Meanwhile back up top, Serah and Gargomon were busy with their hands full involving the Snimon on the surface! The barrage of lasers were doing some damage, thankfully cause Gargomon had no understanding of the word 'overuse' . He relentlessly kept firing his Gargo Lasers at Snimon, trying to drive it off or send it crashing from the air.

"TAKE THAT AND THAT AND THAT AND THAT AND THAT AND THAT!! HAHAHAHAHA!!" Gargomon bellowed, firing like a mad man with the tommy guns.

Serah had her hands over her ears from the frequent crack of gunfire every few seconds, and it was starting to drive her nuts. "GARGOMON! Will you knock it off?! " she shouted over the laser blasts.

"After I knock bug-boy off first!" he replied with a chipper tone as he fired out at the scythe bug.

A snarl erupted from Snimon as it swatted several of the laser bolts away with its scythes, deflecting the shots around him. With the quick opening, Snimon launched two sickles of light from its own preying mantis arms, causing them to fly out towards Gargomon and Serah.

Serah quickly ducked behind a large cluster of rocks and got low while Gargomon used his bunny-like feet and hopped over them. The sickles struck the ground with a sickening slice and crack, causing the ground to tremble-- no doubt the others down below would hear it. The blast near Serah didn't reach her, but it felt rather close, causing her body to rattle from the impact.

Flipping in the air, Gargomon soon aimed again, while he was upside down in the air. One of his guns glowed with energy, charging up a shot. "Wanna see my home-made bug-zapper?" he snapped at Snimon. "HOPPING BLASTER!!" He fired a large laser burst at Snimon.

Snimon, however in the air, merely flew away from it, causing the laser bolt to go to the far side of the canyon wall...

... and that caused trouble. Upon impact, the laser bolt immediately scattered and seperated into smaller laser bolts similar to "Gargo Laser". Only this time, they began to bounce and ricochet off the canyon walls-- with Snimon between them! The indirect assault began to strike Snimon from all sides, and causing far more damage to it.

However, the strike to the ground did more damage than they thought. As Gargomon landed on his feet once more, the ground slowly began to form cracks and fissures in the ground. Standing up, Serah caught sight of it too. "Uh oh... Gargomon, Run! " she instructed, running.

"Uh-oh..." Gargomon commented, seeing the problem and quickly took off after Serah.

But they didn't get far as suddenly the ground opened up below them-- causing them to begin to fall downwards into the caverns below--

-- where they would end up eventually crash landing on the events going on between Krysta and Gwen.

Silence is golden For truth is rarely spoken 0296- Krysta Fyalke    Gwendalyn Everbrooke Serah Namino Darric jumped out of Gwen's arms as he spotted his tamer near the center of the cave. All the soundbirdmon over head made him slightly nervous. However it looked like they hadn't harmed her and for that he was relieved. "Krysta," he called as she turned around at the sound of his footsteps. "I told you not to go too far." He huffed as he came to stop in front of her earning a sheepish smile. "Sorry." she wrote and showed him. "Sorry." The scythe footed bats echoed. Darric looked up. So that was how she had projected  voice. The Pipismon seemed more than content to echo his tamer. He was glad they didn't try to echo him that would be annoying. "No worries your little tamer was in good hands." a voice said and dropped off the ceiling. "Demi Devimon." Darric half growled. "Be wary Krysta. They can be tricky devils." Krysta looked between them then back at Darric's new friend. She waved politely with a smile. "You hurt me." the Demi Devimon teased. Darric just glared back. However his glare was short lived as the cave rumbled. All the bats took flight in one big swarm. They pushed their way down one of the tunnels their wing beats deafening at first then receding. "Against the walls." Darric said pulling Krysta away from the center. Demi Devimon also followed hovering just a few feet away. The ceiling crumbled and in dropped something green and.... a human. They must have been the ones making such a racket. "Oi, I liked this portion of the cave too." Demi Devimon pouted. "You two alright?" Darric questioned after rolling his eyes at the bat.

Wandering Gypsy

She returned the friendly wave of hello once they had found Krysta.  She looked at the strange creatures around them, ready to defend them if she needed to.  It was until Darric suddenly called out for them to go against the walls that snapped her out of it.  Moving as fast as she could, she hugged the wall while still in flight.  Watching the rubble come down, along with two new creatures.  One being a human girl and the other was this strange creature with guns.  Looking at the creature, she immediately put the pieces together for what happened.

