The Watch is the ominous name of the team - simple, but to the point.
focus//
The focus of The Watch is to preserve freedom, enforce justice, help those weaker than them, and finally, punish those who wish to violate these rights of the living.
alignment//
The Watch is a Chaotic Good aligned team. This means they will make their own way with little regard to what is expected of them. They believe in righteousness and justice and will use any means necessary to uphold it - lawful or otherwise. Freedom, justice, and happiness are rights that ascend above all laws.
area of operations//
The Watch is a widespread team that operates in the shadows of every major Digital World city - though their main base of command can be found in Terabyte City.
ABOUT
description//
long ago, during the war with the seven, there existed a guild that stood against them before the olympus xii. this guild opposed all evil, protected the weak, and operated from the shadows, receiving no reward for what they did besides the saving grace of knowing a good deed was done. this guild was led by a man respected by all - even crow himself.
but time passed, war came, and the guild vanished. they were assumed crushed - their name lost and erased.
however, one man survived, one man remembered. his name tarnished by history, this man goes only by the alias of "master takumi." a fierce spirit wielder utilizing the spirit of hope, he knows he cannot rebuild his former team without its former leader, without a team. and on top of that - he was getting old - realistically he hasn't much time left. knowing all of these facts, he knew he had to start anew.
heroes were contacted throughout the digital world, gathered together to form a new team on the ashes of an old. the forgotten name would remain so, the team adopting a new one to bring in a new age - they would be called the watch.
takumi shared his knowledge and skills with these tamers, hoping to pass down as much of his former leader's spirit as possible. they would be vigilant, they would be justice, they will strike evil-doers without mercy, and finally, they would be watching.

< DATA DISRUPTOR > (Equipment) The Data Disruptor is a piece of technology actually stolen from a Shin-Sekai laboratory, originally intended to remove all limitations of one's attacks. However, The Watch reformatted it (essentially by breaking the technology) to do the very opposite. The small device sticks upon a target when placed upon them, unleashing a surge of power that sends all of their cooldowns to their max refresh time - as if they just used all of their abilities. One use per thread.

traits//
< THE IRON HIDE OF JUSTICE > (Trait) In a thread where there are 2 or more members of the Watch fighting, all attacks against them which have a non-physical composite will deal 25% less damage. This includes physical attacks which have a non-physical composite of any kind, be it elemental or otherwise.

ROSTER
member ranking system//
The Watch, though technically a chaotic good team, does operate under a very basic ranking system. The Grandmaster is the founder of the guild - but beyond offering basic training and advice - he has very little power over the members of the team. The true leaders would be the five known as the Five Elements - five exceptional tamers that built the team with the Grandmaster's help. These five all have equal power, operating under a system based on democracy and trust, though all under them are to respect their wishes.
Each member is assigned a rank based on power level, which goes hand in hand with the team's Disaster Rank system and most members operate under an alias to protect themselves from enemies and law enforcement.
- S: The highest rank - must be Mega level or higher.
- A: The second highest rank - must be Ultimate level or higher.
- B: The third highest rank and second lowest rank. Must be Champion level or higher.
- C: The lowest rank - all members Armor Champion or below are sorted into this rank.
