Fun Under the Sun.
As Ryuu's strange meeting with the male known as frank had ended he'd head off to leave the jungle once more making his way south, it wasn't long before he'd catch scent of a familiar smell. A wide grin passed his lips as Vee and Duke followed behind him. Running they'd come crashing through the foliage as they eventually made it out the other side.
As the bright blue sky stretched out to see for some distance he'd grin more. Walking forth down the path til dirt turned to Rich white sand and sapphire seas became more apparent. He thought he'd hear a few people talking, looking about he did; Never really exploring far from the west.
Now he saw why tourists come from afar to gaze and lay upon the wide stretching bays of the southern coastline. A faint smile passed as Duke and Vee bolted off ahead running towards the water. He himself couldn't hold back any longer an ran forth stumbling some with his big bad self before rolling into them the three laughing as he laid either on on top of them.
Laying on their belly they'd look up to a shadowy figure as the 6'5" tall giant slowly got to hi feet and smiled at the person,
"Hello the name is Ryuu, Ryuu Oda, these are my partners, Duke and Vee"
He'd say. He worn nothing but black pants, something similar to baggy gi pants and a cape. No shoes, no shirt, no problem. Upon his neck were replica dramon teeth of past fights from his youth he won. To his right was veemon and to the left was Guilmon. Twin digimon born from the same egg. as the thre stood there he'd tease poking their forehead
"Don't you got a name stranger or shall I call you Enigma?"
The Body builder like figure would as, his long white hair flowing along side his cape as he waited for a response.

can be pretty too, with sly tongues and lovely eyes they will eat you alive with their sweet lies
FOR: Ryuu Oda | notes: heyo sexy thang ;D What a sight! A sigh so lovingly escaped Astoria's lungs as she gazed upon the beauty of the Coela Coast. Not even a single beach in New York or Germany that she knew could compare to this. Definitely, the Digital World offered places and scenery ten folds much exquisite than of the Human World's.
Tourist of different shapes, sizes and species scattered across the shore- playing, relaxing or simply doing their own thing- met the German's green eyes as ramped her way towards the seas. Clad in a haltered black monokini with a deep plunging neckline, it wasn't a surprise that this young lady was stealing eyes and attention. One might think that incredibly prepared with her outfit, a matter she wouldn't deny. She and Nox had agreed about this a few days ago. A day off, if she must say.
"Don't cause trouble, Noxie," She gently reminded the gazimon who was already further ahead, apparently deaf to any last notes.
The sand began to feel clumpier and cooler as she approached the ocean closer, a feeling of nostalgia hit her like a wave. Memories of her childhood flooded her mind but before drowning, she was pulled back to reality when her skin finally touched the cool waters. Blinking once, she looked down only to find the waves crashing against her feet and released a shallow sigh. Astoria advanced further til she reached an ankle-deep level, occasionally glancing down to see if she would be stepping on any unsuspecting creature; it was really hard to tell which was her skin from the sand, they blended so well.
In the middle of her walking, however, she was stopped when a rowdy group of three ran past her; a veemon and a guilmon taking the lead, and an eye-catching figure following. It wasn't any later that they plopped on the waters causing quite a splash. They seemed really happy, excited even if you asked the girl. The tall man seemed to have taken notice of her presence, looking up then standing only to reveal such a magnificent physique that caught the Astoria's eyes. Tanned, bare, toned and wet-- out of ten, she'd give him an eleven.
A smile was pulled from the young lady's lips as the man made introductions, a spark of interest glinting on her eyes. She even let out a light chuckle at his remark. A genuine one at that. "Enigma, that sounds very cool," She would say, looking up to meet the other's gaze "But I'm afraid I'm not anywhere near an enigma," Her face, torso and feet all pointed at the man, body language saying everything that needed to be said. Tucking strands of stray locks behind her ear, her smile grew as she introduced herself "You may call me Astoria, however," She tilted her ever so slightly before holding out a hand "It's a pleasure to meet you, Ryuu." Ryuu Oda, it was of Japanese origin, wasn't it? And if she remembered correctly from a book she read, the fool of Owari shared the same surname. (\_/) [googlefont=Cuprum]

Fun Under the Sun.
