{Jay, Ken, Nin}
One fateful day a young teen by the name of Jayden was gaming on his computer when a storm raged through causing a warp to open in his computer drawing him into the digital realm. The shock of the happening caused the young man to fall unconscious. Upon awakening he would note that he was in a forested area, the smell of the seawater was in the air. One thing that was obvious to the teen was that he wasn’t far from the ocean, which was like a second home to his due to his father's job as a fisherman. “Oi! Where the fuck am I?” He would shout as he began to make his way through the wooded area looking for some sign of life.
During his hike he spotted a large egg that was embroidered with pink clouds. “Man, I bet the chicken who laid that had a coronary.” He would begin to study the egg rubbing it firmly with his hands, and without a second to react the egg exploded in a poof of smoke. When the smoke cleared two little blobs of feathers leapt into his arms. “Hi Jayden me, and my sister were sent here to be your partners.” The one that didn’t speak he had assumed was the sister, “Oi, Sheila don’t be shy I won't bite.” This was like something out of a video game; was he living a game? Reaching down the aussie would sit the two down, “well if we are going to do this blokes we are going to have to give ya a name, something proper.” He would scratch his head, and would would snap his fingers, “I got it; little fella with a big yapper, I will call you Ken, and as for you lil sheila I will call you Nin.” These were two of his favorite gamertags he used when playing online.
He would then pick the two blokes up in his hands, and would start to walk when a bright light would appear in one of his hands behind the digimon. Pulling the hand that was glowing from behind the two he would note a small portable device that was black with green hand grips. “Damn, lil fella’s this is just like something out of a video game.” The two bird like digimon would look at one another, and then back at him when Ken would speak; “What is a video game Jayden?” The eyes would widen on the aussie as he tried to comprehend the words coming from the small beings mouth. “First off don’t call me Jayden we are friends here lil fella’s call me Jay. Secondly, a game is a bunch of data you control for entertainment.” A silence would then set in as Nin would speak; “Um Jayde- uh Jay, I am hungry.” Ken would then speak up, “I am hungry too Jay!” Since when had he become a parent? I guess he didn’t have much of a choice anymore he was responsible for these lil fella’s. He would push the small hand held device into his pocket, and would start to walk. “Oi, simmer down I will find ya something to chew on.” Truth was the teen was starting to get hungry himself he hadn’t ate dinner before all this happened.
Walking through the forest he spotted multiple mushrooms on the ground; “Oi there are some mushrooms lil fella’s!” The excitement that was beginning to muster in the teen was brought to the halt by the words of Nin, “Uhm, Jay you can’t eat those the are poisonous.” Slumping his shoulders the newbie tamer would continue his journey; “There has to be something we can chow on in this forest.” After walking for a while the hunger was starting to get to the young man then energetically Ken would shout. “There is food over there Jay; we can eat it, it’s safe!” Looking to the side he saw a bush full of berries, and would smile, “Let’s eat up lil fella’s!” The trio would savagely start to reap the sustenance from the bush. Jay would drop to the ground, “Ah yeah, got mah stomach full.” He would look over at the twin digimon, and they were shaking causing him to get concerned. “Hey, lil fella’s are ya alright?” That’s when a bright light would emit from the duo. “Puwamon digivolve to Chicchimon!” Ken would shout. “Puwamon digivolve to Pinamon!” Nin would shout. Once the light would clear from the two where Ken had once stood was a small feathered blob that was yellow, and where Nin once stood was a brown bird that looked almost like a dart. “Oi, Ken, Nin are you alright? What happened to you?” Ken would then speak up, “Yeah it is us we just digivolved, with your strength we became stronger. I digivolved into Chicchimon.” “I digivolved into Pinamon,” Nin would mutter. “Well alright then!” the tamer would mutter as he rose to his feet placing his partners on his shoulders, and gathering the remnants of the berries in his pouch.
Little did they not expect it, but lurking in the shrouded forest was an evil force that was intent on stealing those berries.
Walking through the forest the group came to a clearing noticing a creek running through the forest. “Oi, this will make a perfect spot to camp for the night.” He would sigh as he leaned against a tree that was cut down. His twin digimon would lean next to him, and would snuggle close to him preparing for slumber. Without hesitation the young man fell asleep, and when he awoke he spotted his two partner’s staring down a black looking dog monster with a unicorn horn. “What the hell is this guy?” He would mutter as he stood the device falling out of his pocket, and a holoscreen would pop up. Bending down, and picking up the device he would read; “BlackGabumon virus type rookie level. Lil fella’s what da hell does this mean?” Ken with a stern look on his face would mutter, “It means trouble Jay, he is out to eliminate us.” “Wha?” He would mutter as he looked at the duo. “Don’t worry Jay we will protect you.” Nin would reassure.
The BlackGabumon began its assault making easy work of his partners, the horror of what was going on was beginning to set in. “Lil fella’s are you alright?” He would mutter as he saw them struggling back to their feet prepared to fight once again. “Stop fighting lil fella’s he’s going to kill you!” Tears began to run down the face of the Aussie as he watched his partners get knocked down once again. Ken would then speak, “I would die before letting you get hurt.” “I will not abandon you.” Nin would shout as they took another hit sending them flying into a tree. That was when the black digimon prepared to go after the teen. “My turn guys.” He would mutter as a bright light erupted from his digivice, and enveloping the twins.
“Chicchimon digivolve to Hyokomon!” “Pinamon digivolve to Falcomon!” Then the light cleared what stood in the place of his partners were a yellow chick with a shell around its body, and a sword draped across its back. In the spot where Nin stood stood an owl draped in purple ninja garb. “So, you guys digivolved again?” The twin digimon would nod and Ken would mutter, “We must deal with the threat before us first.” “Watch as you see your strength at work.” Nin would mutter.
The virus digimon would launch its Petit Fire attack at the tamer, and Hyokomon would draw his sword. “Spiral Cutter!” He would shout as he leapt into the air spinning his sword in a small twister like manner. A flame collided with the small twister, and dispersed around it, and the chick digimon would stop spinning. The BlackGabumon was deadlocked on Ken, and lost sight of Nin who maneuvered behind him. “Ninja Blade!” He would shout as he tossed ninja stars at the enemy colliding causing it to come crashing to the ground. “Give up!” Nin would encourage the digimon, but it staggered to his feet once again. “Take Jay out of here I will give him a proper warriors death.” The owl digimon would grab Jay, and move away into the forest when in the distance all that was heard was “Cleaving Cut!” The duo waited for a while, and Ken would return, and nod to his sister. “Oi, thanks for being strong in my moment of fear.”
