The fields were a nice change from the jungle. it had been rather muggy there. Dantelion plucked at his shirt as he walked. It was wet with sweat. None surprisingly Theos was out ahead hopping around on his hooves. He was loving having legs. Dantelion also had to admit it was a relief he no longer had to walk slowly. They made their way over to a stream...maybe a brook. He could never see what the difference was. "You can see for miles." Theos said happily. He splashed into the water then took a drink. His medium sized tail wagging happily along with his butt. It was an endering site. Dantelion had to wonder when he became such a softie. In fact he wondered many things now days. It all made him feel kind of stupid. No matter though. He waved off the feeling and looked up at the sky. A few birds flew overhed but their shadows were too faint for him to tell what they were. The sun was rather bright today and at its zenith. Maybe they should have stayed in the shade. He turned his attention back to the stream and took a drink rubbing some water over the back of his neck. He remained crouched there watching Theos as he pranced about on his hooves. So much energy...

It was time for a day off that was for sure! The trio had been working their butts off with their training so that they could stay at their best for when the next dark enemy appeared for them face. Adam had decided that since his two digimon had been working so hard that they deserved a little time off in the Vale Highlands in the sun. It never took the trio long to get anywhere from their jungle home thanks to their ability to jump effortlessly from tree to tree. As they got closer to the exit from the jungle they couldn't help but spot bear looking digimon and a fancy dressed human. The trio decided to exit the jungle with one final large jump, leaping over the unknown pair and land across from the river that they were using to drink from. They then just turned a smiled at the pair.

"Hey there, sorry if we startled you. I'm Adam and these are my digimon Remy and Renae. They are both Renamon, the black one is renae and the yellow one is Remy."

Both digimon stood side by side and waved in unison, using opposite hands from each other so that they were in sync. Adam then stretched and straightened his green cloth hooded trench coat with care. He was dressed in a torn t-shirt, his coat, baggy cargo shorts but had no shoes. His nails were long and sharp as if they were claws and his eyes had a bit of a wild look to them as if he was a wild boy and in most respects he was.

"What are your names? I've never seen a digimon like yours before? What is he? What's his name?"

Adam smiled at the well dressed man up until Renae patted his shoulder and stuck her finger up to her lips as a silent signal that he was coming on a bit strong. She then giggled.

"Please forgive him, he's been in this world for seven years so it's very rare that we run into digimon that we have never seen before."

Renae then just smiled at the man as Remy wandered over to the strange and new digimon.

Dantelion nearly jumped out of skin as a shadow passed over head. Far to close for comfort. He heard it land with a thud and looked over at a strange site. Two digimon similar and yet of different colors stood there with a human. As he introduced himself Dantelion stood. Theos came over beside him obviously happy to see someone new. Dantelion was more wary however. The wild appearance of Adam putting him on edge. He guessed he was judging by appearances but he could help how he felt. "I'm Theos....I'm a Theowmon." Theos said answering him. He approached and sniffed at Adam. "Don't be rude." Dantelion said sighing. "And I am Dantelion. A pleasure to meet you." He wasn't sure of this kids nationality. Should he shake hands or bow? It didn't really matter though. He seemed friendly enough and would probably dismiss such formalities. He couldn't imagine living in this world for seven years. How did he make a living when so much of the world was wild? Guess it would pay to be a survivalist here he guessed. "What are you all doing out here?" Theos asked and hopped around greeting Renae and Remy in turn. "I had no idea some rookies could be so tall." Dantelion swallowed his words of disapproval. Theos was still just a curious child after all. He had to remember to learn from him. He doubt he would've talked to half those he had met without Theos there to keep things lively. "It's not our business Theos." And his words of disapproval came out the same. Theos just stuck out his tongue slightly and drew it back in. Parent and child would best describe their relationship right now. Dantelion just shook his head in response. "We were just going to explore around the fields want to join us?" Theos asked earning a disapproving glare. Though Dantelion had no idea what may be out there so moving in a group wasn't too bad an idea he supposed.