As Ryuu'sgot a better look at the female and heard her speak it was a nice and unique tone, perhaps an underlying accent. Eyes meeting directly. His would wonder to gaze upon her physic as she spoke about not being an enigma. His lips curling some as he merely teased back.
"You sure? I mean, look at you. That beauty, those alluring eyes, the physique. Yep, if I'd ever seen an Enigma it was you. Most likely jail bait too. Then again it's the digital world, but even us brutes got to obey those none existent laws."
He'd say with a teasing wink, perhaps teasing her or being genuine. But it wasn't until reading a few of her body signals he'd act a bit more brazen taking the hand she offer to shake and gently kiss it with a bow.
"The pleasure is all mine, Lady Astoria."
He'd say as he then turned to introduce the two digimon now dancing about in the water.
"That is Vee and Duke, my Digimon partners."
Correcting himself mi sentence he'd repeat himself.
"My family...It's been a few days in the jungle and they are just overly excited to be at the beach and have a day off of training and battling."
His sight shifting to the Gazimon who seemed to be further ahead shifting his gaze back to here.
"Interesting, a beauty such as yourself traveling with a beast. At least you have a proper head on those beautiful shoulders. Most woman you meet...girls here tend to pick a weaker or just cute digimon. None the less to each their own but your full of surprises. What other secrects are you hiding"
Relax and Kick Back
He'd wink playfully rubbing the back of his hair as he looked about and offered her to lay down with him in the sand.
"So how long you been here. I first came where when I was eight, I'm ttwenty five now. Where most of those I know have come and gone, I don't think I'd ever be able to leave. Can you imagine a wrinkly old man here with his digimon."
A faint smile passing
"Yea that will be me some day. But you can't help to think it huh, these guys might just be data to most , but they are like family to me. Like brothers perhaps even sons if I may be so bold. I've taken many of strikes and risked my life for these brave little soldiers."
Removing his cape he'd let his boy take on more sun a few notable scars were visible given his story about fighting. Was he really that insane though, to fight a digimon or try, sure he was big but some of these digimon made him look small or average despite his hulking size and height.
" But it's all good I suppose. I am use to fighting, I do it a lot in real life."
He'd chuckle some as if this wasn't real enough.
"I mean in our world. I'm an MMA fighter and I play Gou, won a championship or two. It's an ancient chinese game based on military strategy and how to surround your enemy. The closest thing to it might be checkers though to be fair it isn't even close in difficulty. Perhaps if you mix in chess and someone flipping the board a few times having to start over you might come close."
Questions and Curiosity
He'd say chuckling before suddenly apologizing.
"But enough of about me, tell me about the enigma that is, I know there is a saying about a cat and curiosity killing it but neither f us are a cat nor have a Gatomon so I think we are safe."
He'd tease as he placed an arm under his chin some laying there and analyzing her some.
"So is that a bit of an accent. I know mine must be strong, but I do my best to keep it under wraps, I've been spending more time in NewYork with my brother and niece; but I as born in japan and raised in Tokyo. So where are you from? Any family, boy friend, perhaps cousins uncles siblings who might be here?"
He'd ask slyly trying to cover the boyfriend question as if it were not of any importance. Then again perhaps he was teasing her once more. It was hard to tell, but they only just met so. Perhaps in due time she might find out. He'd wait for her to answer and perhaps ask her own questions as the two basked under the sun.

can be pretty too, with sly tongues and lovely eyes they will eat you alive with their sweet lies
A kiss on the hand? Astoria didn't know it was still being used outside theatrical presentations. How chivalrous... or perhaps it was just a suave move to sweep a sweet girl like her off her feet. Whatever the case, she wouldn't let herself be defeated in a game she knew so well. And so, in response to such politeness, she released a timid chuckle and shifted her gaze away for a moment before shyly bringing them back, trying to look as flattered as those hopeful romantic maidens.
He introduced his digimon once again but this time correcting himself, referring to them as his family instead. It was sweet and adorable to see such a large man say something endearing. Tsk tsk tsk, so easy to see through. He was one of the types who'd die for his digimon-- he seemed to love them so much, the twin also seemed to be contented in his care. That Vee and Duke, they were probably what would kill him, if it wasn't his vigor. Finally taking notice of Nox, Astoria accidentally let another chuckle out at the mention of 'beast'. Were they really that incompatible? And then her smile grew at his last remark. What other secrets are you hiding? Oh, if he only knew.
