Adam couldn't believe where he was standing! The young wild boy who had been taken away from his family at the tender age of eight had finally located the new home of his human parents. The trio had decided about a week previous to use their new found resources as part of "The Watch" to locate where his parents had moved to once their young son had been taken from them. It turned out that not long after he had been taken from them they had been visited by a rather nice sounding Japanese man who offered them a rather large estate in exchange for running his Exotic animal reserve in Tokyo. The two heart broken parents, unable to stay in the place where their child was taken from them they both quickly accepted and moved to Tokyo.
Once the trio found the exact place where Adam's parents had moved to Adam changed into his rather Japanese looking robes and then opened up a digi-portal to a computer store near by. Before they went through it however Renae grabbed Adam's old trench coat as a piece of identification so that when Adam went to his parents he could prove that he wasn't lying when he gave them his identity. Once they were in the human world something instantly stood out to Adam as the trio snuck out of the computer store and walked into an alley.
"Guys, I don't know if you have noticed but you guys are still in your rookie forms. That's never happened before when we came back to the human world."
Considering this while scratching her chin Renae looked herself over and then her brother. She then looked around the area that they were in and smiled.
"It's probably because of where we are. Tokyo is one of the more advanced cities in the human world with lots of data flow. All the data in the air is giving us the ability to maintain our rookie level."
Hearing his sister talk about all the advanced technical stuff just caused Remy to shrug his shoulders. He then picked Adam up and sat him on his strong shoulders.
"It's whatever sis. We better travel by roof top so that we don't get spotted. Adam's human parents live a few miles outside of town on a huge patch of land. Once we get out of the city we can digivolve and go the rest of the way."
Both twins then with Adam in tow began jumping quickly and silently from roof to roof to make it outside of the populated city as fast as they could. Once they were near the country side Remy put Adam down causing the young boy to pull out his digivice but as a did a look of uncertainty plagued his face causing Renae to get down on her knees.
"What's wrong sweetie?"
Adam looked away from Renae for a moment, the sad expression on his face growing a bit.
"What if they don't want me back?"
Hearing this question, Renae took her paw and made her young tamer look at her and her brother who now was also knelt down to his tamers eye level.
"They would be crazy not too. You are one of the strongest, bravest and kindest people in not only the digital world but the human one too."
Both digimon nodded at this statement causing Adam to smile and squeeze his digivice in his hand causing it to glow a bright green.
"Let's do this!"
Renae was then quickly engulfed in a green energy orb as she began to digivolve.
"Renamon digivolve to!..Kyubimon!"
Once the orb shattered both Adam and Remy got on Renae's back and off they went. Renae used her high speed to travel through the country side at a rapid pace. It wasn't long until they reached a rather large Japanese home with a stone fence covering the property. The back yard containing a koy fish pond. Adam's original plan was going to be having the twins hide but as luck would have it, both of Adam's parents who still looked Relatively young walked out of their home right as they ran up. Adam gulped hard as he slipped off of Renae's back, having her revert back to Rookie. The twins, seeing how stunned the two adult humans were stepped back to give Adam some privacy as he stepped toward them.
"Mom? Dad?"
Knowing that having a random boy calling them mom and dad would indeed cause them to look at one another in confusion, Adam held out the rather aged green hooded trench coat that he had kept all those years. Seeing it, both adults ran toward their son and hugged him as tightly as they could. They then yanked not only him but the twins inside and started a marathon game of twenty questions which consisted of things like where he had been, if the creatures with him were those digimon things they had heard about, how come he looked so much older despite him only having been gone for four years. It took awhile but Adam answered all of the questions and then some.
Once a few rounds of crying had been shared, the parents decided to turn on the TV to the news, making sure to turn on the English speaking son. What they saw however was not a happy scene. It turned out that as soon as the trio had left the city, a wild digimon had come through a self made gate and was beginning to wreck everything around him. Upon further inspection and a quick glance at his digivice told Adam that the monster attacking was a Myotismon. Knowing that human weapons wouldn't be able to destroy him the trio stood up and tried to leave only for Adam's hand to be grabbed from the floor. When he looked down he saw the heart broken gaze of his parents.