OOC: Sup, also I know it is hard to see but Theos is a cross between a wolf and a goat.

Adam couldn't help but smile at Theo's attitude, it was always nice to meet child like digimon who took such an interest in new things. As the wolf/goat like digimon walked over and pranced around his partners Adam just walked over to them and patted the digimon's head affectionately. He then looked at the man who called himself Dantelion and just waved his hand gently when he said that it wasn't their business. Adam just grinned and knelt down to Theo's level as he hopped around.

"It's no problem really Dantelion. I am the leader of a group of heroes named the lightsworn. We travel all over the digital world looking for new comers and show them the ropes, give them somewhere safe to stay as well as travel the world protecting those who need it. If you will have us along we will gladly spend the day with you. It's not every day I meet a digimon I've never heard of."

Adam then looked toward Theo with a warm smile.

"Theo, would it be alright with you if I scanned you with my digivice so I could get your information for my catalog?"

As Remy and Renae were circled, Remy decided to embrace the attention by puffing out his chest proudly while Renae jumped over Theo in one graceful movement and moved over next to Dantelion with a gentle motherly smile. Remy decided to kneel down a bit and looked down at Theo with a big grin.

"If you think our rookie forms are impressive, we can reach ultimate when seperated and a single mega form if we dna digivolve. How cool is that Theo!"

Renae hearing her brother brag just sighed and shook her head.

"Remy don't brag it's rude."

Renae then looked over at Dantelion with a gentle smile as she sat down next to him and crossed her legs like a lady. It was obvious that out of the trio she was the most well behaved and had the best manners.

"Dantelion, if you would like while we are taking a rest, I will gladly answer any questions you have for us. You probably have questions about this world, it's inhabitants and probably about us as well. I will gladly answer anything you have."

Theos shook his head. He didn't mind at all. He could imagine most the people they would meet would want to do the same. "Go right on ahead." He said holding still. Mostly, his tail was still wagging. "Wow you guys must have worked really hard to do that." He said in response to Remy's bragging. "I wonder what I'll become." Theos mused. He honestly had no idea. It was kind of exciting to think about it. He wondered if he would grow wings or get gills. Odds were against but it was a nice thought. Dantelion watched them a moment before sitting back down beside Renae. There were many personalities in this troop. Yet, no fights have broken out, no wrong words. They kind of meshed together he supposed. "I'll forever have a hundred and one questions." Dantelion answered Renae. "In truth most probably can't be answered." Such as why the hard working gypsy? How have digimon remained so hidden from the world? Is there a meaning to all this? "Guess I'll start simple." Dantelion finally said after a long pause. "Theos calls this place the digital world....what is it exactly? A parallel universe?" Start with getting to know where he was. He still had no idea where anything was. So he guessed asking about the world itself would eventually lead to maps. Something he needed considering he has spent most his time wandering about the jungle. "Since you're so interested in me watch this." Theos rolled on the ground. He came up and showed Adam his side. The grass and rocks had left imprints. They slowly filled back out. "I'm a lot more solid than i use to be. I am still clay like though. It's kind of weird but can be really fun." Theos said grinning. Dantelion just shook his head at Theos. Everything was fun to him. The goat like body suited him. He was a kid after all. He smiled a little at his own joke. Before turning back to Renae his attention on her as he got an answer.

As Dante asked her exactly what the digital world was Renae just scratched her chin softly as she thought of a proper way to answer the young tamer. Once a few moments had passed she looked toward her tamer who was using his digivice to scan Theos so that they had his data. Once she knew her tamer was done she used two of her fingers to whistle toward her tamer causing him to look toward her.

"Adam sweetie, toss me your digivice please."

