Midnight Festival (closed)

[Karisa]

Yawning she would wait for his question as it was about what foods she liked to eat besides spicy food. She thought of it and wondered to herself on what food she didn't like besides the obvious. ''Well...I'm not picky...'' she spoke and shrugged as she was laying there. She had to think of a question now...What would it be? ''What if...I'm not what I seem to be? How would you feel?'' she wondered as she looked clearly at the sky. She knew her hidden self...on if she found something precious..something to want and to greed over...it wasn't pretty. There was a reason why she never had a boyfriend as she had a crush one time at school...things happened.

[Faust]

Her answer to what she liked in food wasn't really helpful but at the moment he would hold that thought as she had another question for him. One that made him think for a moment, but he did know the answer. “You mean the you I talked to the first night we met? The one that's inside of you now who I also care for? Karisa I like you for who you are, that means all of you.” He leaned over her with a pained look on his face as he moved his arm out to touch her nose softly to boop it. She could see the look of pain on his face as he did so, but he was fine with that. “Hmmm I guess then my question is was there anything that happened today that you would want to happen again?”

[Karisa]

She listened to him speak as he said that he cared about all of her...which sort of answered, but didn't at the same time. He then asked after booping her nose making her blush that if there was anything that happened again to happen again. She thought about it as to what he was talking about although it was then obvious. Karisa didn't really pay attention much to his outer look, body, face and so on till she then moved a little to lay on her side to look at him for a moment trying to hold up the courage. Her eyes secretly looked at his naked chest and then his golden shining eyes. Truthfully his body and eyes were rather attractive, making her heart beat rapidly and her face feeling warm, but she knew that she couldn't go further...she was afraid to. ''Maybe someday...although not now.'' she says softly as she closes her eyes a little...closed enough to where she could see him, but he couldn't see her being able to see him. ''S-so...how many women have you....yknow...'' she spoke, blushed and still had her eyes closed as her body felt tense...She felt weird asking these questions, but the inner side of her wanted to know.

[Faust]

He watched her eyes as she answered his question, they seemed to glance at his chest for a bit before looking back into his own eyes. He knew that she was looking at his body and he liked that. Her answer though did give him a bit of hope, but at the same time not a lot. Then came the question he had been dreading her to ask him. The one he didn't want her to ask, yet he knew it was eventually coming. He leaned away from her and looked out into the ocean. “How many..... that depends... do you mean how many I've seen naked? Or how many I've actually slept with? You know I've had past girlfriends, but how many I've actually slept with.... hmmm I really can't say. In the last few years none, not since I turned twenty...... Before that... it's too much of a haze to really know. I know I have slept with at least four or five only because I was sober enough to remember that, everything else around that time I really can't remember. I was bad... I was in a bad place.... I did so many things..... So really I can't tell you the truth, but I can say this if we did end up doing that, you'd be the one I'd cherish and remember for the rest of my life.”

[Karisa]

She listened to him and as he went on about his story it seemed that he has done it a lot. He even if he didn't remember the number...it would mean that he has done it enough and stuff to where he wouldn't remember or something. Softly she would sigh and held her own body close. The last part he spoke about didn't really secure her thoughts on the matter. Turning away so her back was towards him if he turned back she would look at the ocean thinking of things, the future and past as well as the present. She would grab the bottle in front of her and drank it a bit more, waiting for him to ask her a question now.

[Faust]

“Are you upset with me for telling you the truth?” He asked her as he noticed that she had her back turned to him now. He knew that he could of lied to her, he could of made up a smaller number about how many women he had been with, but he wanted her to know the truth, he didn't want to keep things from her. Still he wondered how this would change things between them he wondered if she saw him as less of a potential boyfriend now for his past actions. If that was the case then he had to make it up to her, but for now he waited to hear what she would say as his eyes looked at the ocean once more.

[Karisa]

''No...'' Was all she whispered softly loud enough for him only to hear.

''That didn't count as your question...'' she spoke softly once more as she took another drink of her liquor. She kept on thinking about all the women that have been in bed with him. Who shared his lips, touches and so forth with him. Why did it piss her off? It made her blood boil thinking about it as she thought of every.single.woman. She wouldn't let him know that though as it would just turn out bad. Karisa didn't want to repeat what happened earlier so she'd keep that quiet. Her eyes closed fully shut as she sucked on the bottle to drink the alcohol like a bottle as she just kept on taking gulps. She wanted to feel nice, relaxed and calm as she knew that she would with every drink she took.

[Faust]

He heard a low whisper coming from her and he could tell that she was a bit upset, so he decided to change the topic a bit more. However he placed a hand softly on her back to let her know that he wanted to touch her, to embrace her. “If the digital world didn't exist and you and me were together what would you want for the future?” The question was much deeper than any other he had asked her before, given that he wanted to get her mind off of her last question and thinking about something else for the moment. It also gave him an idea of what she wanted for them right now for the future.

