"So, let me get this straight..." Haruto felt like he had been doing that for the last hour as he walked side by side with an imposing leonine-human hybrid looming over him. Said leonine merely gave out a patient sigh and waited for what he knew was coming. "This..." Haruto waved his hand around them, trying to encompass everything he could see. "Is called the Digital World... we're currently made of data by that notion, and you're—"

"I'm a Digimon; short for Digital Monsters. Though right now I'm a BashkarLeomon, a subspecies of a heroic and honorable leonine Digimon." The white-furred lion man shifted his sight so he could give the pink-haired human an aside glance. "Please don't tell me that I will need to repeat everything that I told you for the last couple of hours about this world again?" Haruto merely looked down with a frown, tinkering with the odd device he had found when he entered this strange world; at least he knew what it was for and how it functioned thanks to Havoc.

Don't even get him started on how that name came to be, it would be sundown by the time he was done explaining everything.

"Hey." Blinking his eyes back to focus, he looked to the side; catching his Digimon's eyes which held a bit of concern in their gaze. "You okay? I know this might be a bit too much to take in, but..."

Haruto shook his head. "No, no, I'm fine, don't worry. It's just... so surreal, you know? It's hella weird that there's a completely new world out there, especially one made completely out of data." Brushing the back of his head, a comfortable silence accompanied by the soft shaking waves of the seashores fell between them.

The Southern region of the Digital World was becoming a bit of a hot bed for activity due to that weird Shin-Sekai group that she's been hearing stuff about. The same group that hosted that tournament recently in Triton City... She honestly was not sure what to think of those guys. Honestly, it sounded like there were a rotten bunch; however she wasn't a fighter nor a hero. Nyx only could Digivolve up to Champion level, which was kinda the average it seemed in the Digital World... so she didn't want to get stuck in a situation she could not handle.

Instead of doing some "heroic" business that would get her killed, the girl was more focused on just enjoying the sights of the Digital World right now. Walking across the shoreline of Coela Coast, Nikumo idly watched as a pod of Dolphmon jumped across the water. Trailing close behind the girl was Nyx in her Pilomon form, the sleepy looking mammal Digimon not seeming to have a care in the world.

Gazing around her enviroment, Nikumo idly hummed to herself as watched the ocean blue before her. Not really anybody was around besides them... as if not another soul dwelled on the beach. The girl almost would have not noticed two figures off in the distance if she had not turned towards the direction they were at. Looked like a human and some kind of... bara-y lion Digimon. Seemed pretty normal... if it were not for the fact that they had a rather familiar set of pink hair. The girl's eyes quickly widened, she stopping in her place. "H-Haruto?"

She almost could not believe her eyes... ever since she first got stuck in the Digital World, she had not heard word or tail of Haruto Mori for a month! The girl had been worried initially, but hoped that Haruto was in the same boat as her in obtaining a partner. The girl was quick to hustle towards the lion Digimon and Haruto, a big grin on her face. "Holy crap, it's you! Where the hell you've been? Have you been here this whole time?!"

Kiss ✰ Me Hearing a familiar voice call out his name all of the sudden stopped Haruto dead in his tracks, almost crashing right into Havoc's side as the lion man stopped as well to check their surroundings for any possible threat yet finding none besides the approaching figures of a 'boy' and her Pilomon partner walking beside her. "N-Nikumo-chan?!" Haruto blinked owlishly at the girl, still not believing what he was seeing, but soon enough a grin stretched across his lips when he realized that she wasn't some sort of mirage or illusion acquired by standing in this strange world for too long; she really was here! "Holy fuck, dude. It's so good to see you!" Acting on impulse he quickly gathered the flat-chested girl in a tight hug. "I've been in this world for less than a week, I learned a few things here and there, most of which you can thank the big guy here." Pointing towards the BashkarLeomon, the white-furred lion man merely waved with his fleshy arm while his metallic one stood firmly against his side. Havoc smirked at their interactions and couldn't help the sarcastic comment that spilled from his muzzle. "I do try, though it is hard to teach someone when they start to forget about it in the next few hours," His smirk widened when Haruto flushed and pouted up at him in a mockery display of annoyance. "Would you let that go already?! Jeez, you're worse than my teachers back in the human world." The statement merely made the hulking Digimon start laughing rambunctiously; so the human waved a dismissive hand at Havoc and turned back to Nikumo, a friendly smile on his face. "That doesn't matter, what matters is that you're here now, and with a Digimon partner no less!" He looked down at the Pilomon with a curious gaze. "Man, I still can't believe a place like this filled with all sort of creatures exist parallel to our own, it's sick." He yelped when Havoc's fleshy hand slapped the back of his head gently with an amused expression. "You better believe it, because it's real and it is happening."