"Oh but there are no secrets, I'm afraid," She said, facing the shore once again, non-verbally accepting Ryuu's invitation "Nox and I seem to have developed a strong connection. Perhaps destiny really did plan all this to happen." She replied. As they began to walk towards the sandy land, the man once again began to tell tales that confirmed her wild guess from earlier. Sons, how definitely touching. Digimon were nothing but tools and weapons, just as love was a weakness. Why in the world would he take blows and hurt himself for creatures that didn't even die? They were data alright, they could be recreated but a human life was not. This man was a fool-- his last name truly suited him.
Upon reaching a perfect spot, a tall tree providing just enough shade for them not to be completely burnt by the sun, Ryuu removed his cape, showing his body fully. Astoria noticed scars of different sizes and forms spreading across his body; this man seemed to be telling the truth about his fighting. That was quite redeeming, in her opinion. He wasn't all words and she liked that in a man, in a person for that matter. The black-haired continued to nod as the other proceeded with his story. An MMA fighter, a Gou player-- he seemed comfortable sharing things with people he just met. But then, why would a person of brute strength like him worry? He could body slam anyone who dared to assault him and leave them to rot in a secluded place.
Another graceful laugh left the the German's lungs as Ryuu cracked a joke about a Gatomon. He was so cheeky that it almost made her want to see what he looked like when he's in despair. Mischief began to play in the young lady's head until he threw her a few questions. Humming, Astoria flipped her body around and was no laying on her stomach, body pressed against the warm sand. Her elbow supported her face as her hand cupped a cheek, upper body a bit flexed, head turned to the white-haired now ready to answer his inquiries.
"You and I are the same, actually," She began, her free fingers gently twirling a few strands of hair "I'm originally from Germany but moved to New York," Her emerald orbs played on the man's body, jumping from one scar to another, mesmerized by his victory trophies if one must say. Silence briefly befell on them as her voice faded, her forefinger delicately traced a tiny scar on his strong arm, before turning her attention back to him "No, not that I know of." Her smile softened, but the interest in her eyes remained as clear as the silver seas "Me and Nox haven't made a lot of friends since we arrived here, let alone a boyfriend," A shrug fell from her shoulders. She could get one if she wanted but a lover wouldn't be anywhere helpful to her at this point... or at any other point that is. Unless, they present her something interesting.
From the corner of her vision, she noticed a few tourists giving them envious gazes. Despite hostile and discouraging, Astoria found herself being flattered. She loved seeing sin falling on others, especially if she was the cause. "But you," She would continue, now taking the spotlight back to the male "Seemed to have made a lot of acquaintances considering the years you've spent here in the digital world," A sly smile was plastered on her face "Perhaps even charmed a few ladies," Her voice bouncing with curiosity "In your shoes, I don't think that would be difficult." OOPS, YOU SAW MY HORNS they're really not halo, just horns Hidden behind an angelic facade; oh how silly, you fell for my lies. It's funny, the joke's on you. Can you hear my laughter? Can you hear my voice? You danced with the devil, now you must to pay the price. Nothing can save you now. [attr="class","horns"] Emerald eyes traveled down to the necklace of teeth, scanning them in awe. From a strikedramon, Astoria wouldn't now how legit this man was but so far he didn't seem like he was lying... or was capable of, actually. Though his following action wasn't very much expected-- giving her his hard-earned necklace, a trophy of his battles and victories, just that easily. She didn't have anything to complain about, though, just as he said, strays might think about messing with her upon seeing this around her neck. It might come handy later on. She'd see where it would truly belong later on "Oh my, if you are certain then I have no reasons to refuse such gift," She said, touching and feeling the teeth pendant.
Ryuu didn't seem to mind being on the hot seat just as he apparently openly introduced himself. Again, this wasn't a problem for Astoria. She was always a better listener, anyway. As he answered the question, Astoria couldn't help but to think how righteous this person was; to destroy all evils in the digital world and to shepherd misguided tamers-- he was equally as ambitious as he was careless. He may be proud of his goals and perhaps not afraid to parade them around but snakes weren't only found in the human worlds some managed their way into the Digital World. Truly, when one overflowed with brawns, he lacked of brains. But as he continued to speak, Astoria found his not so much a fool. A good general knew when to strike indeed-- perhaps, this man tended to do things in an impulse? No matter, it did not change anything.
