that allows a tamer and their Digimon to switch places. Two uses per thread.

[x] Digidestined's Determination - 10000 bits
It is a tamer's will to fight on. Once per thread, after unlocking this hidden module of the D-1, the Digivice will passively revive the tamer's Digimon at half health if they fall to 0 health. This effect can be cancelled if the Digimon in question is absorbed.

[x] Card Scanner - 1000 bits
Adds a card scanner to the Digivice, allowing it utilize Digimon cards like a D-Power for additional effects.

[x] Digital Whip - 1500 bits
The tamer's D-3 now has the ability to create an energized whip to use as a weapon against other humans and Digimon. This whip adds +15 damage to the tamer's basic attacks and has no elemental affinity, making it quite viable for combat situations.

[x] Ascended D-Terminal - FREE
An upgrade to the D-Terminal, greatly enhancing its abilities. This unlocks the Ultimate stage and above for the user, but requires the collection of golden eggs or DNA evolution to access. Additionally, this upgrade will allow for 4 additional utility armor champion forms, as long as their eggs are hunted for. Buying this upgrade locks one from buying the Ascended D-3.

[x] Ascended D-3 - FREE
A total upgrade to the D-3 Digivice, unlocking its full potential. This unlocks the Ultimate stage and above for the user, but requires a crest and tag hunt or DNA evolution to access. Additionally, this upgrade will increase the tamer's statistics by +2 (to each statistic, sans SPC). Buying this upgrade locks one from buying the Ascended D-Terminal.

The kick will deal 12 damage + the spirit wielder's OFF, and will always be a physical attack and will always be the same element as the spirit wielder themselves. This attack has no cooldown.

[x] Spirit Release - 1200 bits
Allows the spirit wielder to release a ranged elemental attack (description of their choice, though it cannot include any special status effects) at a single target. This attack will deal 14 damage + the spirit wielder's SPC, and will always be a special attack and will always be the same element as the spirit wielder themselves. This attack has a one post cooldown.

[x] Spirit Aura - 2000 bits
Allows the spirit wielder to release their spirit in the form of raw elemental energy in either their human or hybrid form, projecting a field around themselves that damages any that come near it. This aura will additionally nullify any attacks of the same element as the spirit wielder. This aura can stay active for three posts, but can only be activated once per thread. This aura deals 15 damage per turn + the spirit wielder's SPC. It is always a special attack, and is always of the same element as the spirit wielder.

Shortly after the events of Moto in Paradise…
The reward from the rescue mission was rather small, some very, VERY welcome praise, some sort of Digimon Egg, and…’bits’. They have currency. Now that was unexpected, but welcome to him. He couldn’t believe what was in this egg. Was that fairy thing just going to hatch out of here? Do they hatch that strong? What a time to be alive. He was still patting his back about that encounter. He honestly didn’t think that bluff would work. He was on his way home, through Terabyte City, when he happened upon that he actually had spending money. What could window shopping hurt; there could be few stores that pandered to these human/digimon pairs he was seeing.

Oh how right he was. Barely 5 minutes into meandering through the Mall, he was called to buy a Tamer who took great interest in his digimental. He asked to look at Motoya’s digivice and frowned slightly. ”Man, I feel sorry for you. You can’t use this,” he perked up slightly ”yet.” He thanked the young one for his help and made his way down into the grungy business front and to the back. He had absolutely no idea how to properly ask, so.

“I need this,” he held up his d-tector in one hand, “to make this work.” In the other hand, the digimental. Both were snatched up and fifteen minutes later, the digivice was returned and on screen was the egg. He looked up to the Ebemon and was met with an open tentacle, expectantly shaking for compensation.
