There was something about Jeremiah's harsh punishment that surprised her, in the end she had never imagined a peacekeeper, like a member of DATS would had been willing to delete a Digimon because of a 'crime' like this. Still, even while there was a look of surprise upon her face, inwards Reikiko couldn't help but smile at this behavior that seemed contracting to the attitude 'heroes' were supposed to have. This man was fascinating, one who wouldn't hesitate to commit such a cruel punishment certainly had to have some shadows of his own... Still, when Jeremiah crouched down before Kuro in order to offer the lunchbox the little raptor blinked in confusion, causing him to look at his tamer with a hint of bewilderment, as if he didn't knew what to do about the matter. "Aneki..." Reikiko couldn't help but let out a chuckle, folding her arms behind her back while she addressed her partner with a cheerful smile upon her lips. "Why not accept it Kuro? It's not often we get rewarded for a deed." The Blackagumon nodded his head lightly, accepting the lunchbox with the faintest hints of a smile upon his face. "I did get a bit hungry after all that stuff." And while the Blackagumon unceremoniously flopped down on his rear, opening the box to inspect its contents the girl decided to address the duo with a more polite tone. "Thank you for your aid earlier. as common as those type of encounters tend to be, I'm glad that I was given the chance to refrain from unleashing my partner's true power, it would have been quite problematic if the city got endangered because of a fight that gone out of hand." Bowing slightly as a means of showing her gratitude she added with a brief smile. "My name is Reikiko by the way, Tsukino Reikiko, I'm afraid I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the two of you before~" Despite her cheerful approach she could hear the approaching sirens of the peacekeepers, a sign that things would soon be over, but it seemed Kuro didn't care about that, he was too busy enjoying the large fish fillet that had been hidden inside the lunchbox! "Aneki... why does a bakery sell Seadramon fillets?" Poor Kuro, if only he realized that that wasn't an order from a bakery, but Patsy's personal cooking! "No matter, this Seadramon fillet is awesome Aneki! I can feel my digital power rising over nine thousand! In response to Jeremiah's sentence the tamer's eyes widened in disbelief, a look of fear in his eyes.

"Wait, not him! Don't do this to him! He was merely following orders!"

Yet there was no stopping Jeremiah, Kong's act of absorbing the Were Garurumon causing the man to squirm, not being able to do much due to being handcuffed.

"Dats? DATS MY ASS! You're just a fucking murderer!"

The man spit in anger at Jeremiah's feet, growling as he watched the WereGarurumon disappear. It was at the same time Jeremiah's colleagues from DATS arrived that the man continued to yell.

"Using your 'authority' to hide your own crimes behind a false sense of justice?! You're worse than us! Thugs at least don't try to justify their crimes, because what you just did was MURDER my partner! Just because we wanted to beat up that bastard for embarrassing us in the past? I swear you'll pay for this someday..."

The man's shouts were stopped by the DATS members, seemingly preparing to take the man away. It appeared the threat had been neutralized, quite literally and their mission was clearly considered a success judging from the fact Kuro was enjoying his meal!

Jeremiah, feel free to control the DATS members yourself while they take him away, also the mission can be 'rounded up' at any time/once the conversation between Rei, Yana and Jeremiah finishes. So from now on I won't be using mission GM posts unless something was to happen next round.

As Ari dropped the culprit next to the DATS agent she degenerated back into her Gatomon form, hurrying back to Yana's side as Jeremiah did his job as expected. What he did next, however, was not... She hadno idea DATS agents were allow ed to publically execute digimon like this. Her eyes widened as she reflexively held on to Ari, who looked just as bewildered. The Gatomon had seen that happen before, but not like this...



"D-did he really deserve...", she muttered, still visibly shaken and holding Ari a bit tighter, protectively even; gulping before finishing her question, "...a death sentence f-for that...?"



She had this same reation with Haru once, when the girl deleted a digimon in front of her, at a time when Yana didn't know digimon would always be reborn from an egg. Later that day Ari explained that only a digimon can kill another digimon for good, by absorbing their data after killing them. She never expected to see it done like this, by an officer of the law of all things. Maybe it was right to assume the tamer would have done the same to the girl's BlackAgumon had he managed to defeat him, but isn't that what separated thugs from policemen? One thing was certain, she now knew that if a Dats agent picked a fight with her, she would have to beat him or run, for her partner's sake.



Soon they have delievered the fish to Reikiko and Kuro, and as Yana walked a bit closer, she couldn't help but notice the girl's odd colored eyes. Still in Yana's grasp, Ari looked at the two and asked, "You two alright?", it was kind of a rethorical question, they had arrived just in time to prevent the ambush, but the two were still, well, ambushed by an Ultimate level digimon, "Nice to meet you both, I'm Sekigawa Yana, and this is Ari.", she smiled and bowed slight after petting the small Gatomon's head, who purred slightly and waved at them, "Hmm, didn't I see you both in Triton battle?"