"I'm very much moved by your courage and selflessness," She said meeting his gaze to deliver an 'honest' compliment. It wasn't all a lie though, truly his audacity was impressive only that she had different opinions on heroism. "I couldn't have afforded to lose my Nox in spite knowing that he'd come back." Though not long after, a playful beam filled with confidence was thrown at her, making her blink. He began to tell about his views on romance. They were almost on the same page only that he was afraid that he might hurt his lover while she was afraid they'd hold her back. At his last remark, she gave him a coy smile of approval.
As he narrated his love life, he provided the green-eyed more information. 2 years devoid of romantic relationship, pleasure that needed tending and to top it all, he seemed attracted and interested- Astoria might just know how and where to pull his strings. She'd see, it might come in handy later. "No offense taken, worry not," She would say so gently and understandingly as he changed positions. The German continued to listen to his stories, still amused at the way his mind worked.
Tenderly, the black-haired closed her eyes and rested her lids, her ears still on the man's story. It was somehow refreshing having a conversation like this every once in a while, perhaps she would enjoy this day off more than she had thought. This person's company, despite their differences, was satisfying in a way. Every now and then, the devil had to rest. Then he talked again about the heroism. In the digital world, being a hero seemed to be a trend. One would never be a hero in everyone's eyes-- his efforts would be futile. Dummkopf.
Exactly though, as if on cue, upon opening her eyes, the first thing she saw was a look of anguish. Oh, how handsome ~. "Ah, I'm sure your courage and kindness will forever be remembered by those who you have helped," She smiled a little, placing a hand on his shoulder for some sort of encouragement. Then, he turned to her, their eyes locking for a moment as he asked a sensitive question. Oh, please. Wasn't it too early for an invitation for something more than platonic? May it be a joke or a fact, his impulse would get him dead one of these days. A giggle left Astoria lips as she gently eased her hand down, sliding from his shoulder, his arms, a part of his forearms then down to the sands. A sensual touch perfect for a man like him.
Then came the actual invitation. Legendary Tamers Union? Had she heard of this? Though, it definitely did not sound like a place for her. While she could play the role of any person- of different alignments- she preferred the one that didn't need a lot of acting. To have her by his side would mean a lot, now? He didn't know what he was speaking of. Astoria felt sorry for him, but then again she didn't know if he was actually telling the truth. It did not matter though if he lied. Shrugging off her thoughts, she returned her focus back on him, now babbling about coincidence and destiny. Fate? No thank you, she was more comfortable molding and making her own fate. Actions, choices-- those were the things that made destiny. So, whatever be the outcome of their meeting all rest on the things they would decide to act upon.
Taking out his digivice, Astoria took notice of how they had different models before turning towards the white-haired. She sat up, now joining him, a few grains of sand falling from her body while some were stuck between the deep cleft of her breast. She reached for the man's huge hand, gently wrapping her fingers around it "If our meeting is more than a coincidence, then let's test fate," A small but graceful grin was pulled from the corners of her lips "I share the same feeling; I believe we'll cross paths once again," She'd look into his eyes as if making a promise.
Once again, his playfulness had woken up and began saying things that would have swoon a hopeless romantic. Astoria chuckled at this before facing the sea; her optics meeting the digimon playing with each other. Nox seemed to be having fun himself-- he should make the most of this day off while it lasted "Yes, it's quite reassuring to have someone on your side," She spoke softly like an ephemeral whisper "My parents have always treated me like a princess, might it be that you are my knight?" She teased back, sealing the statement with a meek beam. Astoria cocked her head to him as he moved, following his actions and sooner had found a hand held out to her.
"Ah, please," She sighed, taking his offer to stand "If adrenaline rush could be achieved if something regrettable was done, then liebling, sei mein gast." As soon as she got up to her feet, she began walking, taking the lead, with her hands still holding the man's. She looked back at him, an impish smile- or a smirk!- challenging him "Mr. Oda, how good can you swim?"