[Karisa]

''I-If we were together?'' she spoke to herself in a way as she then thought, 'What...what would I want? '' she thought as she looked at the bottle as it reflected and saw his face. He was attractive, he cared about her, but where was her heart at? Was it at her destiny? Her fate? The path of hatred and envy? As Naku was sitting on the side she was facing she would look at him. 'Was that form created by my hatred? My side that I hide?' she thought as she remembered how angry Naku was at Faust as soon as he thought that Faust was hurting her, doing stuff that he shouldn't have even though it was something so small. Taking a soft sigh she would open her eyes a little more wider, ''If we somehow did find each other without the digital world...which I highly doubt as well...I was locked away. '' she started and noticed she said something differently upon something he didn't know about, but she should at least finish. ''Then...I guess a future...to feel and do things that seemed possible that right now just...doesn't.'' she speaks as her uses her one hand to feet her heart as it pained. Karisa didn't think highly of herself nor the future...as it just always seemed off. ''What are your favorite things?'' she asked simply.

[Faust]

He listened to her speak and it seemed like she was being a bit more cheerful about what she was saying. He was glad that he got her mind off of the things before and even smiled when he heard her say about future things slightly. He loved that she was shy. Then her question was rather interesting, what were some of his favorite things to do. He grabbed her from behind and rolled her on top of himself and held her head next to his chest as he embraced her with his back on the sand. “Right now, holding you like this is one of my favorite things Karisa. Besides that, I guess for now it's exploring the digital world given that it's allowing me to see new sights and meet new people. All that excitement and adventure makes me feel alive again, but I would trade that all to be able to hold you like this even if it was for a moment.”

[Karisa]

Her eyes looked at Naku still as she thought about how maybe she was the one that caused the harm he did. As Karisa's mind went and started to go cloudy she would feel her body be gripped with hands making a soft squeak escape her lips. Seconds later she opened her eyes to see that she was now somewhat on top of Faust with her head on his chest, feeling the warmth, the heart beats that were trembling...it felt nice. Her hand was holding her as for some reason she felt secured once in her life in this blanket of warmness he created with his arms. She listened to him say how right now holding her like that way he was was one of his favorite things to do. Although that was true he was going to explore the digital world and see new sights and people. Her thoughts auto went to the worst place possible as she thought of 'new people'...meaning also other females. Once again like once before she felt hatred and envious for some reason as it burned her soul, darkened her thoughts as she kept these things a secret with a small smile across her innocent wet face. ''I see...'' was all that was able to escape from her lips, ''Your turn...'' were her final words as she couldn't for some reason get off of him.

[Faust]

With her not moving away from his grasp he smiled as he lowered his head and looked up into the night sky. The stars were starting to come out along with the moon. His arms resting on her lower back he took a short breath before thinking of his question. This time he wasn't looking for answers, he wasn't looking to learn anything no he just wanted to know something else, something very important at this moment. “Is there truly any place else you would want to be right now. ?” His tone was soft and happy as he continued to hold her.

[Karisa]

Karisa would continue to rest her head on his chest as she didn't really touch his chest with her hands like she wanted to. She had to hesitate to do anything towards him as she knew what would happen if she let her lust, envy and her full will get in control. She had to stay strong as she then listened to his question of if there was any place else that she would want to be right now. Thinking she would think of multiple places even though deep inside was nothing besides an empty abyss waiting for her to return to be alone forever and eternity. ''I wanna go to...the place. The place where I can sleep forever and not have to worry about anything. I won't have to hurt anymore...nor feel things I've never felt before anymore...'' she whispered coldly as her eyes slowly close most of the way. ''But then again...I wanna be within the waters where the most beauty is...while also seeing the stars, the moon and the beauty of the sky at the same time. I wanna see all the water digimon (animals) in both worlds...'' she spoke and then made a small smile. ''I wanna be at a lot of places...but...I know that with my il-'' she was about to say and then noticed what she was about to say. ''I mean...you know...the first one would be most likely.'' she then curled up a little.

[Faust]

He listened to her speak and smiled, she wanted to explore and see the wonders of the world, it wasn't exactly the answer he had been looking for but he still liked it. Then something was off , he heard her cut off her a word. She was about to tell him something then she pulled back. This intrigued him about what she meant to say. “What were you about to say?” He said as he pulled her closer to him to try and keep her warm. The cool air was raising off of the ocean making it colder now on the beach and given her clothing he didn't want her to feel cold. He actually liked seeing her in a bikini and didn't want that image to fade away.

[Karisa]

Feeling the ocean mist she could feel her skin getting colder than usual which was great. She loved the cold more than anyone could realize making her able to wear anything she wanted in the coldest weather. Even though that was true Karisa wasn't able to handle heat really well. She felt him pull her closer within his embrace making her smile as it felt rather possessive. Even though that wasn't true it was the imagination and daydream going through her head that counted, right? He asked on what she was about to say making her sigh though, escape from that quick embrace moment and turned away in a sulking formation. ''W-well...'' she started and wasn't so sure on saying it, but she had to as this was the question game...the game of truth. ''My illness...Th-that's all.'' she finally said and sighed, getting up and walking towards the change room to change back into some clothing as she felt somewhat dim.
