So this was a job, such a subtle little task and anyone could take it from the request board. Such a strange little world but hey, having only been in this world for a few days and having already been surprised by digivoloution, Sebastian Devaroux would comply with the wishes of his digimon, the one previoulsy known as Yukimi Botamon had now become a Tsunamon and his appearance had changed dramatically. From the slimy little white head to an orb with orange fur a beasty face and a massive sharp horn that Sebastian had almost been poked in the eye with many times. "So we just take this request, head to the area and then what? we just tell them we are taking their job?" Sebastion said wondering as he walked beside the bouncing digimon.
"Yup, thats how it works, simple right" Tsunamon would say as she bounched forward. Nodding along Sebastian and Tsunamon would find their way to the designated area making sure to arrive before the alloted time. Though it would seem the digimon had also arrived early in anticipation for finally being able to play a game of headball or whatever they would call it with no feet "OH OH OH ARE YOU HEAR TO REFEREE" one of the digimon uttered, the koromon as it would soon be known as would of bounce up and down, it would seem that some of these digimon had feet, Koromon Tsunamon and Tanemon were located on one team, while upon the other Bukamon, Motimon and Yokomon. It would seem botamon and Yukimibotamon were left on the sides. "Umm let these two play two, four a side is better than three a side" Sebastian would say.. "Yeah, let the young uns play too"
Yet it would seem to be undesirable, for the in training digimons began to show their immaturity due to the fact that they were more evolved than the two fresh state digimon. Arguments broke out. "ENOUGH, either they play, or we leave and you don't get a ref" exclaimed Sebastion, and that seemed to do the trick. Soon the game was underway, it was really strange seeing the game played with only heads, the way the ball rarely touched the ground and when it did many digimon had the abilities to lift it, either by ears or vines or tails, Motimon had hands it could use to throw the ball in to the air and get the game started again.
Sebastian ran back and forth, even complimenting the techniques though he really had no idea what was going on. He handed out fake yellow cards when someone played dirty mainly Tsunamon and the fresh level infants even joined in, in fact they seemed to be better players, they were able to bounce really high and the slimy body allowed the ball to move in different ways.
"AND THE WINNING TEAM IS TEAM MOTIMON, with four goals to three" Sebastian declared, yet no party seemed down, sebastian was sweating from running and the others were exhausted. Motimon would move with its strange body and hand the human a small pouch of bits. "Thank you, umm would you come again someday...it was so much fun." "Of course, next time though, we will do it for free okay?" Sebastian would say. Soon the smaller digimon headed home. "Wow, money for refereeing, and it was kind of fun, i'm tired just by watching. It was nice you stood up for the little ones, your kinda ok you know that" Tsunamon said as she bounced along. "Thanks...i guess right?" Sebastian replied, smiling gently as they headed to find something new to do.
As they walked Tsunamon was enveloped in a light, a light similiar to when transforming from Yukimi Botamon to that of Tsunamon, yet her formed changed much more spectacularly, a strange bird like creature somewhat reminiscant to a penguin. "Uhhhh.....what" "OOOH now i'm Penguinmon, awesome, I'm at the rookie stage who knew this would happen so quickly" she uttered....yet her tamer was in something of a state of shock, this world...it was crazy.