Being glomped by the pink-haired boy was nothing out of the ordinary for Nikumo, she returning the hug back. Just knowing that Haruto was fine was enough to give her some comfort. "Ha! I'm just glad to know you haven't gotten eaten by... God, I don't know. A walrus or something? Fuckin' hell, this world is weird enough that I wouldn't be surprised if that is a thing or something."

Finally having a moment to look at the new individual, Nikumo was face to face with a large, bulky, white-furred lion Digimon... Needless to say, she was partially amused by the fact that this Digimon was likely Haruto's partner. It was like the stars aligned up just to give him the perfect partner. "Geez, I'm not surprised you ended up getting paired with a bara-lion of all things... Why are you such a yiffy piece of shit Haruto-kun?"

"Hey, there's worse Digimon one could be paired with ya know dear. For instance, you could be paired with lil' ole me." Nyx would idly mention, amused by the two humans' reunion with eachother. Either way, she was pleased to see her tamer happy... she had heard of this young man having been a very close friend to her, so they being unable to contact eachother caused her a decent amount of stress. The Pilomon waddled a bit closer, giggling to herself in a impish manner. "Pleasure to meet you. Haruto Mori I'd assume? I've heard plenty of things about you from Nikumo, complete with your... peculiar tastes."

"Hey, him being a furry has nothing to do with that Nyx..." The boyish-girl would comment, squinting slightly at the Rookie level.

"I don't know... half of the Digimon here are qualifiable as fluffy enough that I could see SOME people wanting to poke around with them." Nyx would reply, giggling slightly as she glanced towards her tamer, her eyes open.

Nikumo would for a moment shudder, she attempting to try and avoid the mammal Digimon's gaze. "What are you looking at me for you piece of shit?" She shook her head before looking back towards Haruto, giving a sigh of relief. "Ugh. Either way, I'm just relieved to see that you're okay Haruto. It's been like... a month or so? Like holy crap, you worried me to death you goober."

Kiss ✰ Me "I've seen some strange things as I walked around, I'm not gonna lie and say that some of them didn't scared me half to death, literally." Haruto shivered slightly, remembering that when he stumbled into this world he almost became the dinner of a strange plant-like monster which he latter learned that it was named RedVegiemon; if it wasn't for Havoc's quick timing when he found him in danger he wouldn't be here by now. "Believe me, I got attacked by a RedVegiemon before Havoc found me and drove it away." Haruto send the tall lion man a grateful smile, earning a friendly grin back in return. Though the smile quickly vanished when Nikumo pointed out what he liked to do in his spare time, and he frantically wagged his arms for her to stop her babbling while Havoc merely looked on with a confused expression. Frowning slightly down at the Pilomon he returned her greeting. "It's nice to meet you... hopefully, whatever Nikumo spoke with you about me was good." He sends the girl in question a glare filled with false annoyance. "But your vocabulary is impeccable as always." The sarcasm was practically dripping from his mouth, but what she say next threw him for a loop as his eyebrows came down with a frown. "Wait... a month? But I've been here less than a week..." The human would scratch the back of his head with a befuddled expression, could something have happened when he entered this world that would have thrown the timestream into a loop? "Eh, I guess it doesn't matter much, really." Shaking his head he shifted his gaze back to his friend and her Digimon partner. "What sort of crazy adventures have you been up-to while I was in limbo? You seem to have seen some shit." Haruto blinked as he heard the bass growly baritone speaking behind him, asking his female friend a question. "Indeed, I've heard that something happened from the rumor mill; would you care to get us up to standards?" Havoc crossed his arms over his impressive chest and quirked a curious eyebrow at the human female. Nikumo Takara