Adam looked down the digivice on a string around his neck and then back at Renae and gave her a big smile before removing the digivice from around his neck and tossing it towards her for her to effortlessly catch. Once she had it in her paw she began press a series of buttons until a hologram of the digital worlds globe popped out of the screen next to a hologram of the human worlds Earth.

"Think about it this way, the digital world is the flip side of your world. They exist parallel to one another simultaneously. It's why you are able to arrive here via digital devices, it's like stepping across a invisible line. Time in the human world goes about half the speed then it does here. To put that in perspective, Adam has lived in this world for eight of our years. If he was to go back home and rejoin his human family, only four years would have passed for them."


While Renae spoke to Dante, Adam and Renae watched Theos roll around and explain his body to them. By looking at Adam's face it was clear that Adam was hanging on every word he said. Remy just grinned and smiled when Theos mused about what he might become.


"What ever you become, I bet you will be able to take down ultimates like us."

This was when Adam's eyes went wide and he got a big grin on his face.


"You guys should totally join our group of heroes called the lightsworn! We go around and help people, fight evil digimon and go on tons of adventures!"

Dantelion was focused on the globe. He barely heard the question but the word Lightsworn stood out again. Some sort of group he had mentioned before. "Sounds like it could be fun." Theos said and stared over at his tamer with pleading eyes. "I'm sorry. Theos is young and I'd rather not put our lives at risk fighting enemies I know nothing of. I still have a great deal to learn about this place. I'd rather not make enemies while still learning to stand on my own two feet." Dantelion said. "They could help you learn you know and I could have sparring buddies and there would be so many others to meet." Theos said keeping his enthusiasm.  "I'm sorry. I'd just rather do my homework first." Dantelion shook his head and gave a polite but slightly sad smile. He wanted Theos to have friends sure but he also didn't want a group to dictate things for him. He understood the pressures of groups all too well. Being raised in a religious house when he himself....was no so religious. He'd rather Theos have his freedom. Theos huffed. The more the merrier right? His tamer could be such a kill joy. He had good reasons of that Theos was certain. Yet he still couldn't help being a little tiffed. "The truth is I am wary of groups in general. They can dictate a persons way of thinking. That is the reason even before Theos I became a gypsy." There he went being honest again. Honestly could he call himself a gypsy if he didn't lie, cheat, and steal? "What is a gypsy?" Theos asked. "A person who wanders aimlessly." Dantelion answered. "Then we're both gypsies." Theos said his tail wagging. His earlier frustration gone like the wind. Dantelion had to wonder how he didn't blow away being such an air head. "I bet you guys have seen a lot of places." Theos said looking to Remy. Maybe he could get a few stories out of them. He'd like to see so much of the world.

Adam couldn't help but let out a sad sigh when Dante said that they couldn't join the team. Even though he was upset however he could understand the new tamers hesitance. Theos was still just a rookie level digimon where as both Remy and Renae were both ultimate level. They had just arrived in the digital world and they wanted to get their feet wet before committing to a team of any sort. When Theos pressed the matter, Adam just patted the digimon's fur and shook his head gently.

"I totally get it man. Ya wanna get your feet wet so to speak and find your way in this world before teaming up with others. You're not being selfish or anything but in fact looking out for your partners safety and well being. I can totally respect that. I just want you to know that when you're ready our metephorical door will always be open to you two."

Renae nodded happily at how true her tamers were. Adam had never been one to turn away anyone who needed help or look in any shape or form lost and confused. Renae then looked over at Theos with a gentle smile and patted his shoulder softly as she made the holograms vanish.

"What would you like to learn next? How about digivolution? If you wouldn't mind handing me your digivice I'll transfer all the data we have collected over the years including digimon entries,the filled out digital world map as well as a way to locate us if you ever need us."

Remy grinned when Theos said that they must have been a ton of places. If the little rookie only knew.