"Oi!  Are you daft or something?  You don't go nuts shooting in a place like this!" she scolded the rabbit like creature that had guns.

Krysta Fyalke Gwendalyn Everbrooke

Serah and Gargomon came falling through the holes of the caves, and continued to fall. WIth a final crash, the two came through the ceiling of the cave, landing between Krysta, Gwen, and the other digimon in the cave with a loud 'Oooph!" Gargomon took the blunt of the fall, with Serah landing on him-- breaking her fall somewhat as she moved groggily, stunned by the sudden drop. Gargomon had swirls in his eyes as they slowly began to recover. They didn't hear what Gwen was yelling about but soon Serah got up and looked around, finding the two girls she spotted earlier.

"Oh... hi there. Sorry to just drop by," she groaned, her legs wobbling a bit but she was still able to stand. As her vision soon adjusted, she looked to see them. "Are you two okay?"

It was at that time, Gargomon soon recovered and got up himself. Despite the yelling he got, he still wobbled a bit. "Hey... don't yell, I can hear you plenty with these ears..." he said, still dazed-- till he saw the two girls before him.

The little black eyes he had turned to hearts as he jumped up and moved in front of them. "OOoh, hello ladies! So sorry to drop in on ya. Name's Gargomon, at your service!" he said, recovering rather quickly between the human girl and fairy like girl as well.

Serah looked irritably at Gargomon. Here we go again... she thought as she saw Gargomon trying to act all tough and show off for the girls. Like Commandramon, the little lizard had moments when he was just pervy.

Serah sighed and approached them, but sadly she was not aware of the other digimon in the cave with them.

She had to say but being a girl was a tough job when hit on all the time. All in stride though she was glad they were okay. "Back off gargomon." Darric huffed. "What were you fighting anyway?" He said looking back up through the hole in the ceiling. Krysta followed his gaze up. Something green flew past. She hoped that didn't mean trouble. She had been kind of enjoying her time with the bats. "I don't care what they were fighting. They ruined a part of our cave. How do you plan on fixing it? Hmmm." Demi Devimon said angerly flying around them. "There is no way to fix it. However I'm more worried about what is out there." Darric responded. The green form once more passed into view and hovered there. It's insectoid appearance more than a little ugly. It wasn't the only one anymore either. "Snimon's," Darric said looking as two more joined the first. "It seemed your battle attracted more than a little attention. Krysta, armor evolution." He said looking to his tamer. Krysta nodded and grabbed her digivice making it glow. The image of a perfect egg showed. The digiegg of pride. Darric was enveloped in light. He grew taller and slender. Then when the light dissipated it revealed his form as Jokermon. He swings his scythe ready to fight if the Snimon attacks.

She gave the strange rabbit a smirk as he tried to play it off smooth.  It was an interesting attempt for sure, but the complaining of the bat creature got her attention.  Who was going to pay for this damage?  Not like one could hire someone to fix this cave that easily.  She pondered these things until the sound of buzzing wings was heard to her.  She knew they were not hers, as her wings did not flap that fast nor made a buzzing sound.  Looking up at the Snimon, she gave an annoyed groan.

"Maybe once we handle these tossers, they could try to fix it up for you, eh?" she said in a sarcastic tone.  She knew these were a bit stronger than her currently.  Reaching behind her, she pulled out her D-Tector and pressed a few buttons, selecting the object she had stored in it.  "I can agree with Darric's idea," she said as she swung the device before her once more.  She wasn't going to take any chances on losing to those bugs.  The flesh from her body was now being torn away into data as it began to swirl around her body.  Bringing her arms inward to cross over her chest, a sign other than her emblem appeared.  It was the Crest of Love that appeared in the data around her along with her symbol that was for her Spirit.  The data flowing around her body began to turn red and black as it began reattatching itself to her body, slowly forming the new form to her.  Her wings now having have vanished, but now in what seemed like a long red dress and witches hat upon her head.  Her once green hair changed to be long blond hair.  Pale skin face hidden beneath the shade given by the brim of her hat, she began cackling like a witch as he arms became covered by red fabric and what seemed long strangly long claws hidden by the fabric.  She began to sit in mid-air, causing a shoot of light to form into a flying broom beneath her butt.  Resting her right hand on the handle, the left gently pushed up the brim with a finger tracing along her lip.

"Armor Digivolve, Witchmon," she said in a coy voice as she narrowed her eyes at the Snimon above.  "Now why don't you do us a favor, love, and bugga off, hm?" she said, stifling a small laugh from her lips.