Nyx laughed at the thought of a RedVegimon chasing after this human. Yes, technically it is just as lethal as any other Champion Digimon; but it was an amusing thought. "Lovely creatures aren't they? Good with a couple of potatoes and carrots with a pinch of salt and pepper." Jokes aside (though she was now starting to make herself hungry) the Pilomon approached Haruto. "Anyway, you may call me Nyx. Nikumo found me as an Digitama, and since then; we've been two peas in a pod! I don't know what I would have done without her!"

"Uh... yeah." Nikumo would say a bit suspiciously, squinting at the mammal Digimon. Yeah, what Nyx was saying was a load of shit; and she bloody knew it. "Don't mind her... She tries and play dumb, but this asshole is much smarter than she acts." She'd quickly say to Haruto and his partner, just wanting to get that straight with them.

Crazy adventures huh? Honestly, she only has ended up doing a few things here in the Digital World... mostly just exploring and stuff. Still, there wasn't anything to really hide. "Yeah, here and there. Apparently a city got taken over here in the Digital World by a bunch of crazy weirdoes... They hosted some kinda gladiatorial tournament; watched a few matches... For the most part, I've just been trying to stay out of trouble."

Kiss ✰ Me Haruto merely blinked down at the pillow-looking Digimon, one of his brow raising up towards his hairline. "I... see... I'd guess that Digimon could eat each other that way..." He pressumed, perhaps it was like in the wild where the weak was eaten by the strong? Oh he had seen normal looking fish and even vegetalbes some days ago, in fact he ate some of the normal looking food inside this world, marveling at how it felt quite the same as the real thing. Realizing that he was getting too focused on his thoughts, he focused back on the present and caught what the Pilomon said; feeling a smirk curve at the corners of his lips. "Well, you know what they say, Nikumo." His shoulders shivered with his mirth. "Opposites attracts." He teased his friend, though inwardly he was taking what she said seriously; if she was getting some sort of vibes from her own partner then it was wise to stay cautious, even if the Pilomon looked rather innocent and harmless at the moment. Which he knew could change at the drop of an act with how these Digimon could digivolve into more powerful forms, though Havoc made sure he knew that even Rookie Digimon could be really dangerous if he didn't watch himself in their presence. "That's... something." Havoc hedged, concerned about these change of events though he made sure to keep a calm expression. "Hopefully, no one got deleted in the cross-fire." He wasn't stupid, he knew that perhaps there were some casualties and losses, even some scars and dismembered limbs for those that might have survived the takedown or the tournament hosted by the takeovers. Perhaps he was being too fast in judging the takeovers' side, but without much to go on he couldn't do anything but put them in a very bad light. "Fucking hell..." Haruto rubbed his forehead, eyes closed as the tried to will away the headache that was threatened to pound against his skull. "That's so fucked up, sarcasm fails me." Sighing harshly through his nose the pink-haired male rolled his eyes heavenward. "If only there was some sort of, I don't know, a group or guild out there that could offer supports to us Tamers, that would be appreciated; 'cus at the moment, it just feels like it's us against the whole world." The human felt like pacing back and forth to stop the build up energy crawling across his skin but stood firm; unwilling to let it show on his face how nervous he was. "Even if you join a guild; Haruto, you'll need to be ready for the trials ahead, I can protect you from what may come but even though it pains me to say this, I might not always get there in time to save you if my hands are already tied by something else." Haruto send the towering BashkarLeomon a pointed look, his glare softening when he saw the concern clearly sketched on Havoc's features. "I know... at least I know how to protect myself against other humans, but Digital Monsters is another part entirely." Nikumo Takara