"We've been to all four continents of the digital world. The only places we haven't been are the down below which is the deep sea area of the digital world and the dark area where the corrupted digimon live. None of our forms are suited to that and even though my sister and I have fur, Adam doesn't own any long pants or even shoes so we stay out of the north for his help. We have seen and done so incredible stuff kid, we are the owners of 3 of the legendary armor digi-eggs including a golden digi-egg. We have faced two giant corrupted digimon, a skull greymon and a spirit user digimon and so much more. If you would like, we can show you our other forms."

Dantelion snapped the digivice off his belt. He shifted it in his hand then handed it to her cocking his head watching it a moment before looking up to Adam. "Thank you." He responded and nodded politely. "Wow." Theos said breathlessly. His eyes shined with admiration. "One day I'll be able to boast the same." He said puffing himself out a bit. His tail wagging a mile a minute. Dantelion just shook his head. Best to not correct him and let him dream at least a little. So easily impressionable. "What are these eggs you mentioned?" Dantelion asked. He found it odd that eggs would be so highly regarded.  "Why not just show us?" Theos said and pranced over to Renae. He earned a disapproving look from Dantelion which he ignored. Dantelion looked back at Adam. They were doing a lot for them. Tolerating all this. He wondered how he could repay such a favor. He doubted the boy regarded money or items with much respect. He seemed like one of action over thought. Though he was far from stupid. After all he had survived this long.

As Dante asked about the eggs Adam couldn't help but grin happily and rush over Renae and the other tamer and smiled even bigger as Theo's followed him. He loved telling this story more then anything in the whole digital world. Knowing this Remy couldn't help but laugh as he joined the group and sat down in front of Renae both laughing at their tamers child like excitement. Ever since they told him this story when he was young he had been obsessed with it. Before another word could be spoken or before Renae could do the data transfer Adam snatched his digivice from Renae's paw causing her to sigh and roll her eyes.

"Adam loves this legend. It's the foundation of our team and it's inspiration. Adam cares nothing for money or things you can buy. The only items he sees worthy of owning are things that you are deemed worthy of having or have some legend to back them up. I guess you could call him a treasure hunter or a legend chaser."

Renae then giggled until Adam made a shh noise with his teeth and then pressed the middle button on his digivice causing the egg of friendship,egg of love and golden egg of destiny to materialize in their physical forms. He then passed them around to Theo's and Dante proudly as the golden egg shined brightly in the sun.

"Long ago while the world was still young, humans like ourselves were brought to this world in a time of great danger to defend it. Together with their digimon partners they found the crests of legend which unlocked their digimons true power! They are 11 crests total you see, They are courage,friendship,love,knowlage,light,hope, reliability,sincerity,kindness, destiny and miracles. With this great power they were able to banish the darkness from this world at least for a time. Knowing that the darkness would never truly be gone the digidestined of legend gave up their claim to the crests spreading their power around the digital world for others to gain the ability to use. At the same time they created the armor digi-eggs which give a digimon a champion or ultimate level form that doesn't feed off their own energy. That way if the darkness ever found a way to block the process of normal digivolution, the world would still have protection. My crest was revealed to be the crest of love."

The way Adam spoke the legends was like if he had truly been there. Adam wasn't much of a reader but he found the legends of this world truly awesome. Once the story was over Remy grinned.

"Wanna see them in action?"