"We have to go mom and dad. We are the only ones that can stop that monster from destroying everything. I promise we will be okay!"
knowing that they couldn't stop their son from doing what his heart told him, both of his parents just stood up and hugged their child. They then looked at Remy and Renae and asked them to watch over their boy and to bring him back safe.
"Of course we will."
"Always."
The trio then ran out of the home as fast as they could. As soon as they were outside, Adam's digivice began to glow bright green and both Remy and Renae were swallowed up by green energy orbs as they began to digivolve.
"Renamon warp digivolve to!..Ware-garurumon!
"Renamon warp digivolve to!..Taomon!"
Once the orbs shattered Remy and Adam hopped on Renae's seal transport and the trio rushed off toward the city. Once they arrived they saw that the Myotismon had already done a large amount of damage by using his crimson lightning attack to destroy cars and parts of buildings. In order to keep Adam from getting crushed by falling debris, Remy and Renae grabbed him and then with a mighty jump, jumped onto a large sky scraper. The two twins then with just a nod to their tamer went to work. Renae started things off by making her large paint brush appear in her hand which she quickly used to draw a large talisman which she then launched at the back of their foe.
"Talisman of light!"
With their foe stunned and confused, Remy jumped off the roof to use his razor sharp claws to slash at their foes back.
"Wolf Claw!"
This attack was enough to cause the fellow ultimate digimon to fall to the ground along with Remy. Once Remy landed, the twins along with Adam thought that it was an easy victory but they were wrong. It wasn't long until their foe was swallowed up by a red orb of energy as he digivolved into mega level mallomyotismon. Once he had finished digivolving, the evil mega level scooped remy up and began to try and crush him with it's large claws.
"Ahhh!"
Seeing her brother in danger, Renae quickly drew another talisman and launched it at their foes face.
"Talisman of light!"
unlike last time however, this attack did virtually nothing except piss their opponent off and cause him to reach for Adam. Not wanting her tamer to get hurt, Renae pushed Adam away and ended up getting grabbed and began to get squeezed like her brother while the digimon laughed.
"No..not like this! I just got my parents back! I will not let you hurt my digimon,my family or anyone else I love!"
The pure love that Adam felt caused not only Adam's digivice to glow but his crest of love as well. The bright light of both blinded the evil digimon so much that he had no choice but to let Remy and Renae go to cover his eyes. The two digimon landed on the roof and caught their breath, feeling renewed.
"Let's show them what love can do!"
Both of the twins nodded and became engulfed in a mixture of pink and green light as they began to digivolve into mega for the first time.
"Taomon digivolve to!...Sakuyamon!"
"Ware-garurumon digivolve to!..Metal garurumon!"
When the orbs shattered, the twins wasted no time in charging at their foe. Remy decided to lead things off by launching a barrage of missles at his foe which froze on impact doing massive damage and causing their foe to stumble backwards.
"Ice wolf bite!"
Following her brothers lead, she lunged at the stunned foe and spun her magical staff causing fox's made up of fire, wind,water and lightning to be created which she had attack the stunned and weakened foe.
"Spirit strike!"
Growing angry, the mallomyotismon opened the mouth on it's abdomen to try and launch an attack. This was the break they needed!
"That's the spot guys! Hit him where it hurts!"
Both digimon nodded and lunged at their foe once more. Remy leading off by firing a large missle from his chest while Renae launched her spirits at the same time, the two attacks combining and striking right through their foe.
"Spirit missile!"
The Mallomyotismon, having taken fatal damage slowly eroded into loose data. They had won the fight and saved the city. Feeling exhausted both Remy and Renae landed next to Adam and returned to their Pokomon forms and jumped onto Adam's shoulders. During all the Chaos, a camera crew had arrived via helicopter and was now hovering above Adam and the twins. When the reporter and his camera man who was using his laptop to record landed on the roof and tried to ask Adam questions, Adam just smiled and stole the mans laptop to speak.
"Mom and Dad, I know your seeing this. I know you want me to come home so that we can be a family again. I promise I will come home soon but right now, my other families home is in danger and needs our help to save it. I wouldn't be your son if I turned my back on them. I love you with all my heart. I will stay in contact."
Adam then pulled out his digivice and opened a digi-portal which quickly sucked the trio through leaving the computer to fall to the ground and break meaning the gate had shut behind them. Adam had been reunited with his family, they had saved tons of people and was now on his way back to the digital world. All in all it was a good day.