Can you hear my voice? You danced with the devil, now you must to pay the price. Nothing can save you now. [attr="class","horns"] "Oh I'm not the worst swimmer. I'm certainly fit enough to go at it for hours though..."
Astoria laughed lowly at that, even darkly if one listened closely. Good then, she thought. A man was most useful when he had long stamina and vigor-- he always liked men with power, perhaps a bit of a bite also, but most especially when they were obedient. "Oh really?" She'd look back, understanding his wink and mimicking his smile. Though for a second, the black-haired lost her grace, releasing a soft yelp, enough only for the two of them to hear, as she was taken away from the comforts of the land to his muscular arms.
Entering the water's territory, Astoria had her hands flat on Ryuu's toned chest. He moved so smoothly against the current and without even the slightest trace of struggle they reached a depth of the man's waist. Attention caught by his passionate gaze, he spoke romantic words-- words that she had repeatedly heard from those poor, careless men who were caught in her web. She watched him as he leaned for that kiss he was talking about, waiting patiently though with eyes wide open. What did they say again about girls who kissed with their eyes open? Heh However, just before their lips touched, the support from beneath had collapsed and sooner found herself falling into the vast blue. She smiled to herself. Vision blurred and sounds muffled as she sunk deeper-- he was swimming away, leaving her behind.
They were all the same.
Astoria allowed the ocean to swallow her whole though her gaze was kept glued on the sky, at the distorted rays penetrating the surface. That's right, she remembered falling into the darkness just like this, looking at hope just like this. Her family, her own flesh and blood, gave up on her-- their support collapsed when they discovered what she really was. She recalled struggling to be heard, to be seen, to be rescued but in the end she realized that the only person who could save her was herself. Not her mother, not her father and certainly not a prince or a knight riding a white horse.
For a quite a moment she stayed still that the currents had swept her further, it was only when her lungs began to complain did she decided to swim up. As soon as she got her head out of the water, she would look left and right before diving once again to swim back to the shores. That little incident, that harmless little prank, she'd take it as a warning for the future. The same things would happen if she let others catch her back. It would never happen again. She was already way smarter than who she used to be, this time she would plunge everyone and everything in darkness with her. At the thought of that, she smirked, orbs seemingly glowing as light reflected on them.
Like a mermaid, the German moved in a dance-like manner. She took after her mother indeed; not only her looks but her skill underwater. Astoria might not be the most physical person but she did well in swimming. In their former home, they used to have a big pool where she would spend her time when reading got boring. It wasn't a long trip; the water underneath wasn't very rowdy, quite peaceful contrary to most people's belief. Again, resurfacing to replenish her oxygen supply, her eyes caught the sight of Ryuu, standing on a stone, facing the ocean with a worried look plastered on her face. Astoria let out a sharp sigh; now, what would she do to this man? Most certainly she didn't need an extra baggage but he was too beneficial to just let go. Oh well, why fret? Just collect and select.
A dark smirk pressed on her lips, staring at the unsuspecting man- at her prey- like the predator that she was before swimming towards the boulder. However, instead of appearing in front her, she decided that a surprise would better. She swam around the rock and grabbed its edge, pulling herself out of the sea and onto the warm surface. "Guilty for leaving me?" She asked teasingly, collecting her hair to one shoulder. That move he just made was certainly a bold one; it was usually her who did that but there were a few men cheeky enough to do such risky moves. But, whatever his course of action was bound to have an effect on him; he didn't know who-- no, he didn't know what he was up against "That wasn't very nice," A playful pout rested on her lips as she crossed one leg over the other, letting her feet soak in the sea. She could have meant the kiss but also could have pertained about dropping her suddenly or leaving her behind. She turned to him but only glanced only enough to see if he'd move or not.

Can you hear my voice? You danced with the devil, now you must to pay the price. Nothing can save you now. [attr="class","horns"] As he fell into the water, Astoria closed her eyes and hoped for a less aggressive approach. Her body was starting to complain; he didn't have the tenderest touch though for a man that huge she never really expected one. With her fingers, she combed her hair, waiting for the grand reveal. He had quite a surprise hidden under all those muscles and to be honest she felt like she had underestimated him. A man- experienced and self-taught- probably had more cards in his sleeves but fairly easy to read.