A legend chaser now that sounded cool to Theos. He broke into a grin. Maybe they could chase legends as well. He sat beside Dantelion and looked at the egg placed in front of him. It had a blue crest shaped like an eye. He stared at it a long while cocking his head to the side. Dantelion took the other egg offered. It had a heart on it and felt heavier than it looked. His thoughts turned to how this could be an energy source. Again he came up with a hundred and one questions. Things probably even they didn't know about the eggs. Both listened intently as Adam recounted the legend. It surprised Dantelion humans had known about this place for so long. He admitted he rarely watched the news. Yet, something like this would have gotten around. He didn't doubt government cover ups then. "That's so cool." Theos said his tail beating the ground. "Your crest is love but you have three eggs. So, you are not limited by your crest?" Dantelion said half stating and half asking. He honestly had no idea what his crest was. He doubted it was love though.  "It is because there is three of them." Theos chipped in. Dantelion looked at him then at Remy. He seemed eager to show off. In truth Dantelion was curious although Theos amazement is probably what kept his chest puffed out. "Of course we do." Theos answered Remy. Dantelion not even bothering to cast a disapproving glance. No young and naive. He thought but gave a polite smile and nodded. He looked up at the sky the day was about three fifths done. They still had plenty of time. Not that he thought about it. Only half the time passes in the human world. So It was probably just about noon there. A strange thought. Dantelion picked up both eggs as Theos stood and handed them back to Adam. He shifted uncomfortably. He'd only seen a few digimon til now. Mainly bug like ones and then there was Blight and Impmon, He had no idea what evolution would do to them. It made Theos bigger and probably stronger. Just how big could they get though? There needed to be a guide or workbook for this sort of thing.

Adam and Remy just grinned at one another as their new friends began to make guesses about why they had three eggs and only one crest. Adam chuckled as Theo's guessed that it was because there was three of them. He then just shook his head as he took back the eggs and with a press of a button his digivice returned them to their home inside the device. He then stretched along with Remy and then grinned at Renae causing her to sigh and get up to stand with them. It was obvious that she was used to the two boys antics.

"It has nothing to do with how many of us there are. We proved ourselves worthy of all three by proving that we had the virtues of the crests. The golden digi-egg was the hardest to obtain because it's one of the most powerful. Now watch and be amazed at what true team work and hard work can accomplish."

Adam then looked at his two digimon causing them both to nod and smile at their tamer. Adam then held out his digivice which began to glow bright green.

"Digi-armor energize!"

Once Adam spoke the voice command a pink beam of energy and a blue beam of energy shot out of the digivice. The blue beam shot into Remy while the pink beam shot into Renae and once that happened the two digimon were swallowed up by a blue and a pink energy orb as they began to digivolve.

"Renamon armor digivolve to!...Halsemon! The wings of love!"

"Renamon armor digivolve to!..Raidramon! The storm of friendship!"

When the orbs shattered and the two legendary armor digimon were released, they both smiled at their friends happily. Adam then just crossed his arms happily at the two friends and his two digimon.

"This my friends is armor digivolution. What do you think?"

Remy stretched and let out a small grunt and then shook his head gently.

"It's been awhile since we used these forms. We usually use them we need to travel long distances or need an increase in speed or need the elemental advantages."

Renae just smiled and nudged her head gently against Theo's in affectionate way.

"If ya want, I can give you a birds eye view of the area before I show you my golden digivolution."

Dantelion looked between them. Their forms a surprise to him. They were large enough to ride and the digi-egg symbols showed upon their armor. They proved that they had those traits. Renae had love in her heart and Remy had friendship. Not that odd he supposed.  "Awesome!" Theos ran between and under them both. His tail never stopped did it. "They are interesting." In truth he didn't know what to think. It definitely had not been what he was expecting.  Then again he also had no idea what to expect. It left him just as confused as impressed. When Renae mentioned a birds eye view he wondered how she could fly. The wings looked too small. Though her armored wings looked large enough. Was it like a planes? "I'll pass." Dantelion said. With nothing to hold him in he didn't think he would feel comfortable enough. "I will." Theos said nuzzling her back. He wiggled his butt and jumped onto her back. He laid down there and tried grabbing her fur with his hooves. With little success. Dantelion felt uneasy as he watched Theos and finally sighed. He walked over and pulled himself up. He'd rode horses before so he mounted her with little effort. He pulled Theos close and hovered over him slightly. "Okay." he said hesitantly. He tried not to grip too hard with his heels or hands. He was stiff and did his best to relax putting what little he knew of horses into practice. It made him glad he shoveled stables in Vermont.  He looked at Adam questioningly. For some reason she was actually bigger than he had initally thought. There was enough room for him as well. Though he didn't know her carrying capacity. He scolded himself. Here he kept thinking of her like an airplane or a horse. She was a digimon though. He doubted normal rules applied. Theos shifted in his tamers arms. He looked up and gave him a reassuring headbutt with a smile. "Let's see the sky." He said happily. His tail thumping against his tamers thigh and her back.

