Pinned between a rock, and a hard place Adam was without any means of escaping; its hard to believe that just a few hours ago the young man was sleeping in his comfy bed looking for something to give him a sense of purpose. Then without a second thought his life was turned upside down, and he was brought to another world inhabited by strange monsters with an appetite for flesh.
That's how the young man got himself into a situation with a pack of hungry goblin looking creatures. The device he received upon reaching this new world fell from his hand, and landed on the ground causing a screen to pop up with the digimon’s facts. Picking up the device to study what the holo image was displaying; “Goblimon, Rookie level, and a virus type special attack goblin strike. So, those monsters are called Goblimon why am I always helpless in situations like this? If I were a superhero like in the comics I could easily take care of these fools.”
A symbol of a lion’s head would appear on the screen of the device he had just received, and then a voice that sounded automated spoke. “It is time Adam, time to discover your destiny.” Then in front of him between the rocks a beam of light would flash from the ground revealing a small totem that was shaped like a lion’s head with a mane. Acting on instinct the boy pointed the device at the totem which launched a beam out at it drawing it into the device, and like a flood knowledge of what to do began to rush through his mind. Extending his hand outwards a code stream would form on his hand, and he would touch it to the reader.
“Execute, spirit evolution!” He would shout as he pulled his hand from the reader, and a bright light would form around the boy encompassing the entirety of his body. Once the light cleared he had transformed into the rookie level digimon Elecmon.
Not sure as to what was going on the boy was at a standstill until the Goblimon had finally broke through the barrier, and were heading for him. Without a second thought he leapt into the air, and began to charge an electrical current into his tail. Shouting, “Super thunder strike!” Just as he finished his sentence a large beam of electricity shot forth from his tail colliding with the Goblimon causing them to flee.