From under. She felt rough hands clasping her ankles and just after blowing a sigh, she was pulled under. A cheap trick that would have made her roll her eyes if she didn't have to close them upon coming in contact with the water. Then, like a ragdoll, she was effortlessly brought back up to the surface, her back slamming onto the boulder, body pressed against the other's, faces only inches away. As he spoke, her eyes glimmered of either interest or mischief, following his gaze as he faced the sun sinking into the horizon. "Perhaps," Quietly she said, her voice an ephemeral whisper "But was it really me who wanted the kiss?" A question that seemed to have provoked the man, he leaned in and finally their lips touched.
Can you taste my lies?
As though a single kiss wasn't enough, their lips touched a few more times that just proved how thirsty he was for love. Was it even love? Who cared? Astoria could give him something much better than love, but it came with a price. Once again with his strong arms, she was easily moved from one place like another then to another until she was sitting on his lap, fingers meshed together as if long-time lovers staring at the sunset. He gave a statement about her skill at a particular gesture to which she only laughed at. If that was what he thought then be it. Lies could be beautiful.
"Oh, I am used to being alone, mister Oda," With eyes half closed, she watched him lean in for another kiss-- a moment of liplocking-- then pulling way. Astoria stayed in place for a while, looking eyes locked at his face as if memorizing his features, only breaking her gaze to glance upon the gift she had received earlier "But today seems to be different," She chuckled lightly, crawling till she reached his face. Wet strands of her fell on his face, water dripping from her chin down to the man as she positioned herself over him "Consider this as a thank you gift, Ryuu" She dipped her face to his, lips crashing against each other again. He kissed her but she didn't kiss him back, though she thought it would be fair if he'd received one from her... even once.
It wasn't so much not even the best of what she could do. It wasn't anywhere passionate, not like the ones that he had given her and instead was filled with fleeting affection, with a bite at his lower lip finishing the gesture. The black-haired then pulled away, not sparing him even with a single glance and treating him with sudden coldness. She stood on her feet and jumped into the waters to swim back to the shore, leaving him behind; things would be exactly like her kiss-- fleeting.
Astoria was certain they'd meet again in one way or another. In the back of his mind, he'd keep on looking for her because once a person had a dose of pleasure, he'd always keep coming for more. A small smile, demented and maniacal, slowly crept across her face. What part would Ryuu play? Only time would tell.
The German had shortly reached the shores, getting the attention of the trio. Green-eyes jumped from one digimon to another until they landed on Nox, who was holding a branch with a marshmallow in it. "Let's go," Astoria mumbled, walking past the gazimon, the veemon and guilmon "What? Like right now?" The rabbit digimon threw a questioning look at his tamer, but nonetheless followed her. Answers weren't given but the virus-type understood her silence. He didn't protested but shrugged at this; to him, she looked like she was enjoying herself so there must be something behind it.
Leaving nothing but footprints on the sand, the pair of the pale-skinned woman and her digimon vanished without trace.

Fun Under the Sun.
Spiraling deeper and deeper beneath the sea of love his mind was clouded, his heart racing. It was a moment of absolute bliss beyond that of which he had ever felt. Eyes opening he'd soon feel her approaching closer, crawling atop and planting a kiss.
Tender soft, and perfect; yet at the same time cold and lifeless. Eyes opened to watch her leave without saying a word as he leaned upon his elbow. Biting at the corner of his lip something felt off, yet he'd shake his head and sigh leaning back and resting upon the rock with his arms under his head.
Gazing to the stars as the sun as nearly set he'd smile, it was a good day, a fond memory was shared and as he glanced once more to the girl whom was now off and disapearing from sight he'd close his eyes and rest, it had all felt so real; but even if for a second it was just a dream he thought it was one worth having again sometime soon.
As his digimon wave bye and returned to their fun he'd soon raise to his feet and swim forth to the shore not long after and join his digimon for their tasty smore like treat. Smiling warmly the two would ask him who she was and his response simple.
"Someone who has caught my eye an perhaps my heart..."
A warm smile passed as he hugged his digimon and they ate and enjoyed their night. However, what did his future hold, what role did this grand meeting hold and what importance did it play. Only time would tell but for this brief moment he was happy and content with the present.