Adam couldn't help but smile at the new pairs reactions to his digimon forms. When Theos said that he wanted a ride but couldn't get on Renae's new body he moved to quickly try and help him only to be cut off my Dante who quickly helped his digimon and then proceeded to hop on Renae's back. Once they were on she looked back at the two with a smile.

"Hold on tight sweeties."

Without another word Renae jumped into the air and into the sky, the warm air flowing through her fur as she gained alltitude until Adam and Renae looked like tiny little ants. Once they were up near the clouds she flew through the air nice and slow so that Dante wouldn't be scared about being so up high. Once they were out of ear shot of her two family members she glanced back at her two passengers with a soft gaze.

"Sweeties, I've been wanting to talk to you both about your partnership if that's alright with you. Dante, you are no doubt wondering how Adam,Remy and my own personalities mesh together when we are so different. I have to admit that it didn't happen over night. It did take quite awhile for us to get our act together. The best way I can describe us is like this. Picture a blue circle,a red circle and a green circle. Blue is me, Red is Remy and Adam is green. As you have no doubt noticed that we are vastly different. Adam is excitable ready to charge into anything without much thought. Remy is proud and strong with an unwavering conviction while I am often soft spoken and prefer to think things out before acting.

As you know doubt know, red and blue mixed together make purple. My thinking things out allows for Remy to be bold and strong because he knows I'm the one with the plan. It was just the two of us for the longest time until little Adam fell into our lives bringing with him a third color. Adam's love for the creatures around him, unyeilding passion for adventure and willingness to give everything he can to help others brought something new to the table. Not only did my brothers and I's love for the young human and drive to keep him safe brought us closer together while at the same time his love for adventure helped us rise to brand new heights both as people and as fighters. Together our three colors melded together into a smooth beautiful harmonic cyan color. I believe that the two of you can reach such harmony as well you just have to learn to see each others side of things and be willing to bend your own views to see things as your partner does from time to time. I have no doubt you two can do it. You will need each other rise higher."

Renae smiled and decided to fly over a nearby lake so that they could get some clarity while they thought about her words.

Dantelion nearly jumped out of his skin as they took flight and his stomach was left behind. He gripped her fur rather roughly. Something he would have to apologize for later. For now he had to calm himself and try to keep himself from vomiting. "YAY" Theos shouted as they took off. Adriniline coursed through his veins. He looked over the side between his tamers arm and leg. His whole body practicaly trimbling with excitement. Dantelion relax slightly as they began riding the air at a casual pace. His eyes were finally open. In truth he hadn't realized he had shut them so tightly. He breathed in and out calming himself as much as possible as Renae spoke. Her words did not surprise him. Though he wouldn't have used that metaphor. Her meaning wasn't beyond him though. He had already noticed the differences between himself and Theos. "In truth I have already noticed our parts." Dantelion said as he began looking out at the landscape. "Without Theos you all probably left awhile ago. I am sure you have noticed I'm not outgoing. Most people don't like me because they can't read me. Theos though....he attracts people...umm digimon. He keeps me from being completely alone. My role is to be the thinker like you. "And that." Dantelion gave a chuckling sigh. "It's quite peaceful up here when you stop thinking about falling." "You can see for miles." Theos said. "I hope I grow wings." "Considering you are a rock I doubt it..." Dantelion said. "Maybe we can get an egg and I could fly with that." Theos argued. Dantelion just shook his head. What a dreamer Theos could be. He guessed his other role would be to keep him grounded.
